Giving them 1star ...and thats pushing it. I bought a Nissan Altima w 6 miles on it.. was excellent also baught a truck a year + ago I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM have pictures..

Josh and the other guys at the dealership were accommodating, professional, and did not try to use strong arm sales tactics. I went with my mom to help her because I wanted to make sure she was not taken advantage of and she read treated fairly and professionally, and what I set for monthly payments were met and they stayed completely well within the monthly payment range we had established. The cars were clean and presented nicely and the inside showroom was organized in such a way that as soon as you walk in you start dreaming. Pics of my dream cars are posted however I did not get the pics of the $65,000.00 fully loaded truck that I would love to own. Hell I would love to own any of these vehicles especially since theyre Chevys and not Fords (FORD backwards = Driver Returned On Foot) just had to throw that in. My ideal situation once of these days will be a fully loaded jet black convertible Camaro with leather interior for my play car in the summer, and then that 65k fully loaded truck for work and winter. The pics Im posting are so you can start dreaming too!

My experience at this location was ok, it didnt feel very clean and the waiting area was not very comfortable especially with the relaxed mask mandate I didnt feel at all safe. The service was good the service associate was ok he wasnt very personable it just seem like he just wanted to get done and on my way he was helpful.I passed atleast 10 or 15 employees and not one of the acknowledged my existence. I wasnt even sure of who worked there or not no one had on any company attire with the chevy logo. However they did get me done but I will try to go the Ed bozart it is closer to my home.

Mr Lucas was amazing he was so patient and he was very honest and truthful with what needs to be done with my car I would definitely recommend to work with Mr Lucas dealing with your car needs thank you Len Lyall!

I always have a good experience here. I tend to dislike dealerships in general because they try to oversell, but Len lyall is very honest and decent. all of the service guys I have worked with have been very professional and kind and do everything they can to get my car up and running.

I received a letter from the many saying theres a recall so I left my car at Len Lyell for 3+ weeks and my part still had not come in I even called GM no reply from them yet still waiting to get my car fix I finally picked up my car

The service department is top notch made appt for recall work and they had me in an out in less than one hour

I have been buying chevys with this dealership for more than five years. If you are looking for a car or truck stop in and ask for Naro or Brandon they will take good care of you.

The service and hospitality is impeccable, my kids came with me to get an oil change and they had a tv in the waiting area, so my kids watched tv and they had snacks and beverages also.

Brandon Pryor has helped me out on several occasions - even after normal business hours when I wasn’t expecting a response right away. What a seriously nice guy that was willing to spend some of his personal time to help me out. I strongly recommend him and he is an important asset to this dealership!

THE SERVICE IN PARTS DEP IS MORE THAN PROFECIONAL .

Buying a used vehicle from a dealership can often be an excruciating experience to say the least. My experience at Len Lyall was exactly the opposite. Naro was great to deal with, fair, honest and reasonable. I got a great deal on the car I wanted with no games. Highly recommend this dealership and will be back next time I need a vehicle.

I called and had a simple question about some parts. Had a conversation with the mechanic Rob absolutley horrendous customer service. Rude and tried to be smart about things will not use this place unless you wanna feel treated dumb.

I went in to Len Lyall and meet with Alex Orozco. Alex was an amazing sells rep. He took his time in helping my with the budget range I wanted to stay in as well as the type of vehicle.After a long day of SUV shopping with my son who is 9, I had just about given up on my search. When we pulled up into the dealership we were greeted. Alex showed me several units that matched me and my needs.I am happy to stay that I drove off the lot with a new vehicle for my family and I. Four months ordered touch-up paint for my SUV. Thre times it came in wrong, even after their attempt to get the paint number located in the glove box. Two extra trips a total of 40 miles that was 4 gallons of fuel that I could of used elseware. Past experiences have been very good. Staff there take their jobs serious and are awesome in doing so.

Truly awful experience!!! Made an appointment at 11:30am to have a new-to-me Corvette checked for recalls and software updates. After waiting for 10 minutes just standing around, I was approached by one of the service technicians that just said Oil Change?, I said no that I had an appointment, and the technician asked me irrelevant questions not pertaining to my vehicle or appointment. I was then asked by Kirk(Kurt?) why I was there, told him I had an appointment and wanted to check for the mentioned items. He states that there was no recalls, and that they wouldnt do any updated to the car unless there were issues. This is the first time in owning cars for 20 years that Ive been told by a service adviser that updates would not be applied to a car. (What about improvements to the software, ECM, TCM?!) Then I inquired about an alignment, of which he said that Id have to leave the car and they wouldnt be able to start on it until late afternoon, even though I had an 11:30am appointment. Im picky about whom I let work on my cars, and as an owner I can be, Im the one paying and I expect exceptional service. There are many GM dealerships in Denver, all with certified technicians, and I recommend everyone choose a different one for service; Len Lyall service is rude, unorganized, and seemingly could care less about your business. Awful!

I dont recommend this place for service!!!! Theyre are rude Everytime I bring it in for warranty. Have other vehicles, same treatment. They dont every go above and beyond for the safety of people.
