Store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was assisted by a young lady named Jessy. She was able to answer all my questions. Due to her thoughtful and patient nature, I feel I got the best service possible. I was very pleased and left with exactly what I wanted.

Had to purchase a new set of wedding bands. It took almost 6 weeks for a ring, that did not need to be size, to come in. Worst customer service experience ever. The store staff did not care. What if we needed them for the wedding. No one had answers for why it was not there on time, why they sent one out to be sized, yet had to order another new one that did eventually come in. Will NEVER go back to this store. Please try any other Kay

Today is my promised date. I was told last week my rings came in early. When I arrived at the store to pick them up I was actually told the shop shipped my rings to another shop. They told me three days ago that shop shipped them back to the store but no one knows where my rings are. Why does it take days to deliver local with UPS and not have a tracking number!!!Update:They store admitted to the shop lying about when they shipped it. And in fact, it was an out of state shop not local like the store had told me! It actually shipped 5 days after they told me it had shipped. But it still took me a day to get the tracking number from the store! They also told me it shipped over night but still took two business days to come in, which was over the weekend. Almost a week after the promised date I picked up my rings yesterday and they were junk!!! They didn’t even size my rings down, still can’t wear my wedding rings! And the solder job was very crooked and uneven!! I had to take the rings to a different jeweler to fix what Kay’s messed up! The master jeweler there stated that this was very poor work and in fact, have had a lot of people bringing in their jewelry for them to fix after paying Kay’s to mess their jewelry up! Still going to be another week without my rings to fix what Kay’s did! Wasted money with Kay’s and the joke of a warranty. Not to mention all the wasted time and stress they have put us through!

Great personable service. Great work on my diamond. I got it back like it was brand new! Sent them my wrap around ring too to add a couple new prongs and a small diamond that fell out. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers! Worth the 2 hour trip to the mall!

Anytime we visit the Kay Jewelers store in the Asheville Mall, Thomas has always been there to greet us. He has given us exceptional customer service and helped us choose the perfect pieces to celebrate our love and marriage. After being overseas for two years, we came back to his bubbly personality and he didnt miss a beat.

The worst ever!! I will not return to this location. Brought my ring in to get cleaned and inspected, the associate that initially greeted me made me feel as if I was interrupting his day. He took my ring in a haste said it does not have to be inspected, then proceeded to the cleaning booth and wiped it off with a cloth. I could have done that at home!!

At the Asheville, NC Mall location today to get my wifes rings inspected and cleaned and we were ushered out of store by an unoccupied associate because they did not have time. The associate then proceeded to just stand at the front of the store with her hands behind her back doing nothing when she could have been helping us. What good is my protection plan? I will be cancelling my accounts with Kay and will never patronize that location again.

While recently visiting Kay Jewelers in the Asheville Mall, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service! I was promptly greeted by Thomas who was extra eager to help. While Thomas was helping get my paperwork together, Nick was extra friendly and joyful, making sure we were occupied while we waited. It was nearly impossible to leave the store without feeling cheerful! Thomas and Nick were beyond helpful and definetly helped spread the Christmas cheer! I highly recommend these guys and all the wonderful staff at Kays in Asheville!

My boyfriend bought me a gorgeous engagement ring from here and was led to believe that he was receiving a $400 credit for use on wedding bands. When we returned to the store to make use of this, we were informed that it was not a $400 credit, it was a get-$100-off-of-every-$300-that-you-spend coupon. There is no way on this earth that my boyfriend got THAT confused without being horribly misled. Not only that, but when I asked to see some cheaper wedding band options than the ones that the associate was showing me, she said, What do you mean? and looked at me like I was an idiot. The way that she looked at me and spoke to me throughout the entire visit made me feel horrible, and all because I didnt particularly want to spend $1,000 on wedding bands. Terrible service. We will be buying our wedding bands elsewhere.
