This is the best dealership Ive worked with since I moved to this state. Unlike others, I was pleasantly surprised to buy a vehicle here without market adjustments. Jesse was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood my options. He even started the paperwork before I got there. The guy was very professional and courteous. I had my toddler with so I wish the on-site paperwork process was faster, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Id even recommend them to my grandparents.

Professional and courteous to a new car buyer. Whole new way of buying a car and they took me through the process like champs.
It took 4 hours to get an oil change, they stated that they are short staffed but they didnt offer to Uber us anywhere and the waiting area was full of people getting their vehicles serviced. I understand the customer service environment isnt always easy but steps can be taken to ensure customers arent waiting half their Saturday at a dealership, next time I will just go to jiffy lube

Went due to engine light. Technician said it was no longer on, but that they would check for any error codes anyway. This was approximately 15 min after I arrived. 45 minutes later the tech comes back to let me know there were no error codes and offers a car wash. I said sure.... an hour later they get done with washing my car. Yeah... my thoughts exactly. The tech tried to make it seem ok by telling me that they hand wash the car (only the outside by the way). Granted they wete short a serviceman, but that doesnt explain the previous times simple tasks had taken hours to complete. I will be avoiding this place from now on. I will give my valuable time and money to some place more respectful of my time. PS: the tech was nice and even though didnt help the process he was informative.
I normally dont write reviews even for bad experiences but I left pretty frustrated this morning all for a good 1.5 hours of wasted time and for Im sure will be more money.I pulled my exterior door handle off in a freeze 2 weeks ago. I call Schomp service the next day and after hearing my issue, they tell me that I need to chat with the parts department. (Found out today that we should have had it looked at first by service instead of just assuming it was just the handle like this service associate said)Anyways, I chat with parts and schedule them to order a new handle. I go to the parts department in person to pay that same day, turns out nothing really I chatted with them about on the phone was in the system so we did it all again. We talked about ordering a new door handle. Again, found out today that they only ordered the handle, not the small piece needed to keep the handle in place (picture attached of both pieces needed) EVEN THOUGH every where you look online, that part is included. The best part is, I brought both of the broken parts with me when I ordered the new one... showed the parts team both of the pieces so I honestly have no idea how both parts were not ordered.I get to the service department today at 7:30am for them to install the handle after it had been shipped and painted. Sit in the waiting area for almost an hour just to find out that they did not have that part. They come to me to tell me that the tiny part would be an extra $200 to order and paint. $200... so I tell them I dont want it painted then and the part was just $30 without paint. That means that tiny part would be $170 to paint. When I am sure if they ordered it correctly the first time and got it painted together with the other part of the handle... it would not have nearly been that much. So now when the part arrives on Saturday and they charge me $150 to install it on Monday, I am going to walk away with a new painted handle and a black unpainted tiny piece attached to it because I could not rationalize paying that much for someone elses mistake.Just not ok. Probably the 2nd negative review I have ever posted. Im trying to figure out what else I can do to get this done well so we will see.

Bad sales tactics and deceptive salesmen.in response to your reply. I have emails from Attlia Szabo referring to my Kia Sorento. I bought the car from his wife when this was a kia dealership. he specifically told me he had a few names from the kia database in regards to customers. he has been contacting them about there leases. telling them you need used cars or kia would charge excessive fees in order to keep your car. he has stated it would be a good idea to come in and lease a car with your dealership because of these fees.
