Had to go to customer service for an exchange and I was treated really well and got great customer service from the young lady that was covering the desk! Thank you for taking care of the customer!!! And she had really cute Halloween nails just saying!!!😉

Store does a pitiful job at communicating in general across the board in all departments. When its that bad, its a management/leadership issue at the top, Krogers!

Dont bother with the fresh deli. They pretend you arent there. Many employees chit chatting, no eye contact, they turn away and act busy.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I needed some help finding some specialty items and no matter who I asked- everyone was friendly and knowledgeable even though they were busy doing other things. The above and beyond service doesn’t go unnoticed and genuine friendliness of the staff is refreshing! Thank you!

The pharmacy people are very rude. Don’t recommend going there for any medications.

Gary in the bakery is the nicest person! This is the second time that I have ordered a birthday cake through them. They do a great job, they have great prices on the cake, and they have employees like Gary that are professional and kind. Thanks so much!

While I truly appreciate all your staff is doing to keep us fed, PLEASE educate your staff on how to wear a face mask properly. When I was there Thursday, I saw several staff on the floor with their masks pulled down under their chin, or over just their mouth but not their nose. This does nothing to protect shoppers.And Im sure you have already read this, but please limit your shoppers to reasonable quantities during shortages. One package of toilet paper, a couple packages of pasta, etc...

Placed an order online for a coworkers family members funeral. Didnt allow me the opportunity to pay online so I called to pay for the order and couldnt do that either. They said its their new policy to not take credit card information over the phone. All this after being transferred from one person to another for approximately 45 minutes. No one did a thing to understand the situation and serve the customer how the customer shouldve been catered to, especially for as large an order as it was. I mean I was trying to give them my money because I couldnt pick it up myself due to living in a different state. But hey, if you like getting the run around and poor customer service then by all means give them your money, if theyll take it.

Things management can do to ensure we can ALL put food on the table during this pandemic: 1) Ban the large carts and enforce the small carts or hand baskets. 2) Limit number of items one can buy vs. promoting hoarding. 3) For those doing online shopping, fill up those orders when stock comes in and not wait to shop for those in need at the end of day.

3 beef product limit, 2 pork... got 4 burgers at the deli, and a few steaks at the nearly FULL discount section... they said nope, 3 limit at the checkout, cant buy those if your buying 3 of the 4 burgers... They wont even communicate this to their own Deli, NEVER shopping here again...

The store is very well organized with a great layout and clear aisles. They have a great selection, but unfortunately, the staff is impossible to find and they do not want to answer your questions (I had to ask an employee to direct me to dog food and she said, “That way” and walked away without pointing a direction or telling me an aisle number, which seems like it should have been common sense to tell the customer) and whoever stocks products places products one space over in front of the wrong price tag. You’re better off driving just a mile or two further East of 64th and going to the other King Soopers.

Clean inviting and great staff what more can you ask for. Leanne at the service desk is a very nice lady she is always friendly every time I go in. Thanks you for providing great service. You deserve an award or a raise 😉

The friendliest most detail-oriented staff I have ever seen at a store. I wish I could give them more than five stars. They are all awesome. From the bakery, to the meat department, the deli, their fresh made sushi, the produce department and Pharmacy staff and the cashiers and so forth. Never been in a friendlier business.

Found everything I needed here and more. Excellent selection of products that you would expect from a grocery store. Very friendly & helpful staff all around including the deli, meat dept, bakery, etc. Also well layed out design and cleanliness that makes shopping here a pleasure.

Was just in and saw people walking out with 48 packs of toilet paper. No one would say where it was and they didnt bother to announce it. You would think the store would order enough to restock but apparently they are only out for the profit. Absolutely disgusting.

@ King Soopers I can grocery shop, fill my Rx, and bank all in one trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their return policy and process is speedy. Their produce is always fresh.Id give them five stars if they were a little cheaper. Wal-Mart (1 block away) is a little bit cheaper but with much less variety.

King Soopers consistently has some of the best deals. Their produce is usually top-notch, too. I love their Free Friday Downloads and have gotten to try a lot of new products that way.

Very nice store, and Im very impressed with the quantity of foods available. Ive never had an issue, other than I wish it was bigger! Too many people in a small store dont mix well haha.

A little funky in layout, compared with other Soopers and the parking lot has an odd layout, especially around the KS gas. Otherwise a pretty standard store. Definitely not as complete as a KS Market place at 80th and Wads.

I had great time wearing my hazmat suit to pick up some groceries, i was told to not come back wearing the suit :( I understand though.good employees.

I was not very fond of this King Soopers at first but after meeting chuy in produce who was super helpful and went above to find produce I was looking for in stores he is awesome and also met Ray in the deli department today very helpful awesome people to get assistance from in the store and happy, helpful friendly the rest of the employees can learn something about customer service from these gentleman thank you chuy in produce and Ray in the deli

It was a mad house. Lots of last minute shoppers. They were out of alot of things, like 49 cents a pound turkeys( 16-20 lb.). But. I did make out great with substitution.. total bill 89 bucks. With store coupons and disc. Bill total. 38 bucks. Yeaaaa

The Store Is Great, Great Selection, the staff is very friendly and helpful most of the time, but we just started using a Healthy Eating App on our Phones but must rely on the stores Wi-Fi to use it, for the past few months we have not been able to get on their Wi-Fi, to be fair we have not complained to to management yet...Update: 6-25-2020The Wi-fi issue has been resolved, THANKS!

I love this store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and usually well stocked.

I just wanted everyone to know what great service I saw yesterday. I was shopping and going down one of the aisles. There was another shopper there trying to find something. A King Soopers employee who was off work and doing their own shopping, stopped what she was doing and asked this person if she could help her find something and preceeded to direct her to find her item. I was so impressed. That is someone who goes way above and beyond their job. I made a point to find out her name. Her name was LeeAnn. What an awesome team member of Kings Soopers..I am impressed. Everyone was in a hurry to get home due to the rains, but she took this time... very nice...

While I like this King Soopers, today was a horrible visit. While checking out, an employee (Cody) was spewing profanities about how much he hated his recent employment at an Einsteins with another employee. I wouldnt normally care if it was a small slip of the tougue, and not loud, but his behavior really made KS look bad.

This is poppin. Good variety of people and friendly service. Safeway will never be missed. This place is better than neighborhood walmart too.

Busy at peak hours, and customer service is typically pretty terrible (ie. lots of HS kids that dont care at all to help). There have been many evenings when Ive come in at 11pm to pick up groceries, no line, and theyre not seen me waiting at the register for over 5 minutes.

This used to be my favorite store. With Sarah working there and in a position that is costumer facing, Ill never go here again. My family has had multiple problems with her, but then my dad feel really hard in the parking lot and get only response was we dont own the parking lot. We werent even talking to her and she said that to us. How awful, inconsiderate, and inappropriate.
