DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. THEY HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT TO MAINTAIN SECURITY OF THEIR PREMISE DESPITE KNOWLEDGE OF RECENT AND CONTINUED THEFTS AT THIS LOCATION. IF YOU HAVE YOUR BELONGINGS STORED HERE I RECOMMEND MOVING THEM ELSEWHERE IMMEDIATELY. THERE ARE NOW AT LEAST 10 REPORTED THEFTS AT THIS LOCATION SINCE OCTOBER 2020

I had my stuff here for two months before my unit was broken into and robbed. Thousands of dollars gone. The staff didnt even notice it, I had to report it to them! When I brought it up the manager (Jeff) was combative and unhelpful. He acted like this was an every-day event for them and didnt really seem to try to help at all. I wont be renting here again and you shouldnt either, unless you like having your stuff stolen.

This place is where you would think you wouldnt want your things but my things are here and its working out just fine. I do believe however they should let the customers use the trash but thats just me. I will continuously stay here because its in the part of town it is easy to get tooo

The customer service is wonderful! Sam & Aaron are super nice and helpful!I will say that my unit has been burglarized twice in 4 months! They are changing a lot of security concerns since the increase in burglaries ( Due to Covid?)I have asked for the GM Jeff to call me himself and still have yet to receive a call! 🤷Again I will say that Sam & Aaron are 2 great guys!

Absolutely hands down great customer service! Sam set up my storage unit that I needed while I was in between moving, it was clean, he went over all the paper work throughly, and answered my emails quickly. Both Sam and Aaron helped me went above and beyond for whatever I needed and assisting in making it an overall smooth process. Moving is already such a hassle and stressful but Sam helped make it less stressful and was quick to answer any and all of my questions! Sam was kind, knowledgeable and over all helpful with all of my needs. (Doesn’t hurt that he’s cute too!)

Aaron not only provided informative and helpful service he was also genuinely kind and thoughtful of my needs. He is an asset to this company! He is greatly appreciated!

Although a drop in visit was incomplete due to the Covid 19 restrictions, after setting up a call and time, Doug was efficient, answered all my questions including one about humidity settings for which he had to inquire at HQ, and showed me several units so I could better fit my stuff into the appropriate volume. He was even able to guide me to a lower cost unit, and the paperwork was efficiently done by electronic signature. Whole effort in less than one hour.The facility has four levels of drive-in lobbies (one per floor), so no elevators needed. Temp runs 60 winter to 80 summer high, humidity around 50-55%, fire suppression is zoned (so the entire floor doesnt get flooded should fire break out in one locker). The lockers I viewed all had full width doors so no hassle getting stuff into or out of the deeper reaches. Hours for access are quite satisfactory, and personnel are present most of usual work hours for problem solving. A central operator can be reached from the door for after hours problems.

Great customer service! Sam was awesome and deserves a raise! He was polite, efficient, and helpful. A pleasant experience even during a pandemic. The office also has a plexiglass partition up and (basically) contactless procedures to accommodate Covid safety. 10/10 would recommend.

Erin is the MAN!!! They made my day so much easier. Moving is really stressful in general, and they took some of the stress off my plate. The location is great for West Asheville! I highly recommend.

I just rented a storage unit today in person and Doug was a huge help. I got to see the space beforehand and know I was getting the right size. The location is convenient and I got a remote for the gate to allow for 24/7 access. Im pleased with my experience and look forward to working with Go Store It.

My wife and I had a great experience there with storing our belongings. Judy actually helped us find the right spot for our things and helped us find the best fit considering price, etc. She was very kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend! The indoor storage was the way to go for us, very clean and easy to access. The building was clean, etc....but the most important thing was the wonderful customer service.

Enjoying my experience with Go Store It! The climate control units give me peace of mind. The elevators are spacious. And I like that I have ready and easy access when needed. The staff at the North Asheville location have also been very helpful and accommodating.

So far this place has been amazing! The manager Judy has been extremely kind and accommodating. This place is very clean and easy to access. Definitely appreciate the extra mile the ladies in the office go to make sure you find a space that fits your needs. I highly recommend this place!

During hours on Sunday when they are supposed to be open at the Button Street location, no manager was working. The gate with the best access to my unit was locked and no one was available to open it. This cost me money as the movers I was paying by the hour could not get their truck to my unit efficiently. I had informed management that I would need the gate opened a week prior. There was no excuse for their not being available to open the gate.

Attempted to rent a 5x5 space. I realize all storage units are not exact dimensions, but I was offered a space that was a little bit more than 3x5 for the price of a 5x5, and found this out after attempting to move stuff in. Glad I measured. I went somewhere else where I got a 10x5 for the price of the 5x5.I was told the majority of my payment would be refunded, and I would only be charged for the days I occupied the space. I paid 80.44 and only received 38.66 back. An extremely frustrating experience with this company. Doug (I believe was his name) was great however. Only thing giving this experience more than 1 star.

Go Store It on Burton Street has a friendly staff, secure location, competitive rates, and offers easy ways to pay. I loved how they emailed and texted me reminders when my rent was due, or they would call if someone accidentally left their unit unlocked.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to in this instance and after reading the review about no one being there when they requested and confirmed ahead of time.Judy is awesome. Always there in working hours.Claudia has not been there during working hours and apparently leaves work a lot because THREE times I have gone there to pay my bill and there has been a handwritten note saying shes out of the office and will return in 2 or 3 hours. And this was NOT during lunch hours. I thankfully got my late fee waived because of this on one occasion.As much as I hate to write a review like this, I really think your business would be better off if the people you hired were actually there when they are supposed to be.

Guess you can store your stuff there, but they went. Up on rates after 3 months and kept weird hours that made it hard to access my things.

Horrible, abusive staff. Water damaged buildings that are not actually climate controlled..They even double charged me on my first bill, will be renting there for as briefly as possible. Gostoreit was unable to provide me a manager or any higher level of customer service and thought threatening me with how their corporation will back their employees up to the Nth degree.Those were the words of the employee and I even have audio recordings of her conversations due to the nenegativity and condensention that perspired.

Our company stored 2 vehicles in their lot for a few months, and when one of them was tagged with graffiti, I asked if I could review the video footage to see who may have done it and was told that the cameras didnt monitor that part of the storage facility, and even if they did, the quality of the video would be too poor for us to be able to identify the person responsible. I then mentioned that every time I drove by or stopped to retrieve the vehicles, the gate was wide open. I was told that that was because people using the storage facility failed to close it. I then asked if someone on site could close the gate if it had been left open and he said there was usually no one on site to do so and said that was why they had video cameras - which he previously mentioned were too crappy to rely on! Also, there are people who live out of their storage sheds and lots of sketchy characters about. I would NOT recommend this place at all and am posting this review because I wish I wouldve known this before storing vehicles there. It is neither safe, nor secure.
