Ive been going here for everything for over 3 years for performance upgrades and repairs. Martin is an absolute legend. Ive brought multiple different cars in and everything is good. Can be very busy sometimes but theres a reason for it. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys are selling broken cars that “passed emissions”. When taken to another auto shop the car had failed 5 times in the past. When contacting them I was blocked immediately. THEY EVEN HAVE FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!! Most if not all the people who have “commented” are bots. No profile picture. Almost copy and paste comments. This company is horrible. STAY AWAY!!!

A few weeks ago I took my car in to namreg motorsports and after 8 days of no follow up I had to call them three or four different times within that time period of them not even diagnosing or fixing my car so I decide to come pick it up myself and when I arrived everything in my car was stolen and my truck was left unlocked. This could have been an unfortunate chain of events and someone robbed it but it was in clear view when we looked at the cameras. Some things just dont add up. It wasnt just a snatch, grab and go. With the evidence left behind you can see that they took their time to really clean out everything valuable i had in my car.

Great group of folks here. They do the job right and for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be getting all my work done here!

I purchased my Audi from Carmax with and after market warrenty and 3 years later I needed some much needed repairs. I made an appointment with Namreg and they took care of me so well. They contacted my after market warranty and tried to get everything covered and they did. They were very communicative throughout the process and even gave me options in case the after market warrenty wouldn’t cover. All in all I got almost $7,000 worth of car work done on my car and only payed my deductible. They were even kind enough to add a full detail in their limited time and get that done while they had my car. I can’t recommend this place enough and will go to them always for my car needs.

They were very helpful and had great customer service. They got me in and out and did the job right. Martin explained everything to me from start to finish. I also feel like he went above and beyond.

What a pleasant surprise this place was! Looks like a little warehouse on the outer edge of Aurora but it when you step through the door you immediately notice youre in a professional mechanic center.From the moment I called Martin was impressive, he knew the codes and issues with my daughters 2008 A4 by heart and shared his thoughts. Said to bring it in right away (on an Saturday) and then asked her name and my name and number so he would know what it was about when she got there.I live in Colorado Springs and as a former mechanic for RTD do most things myself (although Audis are another animal) so its hard to trust someone else to take care of my daughters car.These guys are first class from the phone to the office to the way they dress and conduct themselves.Im thrilled enough that I will bring all the service for my convertible TT even if it is a 60 mile drive for me...I cant imagine wanting anyone else to look at it.BTW...they were the best value Ive found yet on Audi service.

I also asked if he would do an inspection of my car since I just recently purchased it. This will be the only place I will take my car for any service. They are the best. Martin at Aurora Audi has been asking to work on my 2002 Audi S4 since I got it a few months back. I bought it cheap and it needed a lot. I at first took my car to another Audi shop in Aurora because I had known the guy longer. What a mistake that was. After nearly 3 weeks of not fixing or finding the reason for the car running poorly and $1700 in labor. I had to take my car.I decided to get a used engine and let Aurora Audi install it. Martin had my car for one week and replaced the engine, got it dialed in with no check engine lights, and even replaced all of the front control arm parts for less than half the other shops estimate to just install the motor. Thank you Martin and Aurora Audi. My car will never go to that other shop again.P.S. after reading the other reviews, Im betting that Keith initially went to that same OTHER shop. Our experience was almost identical, except I needed a motor.Again thank you Martin and Aurora Audi for your integrity and respect for other peoples time and money.

Been a customer of Aurora Audi for a good 2-3 years now. Had an engine swap done on a 2006 VW Jetta about a year ago. No lights, no oil leaks, no problems, and very reasonably priced. To this day, that engine pulls strong as if it was original.Recently upgraded to an Audi S4 and I am definitely not planning on going anywhere else! Martin is the man. Check him out if you havent already.

Honest place. Brought my audi a6 in and had fuel pump replaced. The part was a tad pricey but it was an audi genuine part so it was warrentied by them. They were direct and fixed another issue indirectly as well. Thanks again guys. Tyler

Was passing through town and had issues with my VW Passat. Thankfully I found this place. They are very friendly and professional. Took me right in and had me back on the road within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend. Too bad I dont live in the area or Id be a forever customer.

Hands down the best Audi mechanic shop in colorado. Ive been dealing with Martin and aurora audi for years and wont take my car to anyone else

Martin did a lot of work on my 1998 GTI last year, at least 3 separate visits for various issues, everything resolved at fair prices in a timely fashion.

Dont take your car there.. this guy is liar he will try to get all of you money some how
