Great dealership with friendly staff. Both owner and wife were very upfront and honest. Explained everything about the vehicle, what parts were recently replaced and how they warranty the car for 30days. Went over all the stipulations of the warranty, which was very fair for a small business. They were also very flexible, were able to accommodate my busy work schedule. Great place and would buy from the again and recommend to friends.

Went to go look at a car and wasn’t even heard when trying to reduce the price of a 20 year old car with a leaking oil/transmission pan, rust on the frame, and a clicking sound coming from the engine. Saying that because it has low mileage that it’s worth way more than what they’re posting it for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking to negotiate. The woman also said for us to not trust Kelly blue book which is the shadiest thing I’ve ever heard

Had a great experience buying from Jay Motor Group. Its a small business owned by an honest couple. I found them online through Car Gurus - had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. Was able to take the SUV I was interested in for a test drive without supervision. Its nice to have that level of trust. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I got my SUV for $600 less than the average private party price and $1500 less than the highest private price according to Kelley Blue Book. It was well within my budget. They offered to perform maintenance on the car in the future for a reduced price, and took care of the inspection and registration for a small fee. I even got a handwritten Thank You card mailed to my house after purchase! They provide a 30-day warranty. Ive had one minor issue with my SUV so I will be bringing it back to be looked at but I trust theyll take care of it.Honestly, anyone whos had a bad experience with JMG most likely came in with a bad attitude.

Very disappointed in this place! I called to make an appointment to look at a car to buy the person that picked up said their appointment only and that they have a doctors appointment and are not available till 2:30. So I made an appointment for 2:30 I walk on the lot at 2:30 on the DOT and a womanc out to tell me oh youre here for the Mercedes right I was like yes .Oh Im sorry someones inside the office right now buying it!! You made appointment with me you said you were not available till 2:30 but yet youre inside already doing paperwork for the car at 2:30 terrible for business! If the right information was given I would have put a deposit on it on the phone. Extremely disappointed!!

Always a great car buying experience. My sister purchased her used car here two years ago, and now Ive finally bought a car for myself. There were a few bumps in the road with getting all the information for registration, but Rachael made sure that me and Mr. Midnight (my Chevy Cobalt) were together at last.

Okay so I can’t went here in 2018 with my grandfather and I purchased a 2006 Mazda 6 and let me tell you it’s about to be 2 years later and haven’t needed any major work at all it is amazing was recently hit by a drunk driver and car was totaled but I will definitely buy my replacement car here soon!!

So I went to Jay Motor Group with my daughter to purchase her first car and I dealt with both Rachel (the lovely women who answers the phone and does all the paperwork) and her husband. Horrible. Got a passing inspection sticker by them illegally brought it to 2 other mechanics afterward and they said it should have never ever passed inspection because it was extremely unsafe. We were refused when asked to return the car back to them for our money back car was junked within 2 months

I bought a car from this place about 16 years ago and I think it was a different owner at that time. Anyway, I went back with my daughter whom needed a car and she purchased a decent car for the money and her needs. Hopefully, the car will last her a couple of years. Buying from this place was a no pressure and easy going event.I will update the review within 3-4 weeks.Update: A few things were acting up. The car was brought back to them. They were very eager to help out and to our surprise there was no charge when the car was picked up. When and if I need a cheap car again, I will go here first and see what I can get!!!

Purchased a 2003 impala from them back in November. Do not let them take your car to get inspected. They were very adamant of getting it inspected where they wanted. I had an issue with the inspection place they passed my car when it shouldnt have passed for a parking brake. The dealer corrected the issue but made a stink with me when I had addressed it with the inspection station. Only reason Im giving two stars is because the problems Ive had I can fix myself. They keep telling me they will call me and I havent gotten a call. My radiator went ($500) and they told me they would fix my sunroof when the weather was nicer. Looks like i will be replacing it myself because I will not be bringing my car back to them. Lost what could have been a repeat customer.

I bought a car from them a 2003 Hyundai Sonata. When I bought the car it had minor issues such as the a/c and such. When I bought it I brought it to a mechanic because this was my first car. The mechanic was disgusted by the bottom and said all the lines were rotted out and would not work on it. I brought it back and they said they fixed it promising that they would never sell a 16 year old new driver a car that would break down. Come to find out at my next oil change that I needed a new car immediately because the entire bottom of my car was rotted out and there was more than 8,000$ worth of work to be done on it. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are scam artists looking for a quick dollar. Be safe because they will sell you anything they can make money off of.

Best car place for great prices no hassle

If i could give zero stars I would this place is horrible. The lady who was working there seemed as thought she was strung out. I say with her for about an hour talking about a Monte Carlo I saw online an really really wanted so after talkimg about everything ahe had us take it for a test drive me an my 7 year old daughter were in love. We went back and tried to nogotiate a price but she kept saying she was firm on the price. We went outside and i talked to my mother an my mother went back in with all the money to buy the car. And then she said oh Im sorry the car sold yesterday. Really what the heck. And u just decided not to tell me this the whole time I was there. I was devastated I us . My heart set I wish she would have just told me the car was sold when I first went in asking about it.Also the check engine light was on and they cleared it while i was there an said it was nothing. This place is very sketchy. And a waste of time.I also have a friend who bought a car there an 4 months later her breaks went and some other things she called th em for help they pretty much told her to go screw herself. There just not good people.

Bought a vehicle with only 70k miles so it had a 2500mi/60day limited warranty. Like clockwork, after 2900 miles had been put on the car, the block cracked and entire engine had to be replaced. Water pump also went after 2600 miles had been put on.

Purchased a car from them. No sales pressure. They have a pleasant staff.

I had a bad experience with an employee/owner not sure so i emailed about the car in hopes of getting in touch with someone else. Instead i received an email from the person and was blamed for her not being clear about where the car was/when it would be back.
