Worst customer service experience I ever had!!! Was lied to from the very start on the millage of the vehicle, upon arrival it was different than stated. 4x4 was not working, Owner said that he tested it and it was fine, stated would pay for the repair.....not so. Dealership confirmed that the vehicle had never been put in 4x4 because it has wrong part on it and repair cost is $2000+. (I have paper work to prove).Owner also stated that my tag would be mailed to me. Currently my tag is dead, I reached out to owner and after serval hours later he replied with Ive had your tag. Immediately I responded with, then why hasnt it been mailed to me? NO RESPONSE 24 hrs later:(WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE : ILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN :UPDATE: 2/23/2021....1WEEK1DAY, since the 30day tag expired and after multiple texts and getting very angry with again the customer service, Im having to drive almost an hour to get my tag tomorrow.....hopefully.UPDATE: 3/2/2021....So as stated, I arranged to drive an hour. So I texted the owner at 7:30am to ask what time the business would be open. I had no response back. I text off and on up until 9:30 and decided to head to the car lot, after all the owner had text me on the Monday, the 22th and told me someone would be at the office for me to get the tag....hence this is why I was driving to get it.I texted the owner and gave him my eta of 10:15am. All lights were on but doors where locked at arrival. I called all #s several times and no one answered. I even texted him and told him I was calling the police, which is what I did. 3 Police officers came out and they even called him, no answer. They Asheboro police went above and beyond to help me. Ended up at the driver licenses office and I had to pay for another tag for the vehicle, $75 later I now do not have to deal with KB Auto EVER again!I wouldnt even send my worst enemy to buy from this so called business.

Owner is very rude. I wouldnt recommend dealing with this place. I wouldnt buy a trash bag off this man!

Bought a car from him for 2800 in 2 months the car started having transmission problems and now almost exactly 3 months from the day i bought it now the gear shift in the car doesnt work... Do Not Buy From Here! Please!
