It honestly was not bad for me, probably depends on who you get that day or your situation.Horribly understaffed, as everywhere is, one guy was doing absolutely everything and I wish I knew his name.He was moving trucks, answering the phone, checking people in.Not a single truck but mine was available. The incorrect hitch receiver was installed on my car. I asked for the 2 inch receiver over the phone, confirmed that this was the size being put on while in the store before dropping my vehicle off for the appointment, and I noticed after getting home that they installed the 1.25 inch hitch receiver. I called customer service who said they would send a message to the store and the general manager regarding this mistake, but I havent heard anything back in 2 days. This is a time sensitive issue, and I would appreciate a quick response.UPDATE: Traci, a manager who was just switching out with an old manager who was quitting at the time of my issue, resolved everything for me in a timely and professional manner.
Even tho I could not get a trailer (no light hook up on my truck) Caleb and Traci are by far the best! It was out of my way but I will come back there in the future for their positive attitudes and very friendly service. Because if them I wasnt even mad or bothered that I couldnt get the trailer😊
They were very busy but thats to be expected. All the employees were helpful and friendly however one employee in particular went above and beyond what I would consider normal customer service. Jean Bruce was exceptional in helping me deal with a potential problem when I was returning the truck to the store. She is without a doubt an asset to the company. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.
No communication, no ownership of a mistake, no interest in trying to correct the situation. After making a reservation online for a trailer hitch installation and paying for it, I showed up for my scheduled appointment and waited in line for 20 minutes only to have “Steve” tell me that the part has not arrived and they do not know when or if it will arrive. There was no apology or sense of regret that they did not communicate this after I made the sacrifice and adjustments to be at my appointment on time. Bear in mind that they have held my money for over a month and in the end failed to deliver or communicate that my part did not arrive. Needless to say I am frustrated and will not ever give them my business again.
No mask on the counter guy even though it was required. Very disrespectful and thoughtless. I ordered a truck on line only to have to do the whole stand in line and fill out everything again. This is the second time for the failed online process. They have excuses but never answers.
I set an appointment and had my hitch ordered a week and a half before my appointment. 2 days before my 8 a.m. appointment I get a call saying my hitch was never shipped and they ordered it overnight but won’t be there till late the day of my appointment. I arrive and there is no waiting room for people who have to be here for 2+ hours just a couple chairs in the middle of the store where people are shopping for boxes, it was very uncomfortable!! I was also never told my trunk needed to be empty and was then made to feel bad that it was not empty because I was never told!! Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and the store seems to be very poorly run. The staff are nice but that does not make up for everything else!!
Thank you to the owner of this location, Derrick, who assisted me with my same day van rental! Talk with an employee directly to mitigate any online issues. I have read there are quite a few problems with the online ordering! They are more than happy to assist when they can, and when they have the available equipment.

The employee was as helpful as they could be but the process the company uses to rent vans and trucks is very lengthy and odd. The process included them calling my emergency contact to make sure they picked up the phone. I felt embarrassed for the employee who had to do this. My true emergency contact was working but I have a retired friend who answered his phone so I used him as my emergency contact. A big thing to know if you are planning on renting a vehicle is that there is NO ONSITE PARKING. Thats right, you cant leave your car on their property while you use the truck youve paid to rent. There is however a very muddy pull off on the other side of the street that belongs to the state that you can choose, at your own risk, to park on. This can be tricky if you have a low riding car like a civic or prius etc. Of course they have to try and up sell you and they not only charge you per mile but also have you refill the gas. All this nickel and diming just adds to the odd feeling and inefficiency. The van and truck were both very clean and functional but the entire process of getting and returning it was from a Saturday night live skit.
Do NOT use their self check in or check out app. It takes forever and its useless. Staff cant help you once you begin that as well. Took 20 min to check in and another 20 to check out.
Went in Friday evening and needed a truck the next morning. Didnt have a truck on site, but I picked the truck up at 8am Saturday. Great customer service, was in on the road in no time. Have all your packing needs available on site. Highly recommend!
Nice employee, very slow process, broken point of sale, very understaffed, hand sanitizer appeared to be refilled with water. Truck is clean though. Do not recommend this place.
Use the app. Dont wait in line. If you wait in the line, youll give it a one-star. If you use the app, youll think its the greatest thing since sliced bread and peanut butter. Gave it a 4-star ONLY because the vehicle was terrible to drive. TO U-Haul corporate: you need to get more people on this property! The folks here are nice, but WOEFULLY overworked. Get this fixed!
I used the online mobile check-in here. It was pretty busy when I dropped off though. The truck was clean and in expected shape. They had WiFi which helped the mobile check-in. I messaged some concerns about my bill and got called the next morning and they were pleasant and helpful to resolve it.
I, unfortunately, rented two storage units from these freaks. Bad mistake! That control freak manager, I forget her name, is a real case and I am constantly having to ask her if I can visit my units??!! As much as I pay for those two units I should be able to live in the damn thing. Anyway, I don’t see any relief from this situation that I found myself involved in with you home… So I am going to try to get my stuff out And then I will see them in court. I plan on suing the son of a gun
Had to get a ubox replaced twice. The first due to insect infestation. The second due to the ramp being broken... the replacement for the second has yet to arrive in spite of them assuring me it would arrive today. Because thats what cross country moves need: MORE stress
This was the worst customer experience Ive had in a really long time. Ill spare you the details. But it involved over an hour on hold. They had wrong equipment on confirmation email. Appointment (trailer hitch install) confirmation text had wrong date/time. On hold to straighten it out. Hung up and emailed. Response was an entirely different day/time. I have 3 different times in writing from them. I get there at my appointed time only to be told that they need it all day. I had an appointment and I hadnt planned on that. They didnt have the wiring they needed. Not sure what they planned on doing about that. This after waiting 15 min in line. I cancelled everything. 2.5 hours to go over there and do that. So, Im about 4 hours in and I still dont have a trailer hitch. Since I cancelled everything I now have to start all over again to find one. I wish I could give them no stars. Communication, organization and service are awful.
Rented a tow dolly from Greensboro to Asheville, told me I had to rent a 15ft. Truck to tow it. The cost was $320. Empty truck and car, one way..just ridiculous. Staff was nice but U-Haul is a pure rip off. I can see $125 or $150...but not $320, think twice.
Came in today to ger a truck. The pickup went fairly smooth. However i was told that if i bring truck back after hours id be required to do the after hour check in. I got there in plenty of time upon returning my truck only to be told id have to wait for a guy to help us. No mention of which one or where he was. Then was told i had to wait by my truck till he came. Didnt see one still and i had to get going. Finally decided to just do the online return form. In doing so some of the pictures wouldnt upload. It took way longer then it should have been. Was frustrated that the only guy i saw was in a truck cleaning it instead of helping check in trucks multiple people had to wait. Then we get told we can do it ourselves. I work as a painter if i told anyone to do the prep work themselves i wouldnt be employed very long. so before going here either decide to do the self checkin. And do the process all yourself or be prepared to wait a very long time for a process that should be simple.
I have been a customer from here twice. The first time I reserved a truck and showed up on time for my reservation to find out that they didnt have any trucks to rent out to me. The second time I went in to find a staff of unmasked employees (companies can choose to or not to require masks and Uhaul does not choose to require face masks during a state wide mandate). When returning the truck the computer system had an error and told me I owed $12 for gas on a trip that was 4 miles round trip to move. I have paid $5 for 15 mile trips from uhaul before and when asking the representative about the error the employee didnt know how to answer and just told me that if I drove the truck I owed money for gas or could go fill it up and bring it back but that the fuel charge of $3 a mile was correct. The manager and two employees just sat at the check outs on their phone with no mask on while I returned the keys after filling the truck up and I left knowing that I will never go back here again. Although my concern about fuel as well as the online system was important to me the manager who knew I left to fill up didnt mention anything about either situation to me and nobody ever told me during my visit to pick up that I was in charge of filling the truck up with fuel before returning. In the three times Ive tried renting from the company nobody ever said that renters should fill up their truck before bringing it back.
Terrible uhaul the employees are terrible I waited in line for 10 just for boxes and they lady then tells me to hold on to go clean a van. Terrible should be re staffed

This place is severely understaffed. Folks are pleasant enough and professional, but are never around. Stood with three other customers, two just trying to buy boxes, for 15 solid minutes and never saw a soul in the lobby/front desk.I would recommend another dealer if you are in a hurry. Or not even if you are in a hurry.... plan to spend minimum 30 minutes here for even the slightest transaction.
Today, 7/18/20, my son and partner came home from college to pickup furniture from my home. They went to this location and found all customers masked and not one employee had on a mask. Employees were literally coughing all in the crowded store. Manager was contacted and acknowledged employees had cough and were not required to mask. Stay away from this location!!!
Great service and very friendly. I came in b/c the uhaul shop in Washington DC hooked up my trailer and it was too low to the ground. This group took me in and had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. They flipped the trailer hitch and raised my clearance which fixed the issue.

The staff here are very nice, they have everything you need but extremely understaffed. I have used this UHaul many times over the years. In the end, I get what I need and theyre friendly. But this place is competing with with either the Post Office or DMV in terms of response time. Again, Way better customer service than the latter, just about as slow and only because there are clearly not enough folks working here. There needs to be some reconsideration of process and roles (people working the desk, vs hookups, vs returns, vs just buying boxes). I came in for $5 worth of furniture pad rentals on a Wednesday morning. Waited for 25 minutes. Man who helped me is the nicest ever, so he made up for it. But please, hire some people and/or optimize your process.
Elaine is the worst General Manager I have ever encountered. She refused to sell $200+ of propane. It would of taken 10 minutes of her day. Dont do business @ this waste of a time location.
Customer service staff was 5 star only reason I gave it a 3 star because for whatever reason the manager has not decided to give his staff support having only 2 people on the weekends the busiest time of the week. Had a reservation at 730 didnt get out til 815 cause of long lines and 45 minutes for drop off. Management needs to help the already great staff they have and give them the support they need by scheduling properly
Wish I could give it a lower score. Staff were rude and unintelligent. Stood in line for a half an hour just to be sent out to hook up our equipment by ourselves. Our paperwork and confirmation email gave us different prices. They charged us, refunded it, and then said our card declined. We were moving to Utah and would obviously need a one way trailer. They put it down as in town and are trying to charge us another 300. Been on hold/on the phone for the majority of the afternoon dealing with it. Shut this place down.
Had a trailer hitch installed here today. There gentleman installing was very professional, fast, Ave friendly. I would highly recommend this place for hitch installment
The customer service here is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not answer the phones they just go to the u haul call center. I have called and left messages with the manager and the president of the facility no answer and would not return my phone call explaining my situation and my terrible experience at this facility.
If I could rate a 0 I would. Very disorganized, and need more people. Have waited over 30 minutes and still waiting, so someone that was supposed to come out and check in my trailer drop off so I could leave. Would not recommend to anybody. I would go out of my way to go somewhere else.

Called ahead like I always do to book my reservation for a car trailer. Reservation was booked and ready to go. I show up and apparently they booked me a trailer that was already booked. No other trailers. But I was told to wait on a text to go pick one up who knows where! THANKS! I had a schedule I needed to stick to but that was scrapped. Left unhappy with no trailer. This U-haul is always a bad experience.. Wish I could give zero stars
Horrible Experience with this joke site. I spent 20 minutes in line watching the 2 employees stumble through helping just TWO people before they even got to my preorder. Then Im told they cant do a cargo van rental with debit card when I previously did with Uhaul last week at another site. But after watching how inept they were Im glad they dont take debit cards because I doubt I can trust them with mine at this location. So much better at the other locations who actually take debit!
Youd really think theyd have more than one person working on a weekend. You know... when people generally need a uhaul. Clearly a constant problem based on the reviews. Been waiting in line for 20 minutes and they have only managed to take care of one customer.EDIT: Ended up waiting in line for a solid hour behind a total of 2 customers. Pathetic.
By far the worst customer service experience of my life. I was originally quoted $130 for a one way out of town rental, then charged $210 upon picking up my vehicle. I wasnt allowed to work with an employee and was forced to pick up the truck using my phone. I was not given the truck that I reserved, but one only for in town rentals, and was then told I either had to drive it back to Asheville from Charlotte to return it, and pay an extra $150 for the miles driven, or pay an extra $180 to return it at my originally intended destination. Employees were very unhelpful. I talked to 3 different employees, including a manager on the phone prior to the drop off time, in an attempt to remedy this problem and it was obvious that none of them cared to help fix the problem. I was really disappointed.
I just called for a quote and the lady on phone was pretty rude. I asked for a quote on a truck and a cargo unit, total conversation was less than 4 minutes not including hold time. She made sure of that, cutting me off mid sentence demanding yes or no answers. So much for a casual quote, robotic sales persons seem more the style at this location. The likely hood of me using this service is now next to nothing based on my initial impression of the staff .
I wish there was a zero. Reserved a truck over the phone 2 weeks ahead for the entire moving day(7pm). When I went to pick up the truck at 7am, they said I had to return it by 1pm. I said that is NOT what I asked for. The lady was very rude and said she could give me another truck until 3pm. The truck was mechanically in poor shape, we rushed miserably to get the truck back by 3 as they threatened to charge another days rate etc. Later found out I did not have to have it back until 4:30...after she repeatedly expressed I needed to have it back by 3pm, and after I requested it for the entire day. They charged me for 2 hand trucks...I rented 1. Called their customer service and explained all of this. They did nothing. Finished my move with my pickup after paying them $160+ dollars. If you want your move to really suck, go here.
Was actually sort of nervous because of other bad reviews but our experience was near perfect! Our reservation didnt go through with the system, but Miles, who helped us out today, got us a vehicle anyway, was super helpful and kind, and had us on our way in no time! Thanks Miles!
The two people working here are friendly. However, I came to get propane and was told that the person who might have the key to the propane has gone to lunch and when she gets back she may or may not have the key for the propane tanks. the problem is that the answering service who answers for this location, because there is no way that these overworked people can possibly answer the phone, told me that there was propane available here. So much for that barbecue... What a waste of time, and everywhere else in Asheville was closed by this time. The woman behind me in line I was also told that there was propane available here. She needed to refill her camper with propane because her refrigerator was going out without it. She drove all the way from Black Mountain. What a waste of time and food. Understaffed!
I rented a cargo van for a quick round-trip to deliver furniture to my daughter. I made the reservation online and dropped in a day or so before my pick up date to confirm. This is a very busy place, so do as much as you can online first. They were very helpful in confirming my reservation and extending the time period. Yes, you have to park across the street but it wasnt an issue for me. Pickup was fast and easy - drop off was equally efficient. I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a very good experience with a simple one day rental.
I dont even need to elaborate because my review will be just as bad as the other 1 star reviews. Headquarters needs to delegate more employees here. This location is a black eye for the company as a whole.
We reserved a truck only to wait in line for an extravagant amount of time and then be told the truck was never available in the first place even though we had called that location to ensure that it was. No apology, no manners, and no explanation how this could happen other than someone else had rented it before us. To call this locations service poor would be too high a compliment.
Dont go for propane. Typically your going to wait around for 20 minutes than more often than not I end up not getting my tanks filled for one reason or another.

We rented a U-Haul from Sanford North Carolina to Asheville and rented a storage unit here. We set up the billing to be automatic on a credit card after the first 30 days we received a notice of a late fee imposed. We called U-Haul they have the credit card on file although they never ran it. They took the late fee off and said it was on automatic payment we asked to have the owner of the Sweeten Creek Road facility call us. Never received the call. We called U-Haul several times and asked for the local owner to call us we never received a phone call. The owner of this local franchise is rude and does does not care about her customers. I just moved everything out and and will not use this facility again.
Miles and the rest of the team were helpful, patient, and most of all friendly! Best U-Haul experience we’ve had.
Horrible. Charged $120 for a u-box storage i never purchased. Called 4 TIMES to get this charge removed, each time saying it would be done. It has now been three weeks. I will be calling the BBB if this is not resolved this week and posting bad reviews to as many places I can find.
These guys are cool, everybody is beating up on them, and maybe they all had horrible experiences. But what would you expect from corporate america? They arent sending satisfied customers here, so it ends up being a complainer destination. I scheduled the vehicle online last time, but this time I just spoke with someone on the phone, who associated my last order with my phone number. Then I followed the confirmation email for the Express Checkout which had me add some other info that they would have had to add at the store. I still waited in line for a while, (It was Friday) but it was all fairly painless, and I was just renting the van for hour, so what do you want for $30.27 plus a little gas? The min is 4 hours, so I think I got a good deal.
The staff has always been kind and helpful. In order to fit me in for a hitch install, an employee moved his lunch back one hour. The install took less than 30 minutes. He did say the one earlier in the day took 3 hours because he had to remove the bumper. Not on mine though. I am planning a move to KC with them right now. Hopefully my opinion of this place wont change in the process.

My friend and I were calling around for prices to best fit our budget and location. The lady (I will call her that now, she later turned something else), precedes to ask for my friends number and name. I then interrupted and said we only needed prices. Her voice and attitude changed immediately. I tried to explain to her what we were trying to do she hung up the phone. Your customer service sucks! After the call center auto-booked my “local” Asheville truck rental out of Charlotte, and telling me that the truck I had just paid for was unavailable, they booked my “third option” at this U-Haul location. When I showed up, the line was out the door and one person was working up front.When she announced that express booking online was an option for people who already had a reservation, I immediately did so.After having the agent take my phone from my hand and logging me out of The Uhaul site, she looks at me and says, “Yea. You’re supposed to be logged in. Do you have a profile?”🤦♂️“Yes. I just said that. I was showing you the confirmation when you logged me out of my account.”“Oh. Well it says you also have a trailer.”“Yes. The reservation is for a truck and trailer.”“Oh well, express checkin doesn’t work with trailers. Just step out of line. I’ll get to you when I have a chance.”I then watched them check in five people.Beyond absurd. The apathy is palpable. No wonder this place has a 2.4 star rating with nearly 100 reviews.After this experience, I will be avoiding U-Haul altogether!“Oh well.”
Avoid this at all costs.I had a trailer hitch installed by them. It worked okay at first then I started having electrical problems. I took the car to Subaru and they said that the installation was so bad that the only way they could get my car working correctly was to remove all the wiring that U-haul had installed. Yikes!
This company is awful. First they have the wrong appt. time. Then the boy adding a brake controller and hitch causes the brakes to fail, and truck has to go to dealer. This was Saturday.. today is Tuesday and no one bothers to contact me about the truck after 5 calls to their shop. The national call center leaves messages but no one bothers. The boy doing the repair only speaks about the trouble this is causing him, but I have had to delay and miss Thanksgiving with my Mom now due to their horrific service. I would never recommend this location for hitch installation, its obvious Ryan does not know his job. I have learned my lesson.
The location was extremely busy, like extremely, and only had two staff members working. While they were pleasant enough (their courtesy is the reason they got two stars instead of just one) one could tell they were overworked and stressed. There is no parking on the actual site. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to park across this blind and incredibly busy street (Swannanoa River road on the city of Ashevilles property) literally taking my life into my own hands. Furthermore, the computer system was down, thus complicating and slowing the process even more. They didnt have the truck ready that I had reserved (this was 30 minutes after the reservation time already) and only by the grace of God did someone in line behind me have one to return. They had to ask me an absurd amount of questions. I might as well have signed in blood. Then they price gouge me besides. How does an advertised 19.95 become 66.00? Ill tell you. Because of unlisted environmental fees, taxes, supplemental insurance (which was 75% of the cost of the truck) and fuel surcharge. Uhaul runs a recognized and monopolized racket that they know they can put it to the customer and we have no choice but to take it. What an awful experience that I hope never to repeat, because I swear that I will bend over backwards to avoid using uhaul ever again.
Thank you for ruining the holidays! Not only was I screamed at when picking up my truck due to not being contacted to be told there are no 16 foot trucks and that we had to drive a 24 foot cross country. But we were given a truck with no def fluid and are broken down in Tennessee and will be missing Christmas with our families. In the vehicle damage inspection they did not even fill out the def gauge. We almost got in a major accident with a semi when our engine shut off on the highway. Completely unacceptable. Will be contacting the BBB and anyone else I need to to report this negligence.
DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. There are no ramps so you have to lift EVERYTHING out of the building. So if you’re moving a lot of stuff prepare to throw your back out and have some broken things after they fall from trying to lift the dolly over the threshold that is in dire need of a ramp. What a joke!
This place is terrible. First they tell us we will receive a $100 deposit back and then say their policy changed (within 2 days) and deny us the refund. Secondly, they tell give us a price of $50 for the smallest unit they have, we take it and they change the charge amount to $75 and offer no explanation. Theu charged my account $10 twice and when I called they said they werent sure why and apologized but Im still waiting for my refund (over a month later). Lastly, they tell us they are now 24 hours yet we cannot access anything after 7. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a storage company and will never use uhaul again!
We had one extra wardrobe box to take back. I went to return it the next day, but I did could not because I did not have the receipt. My husband Tried to return it the following day with the box and the receipt, but they would not except it from him because he was not me. I called corporate and they clearly said that is not their policy and that they should’ve taken it back without question the first time.
The staff are friendly but the location is understaffed. I called to schedule a pick up for our Ubox, but found out it wasnt ready when I drove up the next day. After a bit of coordinating we got it worked out.
I wish I could give this facility a -5. They have withheld my belongings from me in a unit that doesnt even have my name on it. My ex rented the unit, stored my property in it without my permission, when he refused to pay it to let me retrieve my entire life from the unit, the expected ME to pay them to get it out, and have constantly harassed my father and me about paying my exs debt. They illegally let me in once to get a minimum amount of my property, and now refuse to let me have my things back unless I pay them another $600. DO NOT USE UHAUL FOR STORAGE! Theyre nothing but greedy extortionists who have aided my abusive ex in costing me a lifetime of memories, including a dresser set my grandmother immigrated from Canada with. I repeat... DO NOT USE A STORAGE UNIT PROVIDED BY UHAUL! Theyll screw you over, an lose no sleep over it.

They didnt keep the return lanes clear. Didnt come out to great or help customers. Dirty and cluttered and not very communicative. Id go on and put negative 🌟 if I could.
So far both Elaine and Susan were extremely helpful over the phone, answering all my questions, over 2 calls, gave me a great set of information and a cheap option for the problem I needed to solve. I will give another review if the actual rental goes differently, but so far, I feel like this place is saving my neck.
Terrible service! I was charged twice for a truck rental. I have called for over 2 months and still have not received my money back! The management team refuses to call me back even though I call each day and leave a message! Will never use them again

We kept the truck for 24 hours and were charged for 2 days worth and then whenever I called to let them know I would be 30 minutes late due to traffic they told me that they would charge me for yet another day. The staff is super rude and not willing to work with you. Overall, probably the worst moving experience I have ever had.
Weve been using this UHaul for two years and initially had good expereiences. Increasingly, however, our experiences have mirrored those of other reviewers.Most recently we arrived and were asked to go around back because he had to go to the bank before it closed. The women he said would help us was helping another couple but said she would only be a few minutes after she went inside to process their paperwork. We never saw her again.After waiting for 30 minutes, another employee came out and told us because we hadnt been checked in, we had to pull around back to where we started. Because there was now a line of customers behind us (who had arrived after us but were checked in), we would have started all over. After checking, he finally agreed to check us out.Time to find a new UHaul place....
The U haul location at Swannanoa River Road does not take care of their customers. The wrong equipment was provided for a long trip to Anderson, Indiana and to make a long story short, I had to leave my car in Asheville while all of the rest of my belongings went to Indiana. The original representative was not knowledgable about their equipment. My car is rear wheel drive and the drive shaft would have to be undone....the representative did not even know that. Thank goodness I realized that towing my car on this equipment would have destroyed my car! At this point I am late hitting the road...no one would answer the phone Sunday morning. Arriving at the u haul location they did not have the equipment I needed. At this point I am already way behind schedule (10 am) had to drive to Anderson, Indiana, unload the truck, and turn it in so not to pay more fees. My car had to be left in Asheville due to representatives that are not properly trained and at this point the manager Elaine, will not help in any way and not take any responsibility for this issue....poor, poor customer service.
Pretty quick trailer hitch installation, but didnt have one part I needed in stock.
We reserved a truck for our move and they called us 30 minutes prior to our reservation and told us they didnt have it. They made no offer to help us find another one. This could have been disastrous for our trip. I would recommend the uhaul in south Asheville which worked with us to meet our needs.
The staff is rude and not helpfull, they wont give you all the information about your rental and their website sucks. Close this place down

I have rented a truck twice from this U-Haul location - in 2014 and 2016. The staff members were quite friendly and very helpful on both occasions; the truck was in great condition; and they had the supplies and accessories I needed (blankets, boxes, tape, etc.).
When I first called for information I never could get anyone to answer the phone. After the 3rd.calland waited on line for 15min. I finally hung up the phone and called Pinskie!!

The entire U-Haul experience was a nightmare. I had a 7:00 AM appointment to put on a trailer hitch. I was told to come back at 11:00 AM. The bike rack I ordered was never ordered. So I finally gave up. I was on the phone for ever trying to get my $44 deposit back. No dice. So, I have no trailer hitch, no bike rack and am out $44.I guess $44 is what U-Haul charges to ruin your day.
An update, it took 30 minutes, they were a bit short of staff today, but were helpful and did a nice job when they got to us. Thank you
The staff is great, friendly and helpful. I will most likely rent from this location when I need a truck to move.
So my appointment was at 11:30 I got there at 10:45 stood in line for 1 1/2 hours and still not to the desk for check in so finally Evan the hitch installer came and got our paper work printer out and started on the car and by 2:15 we finally got the car back and left.... a 30 minute job took all day.....
Went to have a hitch put on and it only took 45 min and the guy working was very personal and walked me through what he did i definitely recommend this place thank you evan killer job

Very Understaffed, expect to wait. Came in to get propane tank refilled and have been waiting for a while. Then she told me to go out and wait at pump while she finished up contracts. And they weren’t nice about it at all. Avoid, especially for propane.
The giant sign they just put up is a huge eye sore. The suck for ruining the view from the high way.

Worst incompetent, disrespectful staff I have ever experienced. The storage area doesnt have proper access hard move anything in or out. I have nothing positive to say about our whole UHaul experience.

Drove half and hour to go to my appointment that was already rescheduled because the part was not there, only to find out the part was still not there. tried to call later in the day and my call went to the call center(where ever that is) so I was not able to find out if the part came in. now Im looking at parts on amazon, maybe I can do this myself.
