Staff was friendly but the prices are way to expensive. They tried to get me to do a lease which would double my price and when I refused they got a attitude. Definitely wsnt go back.
Dropped in with 2 watches I DID NOT purchase there. I needed them sized. Jeweler took the links out and made sure they fit. She did not charge me. Nobody does that anymore. When I need something in the future that is where I am going.
Okay friends. Story time.We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Zales. I put the wedding band on my finger on September 19th. On my honeymoon I noticed I had a diamond missing from both the engagement ring and the wedding band. No big deal, we got the warranty. So I take them back and they send them off for two weeks. I pick them back up on a Friday. Saturday, I notice that I have another diamond missing. At this point I’m a little irritated. So on Monday I return the ring. They ship it out for another 2 weeks. I pick it up. Two weeks later I look down and have not one but two diamonds missing. Well life is crazy so I didn’t get to take it back immediately, so I wore the band with the missing diamonds. Three weeks ago we were able to go to the store. The manager offered to replace it with a new ring, which I accepted. The catch? We pay $74 additional dollars for the warranty on the new ring. We decided to do this due to the difficulties we have experienced thus far. The new band has to come from the outlet store, so it is shipped to the correct store and then shipped out to be resized.Fast forward to today when I go to pick up my new band. They give me the paperwork to sign and the ring to put on. Upon looking at the ring, it looked like a diamond was already missing. When I mentioned this to the employee, she took it to the microscope and stated that they just set the diamond deep, there was nothing wrong with it. She showed me on the microscope that the diamond was indeed in place. However, this diamond had a distinct discoloration from the others, making it stand out. When I further inquired about this, she advised the only thing she could do for me is to refund my money and I could purchase a new band from online. 🤯 The manager was not in the store. (Yes I pulled a “”Karen” Move, judge me if you wish). In the end I walked out with $200 and no ring. And don’t even get me started on their “credit card” that basically turned the cost of the original rings to triple the price. What a joke.If you’ve made it this far, thank you for listening. Moral of the story, Zales will never have my business again.If you are looking for an engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary present, special gift, anything really I beg of you to consider this story. I feel that I have expressed the upmost patience given the wedding band has spent more time off my finger than on it and I don’t even have the band that was placed on my finger on our wedding day. 😭Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Closed everytime I come up here. I dropped off my wifes ring to get resized and they never are open for me to get it. I live 45 min away and everytime I call they tell me they are open, I drive up here......closed. Not worth it. Buy online.ooo and.I still dont have my ring.
Every time I have been to this Zales I have been helped by Christina. She is spot on in every way. She makes you feel as if you are the only customer there. The other consultants there are very friendly as well. Thanks Zales
Worse than a car lot wanted my jewelry fixed all he wanted was commission an to sell me a new chain everytime i ask for mine to be repaired he would say we have new ones will cancel my zales credit card an never come back.
My girlfriend and I walked in yesterday to look at engagement rings. Carrie provided amazing customer service. She was very friendly and displayed a genuine interest in what we were looking for. She tried to find us the best deal on the ring that my girlfriend wants. Carrie and her manager even went out of their way to try something they’ve never tried before to create the ring my girlfriend wants at a muchlower price. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with our experience! Thank you for your help!

Lets be clear on the difference first!! People that work here are great....the company is horrible. The company charged me to fix a clasp on a watch more than a new watch would cost. That is ridiculous! Ill get my watches fixed at another place. And will purchase a new watch somewhere else cheaper than getting my old watch back. They lost a customer. THIS IS A REFLECTION OF THE COMPANY, NOT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING UNDER THE RULES OF THE COMPANY!
