I had to find a US Cellular store to reset a work phone. After waiting about a half hour the associate who finished with the people ahead of us just walked off the floor. I understand employees get breaks but when you have had people waiting you help them. Terrible service!

I called to ask a couple questions about an acct, and the lady on the phone told me she was busy. How do you not have the time to care for your customers.

Someone from this store has started texting me trying to get me to upgrade to a new phone. I had a bad experience when I initially visited them years ago and have never returned. Needless to say, texting me promotional junk will not get me to come back.
