This UPS store has the best customer service. Theyre quick, friendly and get you in and out in no time. Also, dont bother going to the bank if you need something notarized, just go to this UPS store and they will take care of it. I run a retail store and I know how important good customer service is, especially during these trying times.

The staff is great but be advised the UPS service is not what is used to be. Refusing to guarantee overnight though theyll certainly sell it to you. Shipped a package overnight to High Point for over $50 and looks like it might be there 4 days later... Not gonna bother with UPS again.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service at this location. I came in having an awful day very ill prepared for what I had to accomplish and they helped me and went above and beyond. Especially the lovely lady with blonde hair and tattoos. She treated everyone so nicely and it turned my day around. Thank you!

The driver failed to deliver my package but still confirmed it as if he did.When I called about my missing package the woman on the phone had the nerve to have an attitude and tell me to contact the merchant it’s not the merchant who is delivering the package it is UPS!! First mistake.Luckily the merchant was kind enough to deliver it once more free of charge and it was noted specifically to deliver to my door not to the lobby it was not delivered to my door.I filed a complaint and someone contacted me from UPS with the nastiest attitude saying they spoke to the driver and that he is not allowed to go directly to our doors.My leasing office is saying that they are indeed allowed to go to our doors so at this point he is being lazy and incompetent.So unprofessional and completely inefficient!

Went in very confused with absolutely no idea how to ship some large bulky items. Katie was so nice and helpful and professional! She helped me sort out what I was doing and get everything taken care of.

Does not honor Amazons packagless return policy. Ended up driving to the one in Weaverville and had no problem and didnt have to buy a single box.

The people are friendly and service is good. My issues are more of logistical. I struggled to recieve one particular credit card for two months, (along with some other documents,) because of the extra line in the address. The PMB seemed to confuse half of the people I needed mail from. Also, I could have avoided all the drama by simply getting a standard PO box at the USPS for half the price. I actually drive right past the post office to go to this storeThen, as everyone knows, parking all over Asheville is quite tricky. This place is no different. Many businesses with few parking spaces and VERY narrow entrances and exits. Glad my insurance company doesnt know what I go through to pick up my mail.

The girls there or the staff I should say are the best, as I’m not that computer savvy they always help me or do it for me and they are so friendly about it, always quick and with a smile.

I cant say enough good things about this UPS Store. They handle our fragile and valuable shipments with the upmost care. They are friendly and professional. They are also willing to ship items that many other locations wouldnt touch and their team does a fantastic job of assisting in the rare event of a claim. I cannot say enough good things about this store. They have completely changed the way we handle shipping within our business.

Good location, most of the staff are good, one guy though charged me $3.00 to trim down a sheet of typing paper so if would fit better in my envelope, a real crook.

Customer service OK. They ask for a drivers license before mailing a packageWhich I found unusual. I paid more for mailing the package then what I paid forThe contents of the package. I felt that I got ripped off. I would have walked outOther than this package was for a birthday that I wanted to arrive on time.I will not use this business again.

Overpriced compared to USPS and the actual UPS hub, stuck shipping with them due to a hectic schedule. Super pushy about identity and contents of the package, made me say it in a crowded store, made my personal business everyone else’s. 2 days have past and still no movement either.

Horrible experience, UPS driver blocked my car and would not move their truck. Went into UPS store to have them tell the driver to move truck so I can back my car up to leave, UPS store told me that they cant do anything about it. I had to call police to help since my 90 year old mother needed assistance at home. Ups driver took over 30 minutes to finally leave. I will never go to their store again or use UPS!!!!!!!!
