Purchased a preowned vehicle here a few months ago, Danny was great to work with. There were a few items that needed repair after the sale and primarily were handled appropriately until all things went to hell. The satellite antenna does not work, a new one was ordered, painted to match and it was replaced. The new antenna also did not work. Was told by Cerrone that it was a defective antenna (directly from GM.) Ended up taking the vehicle to another dealership closer to my home. The antenna is not the problem, there is a module that controls the antenna and that is what is not working. The antenna was misdiagnosed. I have now been trying for THREE solid weeks for Cerrones service department to work out the details of getting this fixed near my home (1.5 hours away.) My local dealership has called MANY times and left many messages for our service advisor at Cerrone and no calls have been returned. This has turned into a part time job for my husband and I trying to follow up and get service. I am at the point of calling an attorney. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership again. Sorry for Danny because he was great ... complete disappointment since. But I guess that makes sense as they already have their money from the sale; no need to put effort into standing behind what they sold.

This was my last free oil change, I purchased my Yukon just 1 year ago. My right rear tail light was out. I had purchased the 100.000 mile warranty when I bought the truck so I wasnt to concerned until I was told that the entire taillight assembly needed to be replaced and the warranty would not cover it. My cost would be around $800. The tail light is a common problem with this model and GM will replace the light on vehicles before my year. I just thought the dealer could have offered to meet me somewhere half way.

I think the price of the oil change and tire rotation service is totally ridiculous. cost was $97.00 but I had a coupon you sent for $15.00 off which still cost $82.00 Totally inflated for the services informed. Can have the same services performed at many other reputable garages for less than half of that amount. Therefore I probably will not be having these services done again at your dealership unless I am afforded a generous discount/ coupon, to make the price affordable. I have been a loyal Cerrone customer for many years prior to this.

Im giving five stars to Cerrone Chevrolet because of a awesome experience and best deal ever. This was my fourth brand new vehicle not mention several pre-owned vehicle before that. I pulled into the lot and walked around without being followed then went into the showroom I was greeted by Mr. Joel Picchi one of the salesman and within minutes he set me up with a 2019 brand new vehicle left over with 35 miles I saved thousands of dollars from the sticker price, best staff to deal it.

I purchased my 2021 Silverado with the 3.0L Duramax engine from Power Auto Group in Corvallis, OR on July 3. 2021. Four days later, my wife and I departed with our 4000lb tear drop in tow on a cross-country trip to Seekonk, MA. Enroute, we encountered and issue with the DEF system. Every 250 miles or so, the gauge would drop from 3/4 full to empty and the message DEF tank is empty. Refill now. would flash on the Info panel. Each time, we would stop and add DEF until the tank overflowed, but it would only take 2 gallons and then spill over. Very frustrating.When we got to our destination, we called Power and they said that there was probably a problem with the DEF sensors and that the tank needed to be replaced. Since we were not planning to return to Oregon before September, they suggested we take it to the nearest Chevrolet dealer where we were.We took the truck to Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, RI. As soon as he learned that we didnt purchase the truck from them, the service agent became quite curt--rude actually--and told us to take it to another Chevrolet dealer. When we asked where, he told us to look online. I was very upset with their response and would never recommend them to anyone looking for Chevrolet sales or service.We then took the truck to Masse Chevrolet in South Attleboro, MA. They were wonderful from the start. We made an appointment to service the truck and they kept it for two days. They were not able to reproduce the problem, but were very concerned about our experience with this truck. Ultimately, we agreed that I should take the truck home and bring it back it and when the problem reoccurred.While I am concerned that there may still be a problem with the truck (or perhaps not), I was extremely satisfied with Cerrones handling of the problem and would strongly recommend Cerrone to anyone looking for Chevrolet sales or service.Special kudos to Adam Saccoccia, our service advisor at Cerrone! :-)

Was not greeted when walked in door. Came for an oil change and the timing went well. Was performed in a timely manner. However the check engine light came on the next day which was Saturday so called Monday because its a brand new truck with 7500 miles and the ONLY thing that has been done is an oil change and now engine light on. Very peculiar coincidence. Was told I can bring truck by and have it checked but would not be able to work on it if it was something to be fixed. Was not accommodating at all to try and get it corrected. Was only told it had absolutely nothing to do with the oil change. Again coincidence? First time at cerrone drive by multiple times as it is right around corner and had always been thinking of going in to check out vehicles. No longer an option.

I called to make an appointment and get a price quote for my 2004 Buick Rainer, I need to replace rear suspension components. I was told they dont service cars as old as mine. Really? A 2004? A Buick Rainer is a re-badged Chevy Trailblazer/GMC Envoy. The roads are dripping with the make and model vehicle, not to mention they are a Chevrolet Buick Dealer, but they do not work on vehicles that old. I wonder what they do work on? While the person on the phone was very nice thier uderstanding of basic GM mechanics is very poor,l.

Had an answer to every question and walked through each of my issues start to finish. I was blown away with the customer service I experienced here with him. Very poor service, they made 2 appointment for a SUV at the same time. I got the short end of the stick. I have been working with my sales rep. I had my deposit and the total cost out the door. Then somebody walk right by me and test drives the car. That was not right.

Very disappointed. My vehicle is under warranty and they wanted to charge me a fee to diagnosis the issue. I went to another dealership no mention of a fee to diagnosis the problem. And they replaced the broken part no charge. The other dealership washed and vacuumed free of charge. Priority isnt their priority thats for sure.

I dropped my chery volt for the powertrans data upgrade and they asked if the other recall that came up was addressed myself and my wife informed them it had been taken care of a year earlier handed them the keys and left some hours later they called to inform me they cracked my windshield doing the evaporator recall which I told them had been done a year earlier and that they need to keep the car another day to replace the windshield . this inconvenience, since, iIm self employed cost me a full days work measly costing me $500 my wife had a doctors appointment meaning in my chevy silverado 1500 i had to drive here around which cost me the day work and easily an additional $25 in gasoline . they informed me it would be done at 1.pm we called just before 1 pm and the glass company had not even been there yet when we got the car back the person putting the windshield in must have had adhesive all over his hands and got it all over my console and I still working to get it off I still have to deal with getting my transponder velcro like tape to reattach it to the windshield another issues left to deal with so will Gm be reimbursing Cerone preforming the same recall they did a year earlier because they dont know how to record the correct vehicle Vin. I fell like they were lying to me most of the time never very truthful about it till I confronted them with what the update entailed and it had noting in the area of the windshield they finally admitted it was the other recall that caused it the one they had done a year earlier

Made appt online for a Saturday morning. There was no indication that the services I wanted would not be able to be done. When I arrived at 7am the guy checking me in asked if I had been there before and what I was there for. Its like they didnt know I was coming. He seemed confused. When I booked the appt online I had to type in the services I wanted and I assumed that information would have gotten to the appropriate people to get the parts are whatever they needed, but when I got there they didnt know why I was there and did not have the parts. The person who check me in said I should have called. I didnt know that I needed to and the online booking didnt say that I should or indicated the service that I wanted wasnt available on a Saturday. I brought my vehicle in for some accessories and to get a couple recalls taken care of. They took care of the recalls but did not have the parts for the accessories so I have to bring the vehicle back next Saturday morning and they said they would take care of those things for me even tho that dont do that work on Saturdays. I also had a piece of my dash that was broken and needed to be fixed and the person who check me in took care of this at no charge for the inconvenience. After the initial conversation when I got there the person who was checking me in was very apologetic and said that the online booking doesnt work very well and needs to have an indication that the services you requested can be done. He was very pleasant and understood why I might be upset. He did assure me that I would be all set to come back in next Saturday. Im not sure at this point if I will be using this dealership for future service. Its not totally thier fault but I will be able to get a better idea after my next visit on Saturday.

Pulled into your service department and followed the sign that says “Please pull forward” only to be stared at by your service team members and laughed at by two of them instead of being helped. I understand they’re mechanics and not guest service members but laughing at a customer who has never been to your service department before is extremely unprofessional. I gave my number instead of waiting in the lobby only for them to not call me after 2 hours I drove back to wait in the parking lot to see my car was already done and I wasn’t given a phone call. Very unprofessional making people wait for nothing.

Stay away from Cerrone Chevy. My daughter had an actuator replaced in her Impala. The part cost $70, and the final bill was $425.00. This part can be replaced in 30 minutes. They charged her 3 hours labor. Charging customers for labor time that was not performed is stealing their money. Please have your car serviced at a reputable business.

It wasnt so much the Dealers fault but when I bought my truck I was told I get 2 free oil changes, was never told they had to be used by a certain time so I was charged for my 2 oil change with only 6000 miles on the vehicle . I have 3 GMC vehicles so I dont really put a lot of miles on them. I feel that I should of received a notice telling me that the oil change was going to Expire. This is not the first time I have had problems dealing with GMC and now possibly thinking of going to a different Auto maker very disappointed in GMC

Had oil change and tire rotation. Also had a problem with putting in park and a message comes up saying put in park; unable to turn car off. Seems to be a common problem that gmc recognizes, but offers no recall but came out with a bulletin suggesting a few options. I am at the mercy of the dealership when they say a shifter harness has to replaced.Part was ordered and prepaid. Car is 2017 acadia denali with 26k miles. Warranty expired.

I just purchased a brand-new car. My salesman was Dave and in finance was Mike. The two of them made the process so easy and nice I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m very please with the process. I will be coming back when I buy my next Chevy. These guys were really professionals at what they do and I’m happy that I had them to work with.And to put icing on the cake one of my younger sons wanted to ride the car out of the show room and they allowed him to sit in the front seat. This is something my son will never forget and I really appreciated that. Speedy response to our need for a new truck back in the fall. They also shared with me an incentive program for commercial vehicles....in which they would pay for all or a portion of the lettering on the sides of the van. We submitted our paperwork, received a check in a timely manner and are now sporting a highly visible and cheerful van with great messaging courtesy our auto dealer. The first time I came here was for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment on the website for 6pm. When I showed up, they told me they do not schedule anything after 5pm because they close at 7pm, but they would make an exception for me since I was already there. Thanks. Then when they finished an hour later they told me they had spilled oil on my exhaust so not to worry if I smelled burning oil. Thanks again.The second time I came here was for scheduled maintenance and oil change. This time there was no problem with scheduling. However, as I was leaving they told me they topped off all my fluids as is customary for scheduled maintenance appointments. A few days later I noticed I was out of wiper fluid, so I guess they forgot about possibly the most important fluid. Thanks.Overall not a terrible dealership but I expect a little more attention to detail when I pay the premium for going to a dealership over a local shop. At least they have a fancy free coffee machine in the waiting area.

Before contacting them I contacted a closer Chevy dealership to my work, and that dealership wanted to schedule an appointment 2 months from now-that was insane!
