I had a bad experience with this dealership,So I found a car online, and I summitted a request for availability, someone from the dealership called me and confirmed the availability.However we scheduled an appointment to see the car and finish the paperwork.I called the office an hour before I go there since I am travelling 67miles away, the they confirmed that the car still available.I went there and I asked for the person I have the appointment with, they said that person is not there, however I told them that I have an appointment for the car I requested to see.The sales representative came back to me and said THE CAR HAS BEEN SOLD YESTERDAY??I was so mad and I showed her the message that I got from them, and I called an hour before I come in.She said I can show you another trim??Are you kidding me?I came all the way for that particular trim not to see something else!!I left the place and will NEVER EVER going back there again.These people are rude and not respectful.I dont recommend this dealership for anyone.

If there’s something you need to keep as a man is honesty and keep your word and go beyond of provide a great customer service which I didn’t get from this place, horrible customer service, very disappointed, they took my car that i bought there less than 2 months to fix and coming back with scratch, from sales person (Kyle) to a general manager is not acceptable, they are great to charge you for what you buying but when problems coming they put you in bad situations that you not expecting to get . Your logo is saying you provide high expectations/high quality service which I did not get from this place, not recommended!!! 👎

I went to get an oil changed, I usually do not go here because of how I had been treated in the past. But I thought we’ll I will tried again, but my car is wired with camera thank God. Like I said I went in for an oil change, they asked me if I needed my tired rotate I said no because pride Hyundai had already did that for me, so when they were done, I was told I need two bulbs which cost 5.99 each plus the oil changed. When he was all said and done I was charged 101.97 for oil change and two bulbs. Didn’t make sense to me. While driving my car it began to smoke like fire. And smelled like gasoline leakage. So I got home and open my hood only to find out that the oil lid was wildly open and left on the top of the engine. How careless is that. I’ve suffered in this company hands so much, but this I will fight.

Went there to have my plate light brackets replaced. Which requires the bumper to be removed. They charged me 2 hours of labor for work that took 38 minutes (I started a timer as soon as my car went into a bay). The rep told me they used 2 technicians to get the job done quicker. So essentially they charged me per technician. Ill never go here again.

Great sales great service I was treated well from the moment I walked in the door I am a woman an being placed with a woman to help me threw the purchase of my first vehicle made me feel all the more comfortable an confident that she was going to do everything she could to help me, and she did, Gina Silva was great I got into my first vehicle there she helped me to get everything done so I was able to drive it home the same day as I came from aways away to looked at the car .This dealership is full of friendliness and people that want to help I highly recommend if your looking to buy a vehicle this place is where u want to go

Gut running service couldnt schedule an appointment if someone showed him how! My wifes car has multiple lights on the dash. I dont feel comfortable with her driving it like that. Guy says its a week to 10 days before he can look at it. Mind you there is 3 cars in the parking lot to get serviced. Buttt he says I can leave it and maybe they can get to it before then.... haha. Place is a joke now. Bought 1 suv from them from when it was brand new. Never again, service department ruined that experience 1 to many times!

My saleswoman Gina was excellent. The used car manager not so much. Purchased a 17 Silverado upon buying it noticed the antenna was broken and about 2 weeks after that noticed everyone of my tires had significant dry rot both on the inside and outside of the tires. Took about 3 weeks to get my antenna installed and was informed their was nothing they could do about the tires even though I had purchased the wheel and tire package. The used car manager stated “if it was a deal breaker when you purchased it we would put tires on but because you bought it already there is nothing they could do”. Mind you it was a 40k truck. Never again, if you do decide to attempt to purchase a vehicle make sure you go through it with a fine tooth comb.

I have been taking my car to Courtesy Mitsubishi for service since I purchased it 2 years ago.So far its been a good experience from the sales guy through the service Department.Recently, I left my car for a schedule oil change and they called up to tell me that the inspection sticker was due.I knew that you dont need it in the brand new cars until the first 24.000 miles or when the car is 2 years old, whatever comes first.I appreciated that they informed I needed it even though my car has only 15.000 miles because its 2018 model.I really recommend doing business with them.Renzo Mejia

We went to Courtesy Mitsubishi to browse there selection of cars. We weren’t sure what we wanted and never even considered a Mitsubishi. Frank met us when we arrived and worked with us throughout the day listening to our every need, want and concern. He was very patient and made sure when we left, almost 7 hours later, we were happy. Paul in finance worked hard as well to make sure we got they best price on our loan and had comfortable payments. They make you feel like you are the only person that matters. I can’t say enough about Courtesy Mitsubishi. Kyle made the whole process seamless. After my initial inquiry, we set up an appointment for the next day. Drove from over an hour away and was early to my appointment. They fit me in right away. The rest was easy. From test drive to financing everything went quickly. Car couldn’t be insured that day because my insurance company had limited hours on a Saturday but Kyle took care of it all Monday morning and delivered the car to me without hesitation. I highly recommend them. I’m so happy with my Outlander!

Its comical to me that their name includes the word Courtesy... they would better be described with many Four letter adjectives. They reel you in with false pricing (Cars.com advertised one price, once you get to the dealer they say oh that price is after a 2,000 down payment) its pretty unbelievable the shamelessness they exhibit. After we drove an hour there, found out the change in price, we went home. They called us that night and asked us to come back and gave a better price ($250+ the advertised price). Buyer beware, once you sign the papers, they offer no COURTESY. They dont communicate, return calls, completely avoid following through on promises, and call you unappreciative for the car they gave you. Dont do business with them, save your sanity.

Without hesitation they brought my car in, changed out the flat tire, and I was out in around 10 minutes. They didnt charge me a thing either, were just happy to help me out. Buyers beware of shady tactics. Be very careful when making a purchase from this dealership. Do not believe anything they tell you on the phone or in person. An agreement and a signed contract does not mean anything to them. Days after an agreement was signed they called to notified me that they made a mistake and would not honor their agreement due to a pricing error. Do not trust Frank or any other sales manager. They are unprofessional and provide terrible costumer service. Please take your business somewhere else and do not be fooled by these scam artists

I purchased a Platinum Plan with Courtesy Hyundai 8 years ago upon financing a car. Once that dealership closed it was transferred to Greico Hyundai of Johnston. They serviced my car their honoring the same Plan. Then it was later told that Courtesy Mitsubishi would be honoring them. I go their today to be told I never actually had this plan to begin with. It was know called an Extended Warranty Plan. Unfortunately for me I have no paperwork yet to proof this. Word of advise to all make sure you paperwork is in order if you decide to deal with these Dealerships. Keep everything in a folder or something separate to confirm your coverage. Never feels good when you have been played. Lesson learned.

The salesman who helped me was Kyle. He was absolutely fantastic!! No pressure to buy, walked me through every step of the process, made sure that when we got the approval from the bank before I signed paperwork I was still okay with everything. Super nice people over there and the finance manager Al was great and really helped me out to get my new 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. Only had it on the road a couple of hours but its great. They are all lovely and wonderful people. The salesman Barney wasnt even my sales guy and he helped me out setting up my phone to the dash and helped with the application set up as well, my phone was acting funky at first. Over all very very impressed with the service at Courtesy Mitsubishi.

I went earlier this evening with my friend to look at cars, and we dealt with Barbara. She wasn’t very personable and actually was pretty rude the way she said things. Also, when she came back to tell my friend she was approved and what the monthly payment would be, I then asked her what the interest rate was and she tells me “i don’t know what the interest rate would be and that isn’t information that I can discuss with you.” All around it was a horrible sales experience and my friend will not be buying a car from there. Note to dealership: if you are going to hire people from an independent contractor, atleast talk to them and make sure they have manners.

Watch out for their shady tactics. They will tell you what you want to hear and then completely go back on their word once they get you in there. We spotted a car we were interested in online. In their online fine print they state *ONLINE PRICE REFLECTS A $2000 MINIMUM TRADE IN VALUE* at the very bottom. I call to see if $2000 is their minimum trade in offer (there are some dealerships that offer push pull or tow $2000 minimum, the way their fine print was worded I thought this was the case, I was wrong) the lady I spoke with explained they might not give me exactly $2000 but they can do a blind trade appraisal and give me an offer without seeing said vehicle. Go thru with the blind trade appraisal I said all I’m looking for is to get that internet price listed. She tells me “Good News! They will give you $2000 for your vehicle!” I said on the phone I just want to be sure because we are coming a very long way and have to tow the vehicle, and that the internet price was the top of our budget. She says yes that’s their offer. Great. I ask to put a deposit down on the car, as I explain once again I am coming from very far away I want to be sure it’s there when we get there. She says the minimum deposit is $500. I say ok and give her my card information. She runs my card without even CHECKING TO SEE IF THE VEHICLE IS THERE. I then schedule to have our vehicle towed 88 MILES to the dealership. Pay for a babysitter to watch my 2 & 3 yr old. About to leave and get a call from same lady, “oh so & so didnt talk to you? We made a mistake the vehicle is at another dealership getting maintenance done and won’t be ready for 3-4 days at the latest.” What did I pay a deposit for? Now my vehicle is already being towed on the way and my entire day gets messed up. We ended up figuring out that we would go there and do the paperwork and they would deliver the new vehicle to us when it was ready (honestly the least they could do they dropped the ball big time with the whole deposit situation). We got there and had to ask to at least go SEE the vehicle but they wanted us to buy it without test driving it. We sit down to talk numbers. Now my vehicle made it there well before us so they combed it thru and went back and low balled me on their trade in offer. $1,000. I was so upset at this point because 1) the vehicle we want to buy ISNT EVEN HERE and we’re supposed to just buy it off of good faith and 2) I drove 88 miles and double checked with the internet sales lady that $2000 was going to be the trade in offer!!! How shady and wrong of them to get us to come all the way their and then go back on their word. Spent an hour and a half haggling and got their offer up to $1500 and that just wasn’t cutting it. We came there FOR the internet price. We left and they gave us the weekend to think about it. We ended up finding the same exact vehicle somewhere else a year newer, only 5,000mi more, and $3500 less. If they were PROFESSIONAL with the deposit, and honest about the trade in they would’ve made a sale that day. But God works in mysterious way and led us to an even better deal so thanks!!!!

Brought car in because of squealing noise coming from back tire area. They replaced Bearing and drum. Had to return car a week later because noise was still happening. Now they said rotors and breaks needed to be replaced even though the told me the week before the breaks were fine and had 80% life left. $465 dollars later I was told the noise was absolutely fixed. Well I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before car was squealing like a stuck pig. How the mechanic didn’t hear it is beyond comprehension. So now I’m still without a car while I wait for them to fix mine for the third time. Can’t wait to see how much this is going to cost me. Btw can u reimburse me the money I paid for the breaks and rotors because obviously they were not the problem!

Because he lied to me about my payment only after I gave a non refundable deposit. To only find on my 3rd oil change that I was lied to by my salesman. And was told I dont have it. I have been coming here for 3 different cars now. And was treated like I was garbage. Disgusting treatment. Never again.
