I previously had my car serviced through another shop in town but felt that the quote I received from them was very high. I did a bit of shopping around for a better quote. David at Motoriffic was able to give me a quote over the phone (something that a number of shops wouldnt do). The quote was a fair price for an alternator replacement, and he completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Im very grateful for this shop and will bring my cars to Motoriffic moving forward.

I came here without an appointment when I realized I was 2 weeks overdue for getting my tags renewed and had to get the state inspection. David was so nice to take me in right away and he completed the inspection in under 10 minutes. Prices are excellent, customer service is superb and the location is phenomenal. Because it’s so close to 26 I was able to get to the Marshall DMV from there in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended, I will be coming here yearly for my inspections and if there is ever an issue with my car I will also bring it here.

Took my truck in on a Friday for what was supposed to be a simple repair and oil change. Had trouble getting the correct part so David personally drove to get the part and install it working late to get the work done. Best customer service in the area. Hes got my business!

I didnt want to do this but i am writing this anyway after some thought, i have no choice. i had my car towed in on or around the 13th of Feb 20. i had a broken timing belt and it turns out bent pistons and guide arms.i also needed a fuel purge canister put on my car in an unrelated issue. its now 27 Feb 20 and sill no car. which i was told i would have it on or about there at that time at the LATEST.Now its being delayed because supposedly the machine shop cant get the parts for it from their supplier because their supplier is delayed in getting the parts.interestingly enough the vehicle manufacturer can get the SAME parts needed to fix my car in 2 days. the shop repair time is 10 hours to fix the main issue. NOT 2 WEEKS. I WILL PICK up the car in RUNNING order on 3 Mar 20. IF i get my car as promised i will delete this review or amend it as needed.

While driving on the highway recently we hit a large metal object with our Honda CRV. The object punctured our radiator and our car was leaking coolant. It was a Saturday, and even though Motoriffic was about to close, David came to our rescue! Our car died in the process so he jumped it and then he ordered the parts. On Monday he made our vehicle priority and had it back to factory performance in a timely manner. Since we were stranded out of town, we really needed help and he was excellent. The quality of work and the value are top notch! If we lived in the greater Asheville area we would exclusively use this business for all future car repairs.
