Beware this auto group and any of the dealers within it. I purchased a jeep from Asheboro Dodge Jeep Ram and they have still not paid off my trade-in 2 months later. I traded in a 30k vehicle and I still have to make payments on it because they refuse to pay it off. I have talked to the General Manager David Mason and he has lied to me directly multiple times saying they have sent numerous checks for the payoff. The bank says they have received nothing from this dealer. Every attempt to call, or email this dealership has resulted in more lies or no contact at all. Dont fall victim to their scams.
Just got a 2019 Nissan Altima thanks to Chris and the team. The service and the employees were wonderful and very helpful. They answered every question silly or not (my fiance likes to ask lots of questions) not once did they ever make us feel anything other than down right fantastic through it all. we are so thankful to you guys and we love our new ride!
