I had a very easy car buying experience. When I first came they did not have in stock a car I was interested in but to my surprise soon after I got a call notifying me of cars I may be interested in. Sure enough...SOLD. car was reasonably priced and runs great. Sales guy was attentive and accomidating. I cannot recommend this place enough. So glad I didnt go to a large lot. I will be back for my babys sweet 16!!

The office space was neat and tidy. Felt more like home than an actual business. The African American Gentleman who helped me was very kind and courteous!! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality used automobile!! Thumbs up!!

I bought 2 cars from them. They have always been accommodating and polite. They even allowed me to get a windshield installed at their dealer discount on a car purchased elsewhere. The office is not new and pristine but they dont inflate their prices to pay for a new office or staff.

I would not buy a vehicle from these guys. I found one that seemed like a good deal on Facebook and reached out to them. When I politely declined to do business with them due to the numerous bad reviews and complaints you see here, the manager “Juan” became confrontational and rude — literally confirming every negative thing said about them here.Also, I work in online reputation and claims that poor reviews are for the previous dealer at this address are completely false. Not only that, previous reviews mention Juan by name. Clearly he is still there.

However, days after we made the purchase, he turned into the most unprofessional, incompetent, terrible and dreadful individual. When we made the purchase, he agreed to procure the title and mail it to us the next week. After multiple strenuous attempts we made to obtain the title, he called us crybaby and stated it will be there soon, quit crying. He continuously gave us the run around, exclaiming he already mailed it and would provide tracking information. After numerous failure to produce the tracking number, he stated we have 30 days to give you the title. Great! We waited, and eventually at the 29th day mark, I had to contact the owner, Mr. Han (refused to give first name, but previous court stipulation will state his name as theyve been cited before just google their dealer license number), Juan the manager there and Alex another manager for a sister dealership.Everyone stated they had no knowledge of the situation and little did they comprehend. I, myself, having been a seasoned office manager am completely capable and competent of extreme paperwork, making it less of an effort for me to file a complaint than deal with them. A couple days after, Alex explained he will start the process of a duplicate title replacement in which we may have to wait up to 15 days or more to receive. ...Not an answer that would suffice a customer that has been degraded, deceived and insulted. After I explained we will proceed with the complaint if the title was not produced, he finally offered for us to return the vehicle in exchange for a full refund. Which we did that same day. We wanted nothing to do with their deceitful company.We also never received that apology phone call from the terrible, condescending sales representative that Alex ensured would call. To the bottom of the fiery pits with that, because we are just overjoyed without having to deal with their company now.**** (Also, we requested certified funds due to the fact that we would have returned their vehicle without a title)***FYI If you ever have to return your vehicle, hopefully you would have never purchased from here.Returning the vehicle for a refund was based on the fact that we would not file a complaint with the Division of Motor Vehicle - Since we no longer have the vehicle anyway. What a poor response, it definitely seems like you comprehend your wrongdoings. What a poor attitude from business.

They never pick up the phone, never call back. I had to drive there twice to pick up my title and they were closed. No hours of operations.I wouldnt recommend shop there to anyone. The car was dirty, battery was drained. The office looks like dumpster, dirty people.They dont even apologize.

Absolute lemon lot do not buy here car would even pass emissions and needed 4000 worth of work and now they are not even responding just got an attorney this morning and shipped the car back to them. Do not buy from them he claims integrity there is none on this lot.

This is why used car dealers get a bad name. Posted a car for sale but did not have the title. After multiple trips from the mountain to test drive and inspect, I had a mechanic inspect the car (my cost) and made an offer which they accepted. When asked for the title, they couldnt produce it. After many unreturned phone calls, they finally told me they sold it to someone else. See the other negative reviews on this dealer (they work out of a house and no one knows what the other people are doing). Stay away!

They sold me a lemon and changed their number! They also did an illegal payment for me to get the car off their lot. I would be more then happy to go into details. I am getting a lawyer to sue them because not only did they false advertise, but they never contacted me back.

I bought a car five month ago & still they didnt gave me title. Try to reach many times but no one can respond my call & text. one of a guy said I will make ready the title within 2hr & will call you back to pick up but never called me back. I decide to take them to court & see what will happen. I cant recommend this business for anyone based on my experience.

Never answer their phone, sold me a car that breaks down, and every time I try to take my car to them they are closed! Ridiculous company. They make illegal payments to get rid of bad cars. I am taking legal action for this Lemon used Car shop.
