Absolutely the best, what a find. I had ongoing transmission problems with my 2000 Tacoma 4 wheel drive. Didnt break down, but was making odd noises. At first I asked them to do a rebuild, which would have been bearings mainly, but that might not have been the whole problem. I found a rebuilt transmission at Steves Gear and Transmission, (another great place). I asked Accurate if they would install it for me instead of doing my rebuild. Chad was great, no attitude about losing the rebuild. They did a great job start to finish. Dropped the truck off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. A year prior I had a problem with the bell housing. It had to be replaced with a salvaged one, which was absolutely filthy and was installed that way. In the course of replacing my transmission Accurate had it off the truck and completely cleaned it. I didnt ask them to do it, they just did it. I will definitely be back to this place. Chad, Brian, and Dave were all awesome.

These guys are top notch. So hard to find an honest mechanic anymore. Every time I call them to setup an appointment for preventative maintenance they are typically booked out a week or so. That is a good sign to me. They have a great clientele! They are honest, explain all options, tell you what they recommend but do not pressure you to take that course of action. They do only what they ask. I found these guys after my 2011 F-150 had a major transmission failure. They fixed it to like brand new condition at what I felt was a reasonable price. It ran like brand new after that. Since that point I have taken all my vehicles to them. These guys rock. Chad knows how to run a business!

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. I knew it needed work on the transmission, but didnt know what was needed. I found Accurate Transmission online and stopped in with my new vehicle. The owner spent about 90 minutes with me running test and explaining everything. He laid out my options and advised me if it were him he wouldnt fix it as it would exceed the vehicles value. He was honest and straightforward. Never once tried to sell me on anything. I guess he felt his job was to educate me on my options, and let me decide what worked for me. I took his advice and held off on repairs. He never lost a customer that day, he gained one. Totally trust this guy and his shop. Ill be back.

Accurate Transmission is the go to place for any car repairs. Chad is awesome. They diagnosed my car, emailed me the estimate and are up front about what needs done now and what can wait. I never write google reviews but they deserve an A+ for customer service and communication. Last june I accidentally left my reciept after I paid for my repair and got the receipt in the mail shortly after without calling or asking for it I really cant say enough good things about this place! I tell everyone I know to take their car to Accurate Transmission!

Excellent customer service and they did great work in a timely Manner

I had a bad U joint that was pretty much frozen into the yolk of the drive shaft of my Tacoma. I was quoted $45 to replace it and they had a devil of a time. Im not criticizing, because believe me, I tried to replace it myself, I just didnt have the tools. A C clamp and penetrating oil arent going to do the trick.They had to spend a couple of hours, but they didnt give up AND they didnt charge me for all the extra time. Thanks to Chad and everybody at this Shop. My truck runs perfect now.

Took my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in for a new clutch. Would recommend Accurate to anyone. They finished the job quickly and because they evidently use high quality parts, the new clutch actually works and feels better than the one that came from the factory.. Thanks guys.

Bob and his crew did a great job on my Expedition. Explained in great detail the issues and showed me the worn parts. I do most of my own auto work but automatic transmissions are out of my league. Accurate rebuilt mine for a very reasonable price and included a 2 year, 24 miles warranty. I am very happy with the service I got and will always bring my cars here for any work im not going to do myself in the future

I used this establishment over 5 years ago. They in my opinion did a great job and at the time great professional bedside manners. I find myself in need of service again, remembered them and so called them. They are still at the same location, seemed very friendly over phone. They were busy and asked if they could call me back which they actually did in a reasonable amount of time. They looked me up and still had all my information and gave a couple of quotes even appoligiesed for possible costing a bit more now compared to over 5 years ago. So if in need give a mom and pop location a look.

I brought my Ford Taurus into these guys and they were completely upfront and honest concerning what the vehicle needed at a affordable rate. Will refer this shop to All Family and Friends in future. Thank you Chad for your Awesome service!

Chad was super nice and helpful! We were having some transmission issues and he checked it out and found that it was just low on transmission fluid and just filled it up for us and only charged us for the fluid. Would definitely recommend going to.

I was referred to Accurate Transmission for an issue with my truck. They evaluated the truck and informed me that the vehicle was due for a new transmission. Being that my brother is a mechanic I decided to have him fix it with my assistance. The guys at Accurate Transmission did not charge me for the evaluation. When I need a transmission service where I cannot get my own hands dirty, I will be back here.

I gave them 5 stars, but they really rated a 10 . My truck with 123K started belching oil from the dip stick. They charged less than $75 to repair it, I suggested a transmission service and was told, based on the color of the fluid a service was not needed at this time. Thanks Accurate Transmission

I had an issue with my suv. I left it and the next day the took it for a test drive and could not find anything wrong. They volunteered to drive with me to duplicate the issue. They are extremely customer orientated, honest and willing to go the extra mile for you. Though they spent a day with my suv and a about an hour driving with me and explaining what it could be they did not charge me for there time testing. They also did not pressure me into getting something fixed that didnt need it right away. Its refreshing to find great customer service. They will have my business. Good people!

This shop is great! I was referred to Chad and Accurate Transmission from a friend who has had work done here in the past! I had great customer assistance with my truck. I broke my transmission sun shell, took it over to them and they had my truck fixed and back out in a week. WAIT!!!! They then found other mechanics work that was half assed and could have caused my vehicle to catch fire (FUEL LINES) Chad said the parts would be in about a weeks time. Three days later I was in my truck. Great knowledge, service, customer service, and I will be taking my vehicle issues that i can not do myself to this company!

I will spare the details because there are a lot of them. These folks took my possibly bad transmission nightmare..found the minor problem, and actually made it a pleasant experience.
