If you are thinking about US Cellular, you want to deal with this store. Do not deal direct or online. Miserable experience. If it was not for the folks at this store, in particular Perrin, I would have cancelled service that had not had luck activating yet. She as well as her teammates were very patient. I was also impressed with how the Manager was able to talk down a threatening irate customer while bringing resolution to the customers concerns. This is great location.

ISSAC at Auburn (Maine) store fixed two problems, one on phone and another on my tablet. Met and greeted me at the door, and I was out and very satisfied within five minutes. Exceptional service!! 👍👍

Considering US Cellular can make 40 to 50k with commission, I was surprised at how computer illiterate the staff at the Auburn store is.i cancel my Us Cellular account after they overcharged my bill for 3 months in a row. The manager laughed saying most customers just pay it. They dont pay attention to their bill. Ha ha. The Rockland store where I signed up knew me by name and never messed up charges on my bill.

This place sucks. I am completely mad that I am in a vacation and I have no internet. But for the commercials for this place it says that you have internet in the middle of nowhere. And I’m in the middle of nowhere and my internet does not work. Completely dissatisfied.

If you are going to the Auburn Retail Store I highly recommend Evan. He has always made sure that I understand everything and is extremely helpful and honest. He is friendly and makes sure that I end up leaving there with what I want or a resolution to any problems that may come up!

If youre not going to read this, at least DONT BUY GADGET GUARD because the product is useless and has caused frustration for me with US Cellular.... save yourself the trouble.Ive had so many mixed conversations with this company, and this retail branch specifically, for the seven or so years Ive been helped by them, but Ive been with US Cellular since I was old enough to have a cell phone. Each new encounter it seems like Im spinning a game show wheel of customer service that swings wildly between one and five stars.Back when I was the kind of person who only needed to go in every 2 years for an upgrade, they were always super friendly. I once sat down with someone for maybe five hours over two separate days while they walked us through every possible option.That was the impression I had of them, as people who go above and beyond. Now it may be due to corporate changes outside of the branchs control, or maybe just lowering of standards on someones part, but it seems like that impression has slowly been leaving me over the past few years.Now that Im older off my parents account Im finding more and more issues. Maybe its because my mother has been a customer for what must be 15 years at this point, but there was a definite change in customer service from what I remember.on my part Ive certainly gotten clumsier, needed more replacements and better protection and longer warranties now than I did as a teenager. Or maybe its just that phones are entirely glass now instead of being absolute bricks? So maybe Im just a problem customer now but that shouldnt change the quality of service I get, right?Like I said, sometimes I still get gems, Keyana is always nice, and Will was helpful with my most recent frustration of misleading product advertisement and refunded warranties. ( Like I said, GadgetGuard Black Ice Liquid, the one they rub on your phone, is a scam, because if it cracks your whole phone breaks BUT only the screen is warrantied. So Im risking my whole phone I havent even paid off yet, but guaranteeing only half of it? Nah son like take that trash off the market whats even the POINT I can and will digress into tears Im sorry)ANYWAY... If you are willing to take the time to communicate your issue and are patient with the humans trying to do their job then yeah, maybe you make it out of here with a pleasant experience. But phone stuff is not fun or easy and is just all around frustrating, so if youre going into this already mad or confused I think something in them senses that and becomes even less willing to help. I get it, I dont love it, but I understand.OVERALL they keep me functioning with minimal issue on the day to day, but for those perfect storm moments where we have to be that sh*tty customer no one wants to be, thats where they lose a few stars.

Donna was extremely rude and was not helpful. Very arrogant person and unhappy person. If you go to this store verify your bill before you leave. They have a history of quoting a lower amount than what you get billed. The worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. Extremely disappointing service. Donna needs a major attitude adjustment.

Had some issues with my phone for quite some time, starting frim an error from when it was activated. I used to wait 30+ minutes before a rep could help me, however it seems theyve made improvements in that area. Theyre really nice people.
