All three of these stores are great but I particularly like the one on New Lester highway. Never await. Always pleasant and helpful and always professional it is pleasure to go there.

I had left a work Id badge in my hotel which I realized while at the airport. The hotel found it and offered next day delivery. I asked who and the how much. They declined to answer saying it was a third party. (They will get a scathing review as well). I take full responsibility for misplacing something required for my job. For an item weighing

Customer service is awesome! It’s so convenient and right by my house and they are super quick. Definitely beats waiting in line at the post office.

I called and the notary was in the bathroom.They told me their business didnt pay for the hold feature and asked me to call back in five minutes.I wasted at least 30 minutes calling back only to get sent straight to a full voicemail box and hung up on.In the last 10 minutes or so it actually would ring but they didnt care to answer.Now the notary is on lunch so I cannot talk to them. 😡They have also given misinformation in the past and when they realized it just shrug and say, Well the other person wasnt a notary, so they dont know whats needed. Then they shouldnt be providing information about notary services!!!Ive had terrible customer experiences at this place.tl;drDont call.Go in person.Wait in line.Find out the hard way that they cant help you because the notary is on lunch or that you need something printed and they cant/wont do it for you.They dont really give customers any other option.

If youre going to post hours on your front door that youll be open until 5PM, dont lock the door and drive off at 4:40 as I am walking up to drop off a pre-labeled package.

Its a good place for shipping through any carrier. There is a notary always available. Staff is knowledgeable.

I too was there Thursday July 19th. I wanted to get something notarized. The lady at the counter told me she was expecting her new stamp. Then she says “Sucks for you.” I left and went to the ups store.

This mail/PO box store closes at 5:30 pm every day, so unless you dont have a regular job this is not a good fit for most anyone. I went in today for a print job, but they dont have a single computer that is connected to the Internet, or a computer thats connected to their printers. They had turned off the lights off 25 minutes before closing, and told me at 5:10 I had 4 minutes to go get my print file before they closed. Not an accommodating business and not a business that is making an effort to help customers. Dont go here, drive to the UPS store in Westgate.

Kristen is literally the hardest worker Ive ever met in my life. I have no idea how she keeps the store afloat but for several years she has provided excellent service to my company.

Dont send your UPS packages here. You have to have a mailbox there for that to happen. That said, shes the type of person youd want working at a shipping store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our friends hiking the AT had a package delivered here instead of our house so my husband went to pick it up Monday morning at 9. No one opened the store, still hadnt until 9:45 and when I called the main store they couldnt possibly care less that the person was late. What a waste of time.
