I purchased my 2021 Toyota Sienna here and had a phenomenal experience. My salesman was Parker Wilde. I live a couple states away and was looking for a dealership that would be responsive, honest, and fair. I put my deposit down in April, then drove to Colorado in July to pick it up when they received it. Parker even offered to pick us up at the airport if we chose to fly. There were no surprises when I got there. We drove on the lot and saw it sitting in the front row with a “reserved” sign with our name in the window. The finance office was straightforward and not pushy about warranty sales. We had our 4 kids with us, and they made every effort to get us in and out efficiently. I can say it was worth the extra travel.

This Toyota dealership deserves 10-stars!!! I was able to order my vehicle, get updates and complete my trade-in in record time. Recently switched over from Nissan to Toyota and it was a very smooth transition. I had been with Nissan for over 8years and when I wanted to return my lease they did nothing for me. They had the car I am looking for advertised for sale. I called to buy it for a pick up tomorrow when I am in Denver. The car isnt ready, you can buy it and pick it up later was the response I receivedfrom the salesman and a sales manager. They claim it hasnt gone through a safety inspection yet.Shouldnt advertise a vehicle for sale that cant be purchased and you arent sure is road worthy. Scummy auto sales practices as usual and these dealerships wonder why people dont trust them.

I always hate the process of purchasing a new car and dealing with dealerships however this time i had a different experience. Our sales person Chuck was just awesome! I called him and explained what exactly I am looking for and what payment I am comfortable with for a new 4 runner. Been to the service dept twice with my 18 Tacoma.Both times have been for weird noises my truck was making. The first time I was assisted by Derek, the second time by Colin. Both of these guys are friendly, amiable, professional, respectful, kind and most importantly, helpful.They listened closely to me as I described the problem, they were upfront about what it might cost to fix it, and they were accurate with their estimate about when I could expect a call back.Luckily both noises were related to an aftermarket part I had, but both gentlemen explained the noises patiently and were exceptionally friendly. My wife and I wanted a new 2021Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We found the car we were looking for online at Stevinson Toyota East. Parker Wilde greeted us as we came through the door. He gave us some basic information about the car including all the standard equipment that came with the vehicle and some extra items that we may want to add such as the optional cross bar for the roof rack. He asked if we wanted to take the car for a drive and took us outside to see it and explained the Hybrid functions again. I was consistently being updated with any details regarding the vehicle that I was interested in, as well as offering to work around my schedule and allowing me to take my time with the car buying process to make sure that whatever vehicle I purchased would be right for me. I took my cars clutch burning out as a sign to finally get the truck Ive always wanted, a Tacoma. With the huge shortage right now, I figured I was either out of luck or waiting months to even get a shot at anything. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the buying process went recently when I bought my used Acura MDX. Boris had the car pulled up front waiting for me, and everything went like clockwork! He was very helpful.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Let me start off by saying that before I decided to take my car for a service here, a mechanic that previously tried fixing my car had just changed the battery and put in new spark plugs. That was the most he could do because he said that I would need a new engine and recommended me to take it to the dealership. Since I still have extended warranty and I bought my car at Stevinson Toyota East, I decided to bring my car there. I am unable to drive my car so I had to get a tow truck deliver my car to the dealership on the day of my appointment. Before the car was being dropped off, I called the dealership letting them know of the situation and that a tow truck would be delivering my car. When the tow truck arrived to the dealership, he called me to clarify my full first and last name and confirmed with me when he dropped it off. My car was scheduled for a service on a Tuesday and I called the dealership on that Thursday to follow-up since I had not heard anything. Turns out they didn’t even know my car was there and supposedly didn’t have me in the system? I do not understand how that would happen when I had called ahead of time. Anyways, they agreed to look at it as soon as possible. They called me and said that I needed a new SUBARU BATTERY before they could proceed with anything. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SUBARU BATTERY and I had JUST changed the battery. After speaking with the manager, they agreed to use one of their batteries to diagnose my car. Then they called me telling me that they have to change the spark plugs and it would cost me $480! I then had to tell them yet again that, that was already changed and I would not pay for something that was already replaced. I also let them know that the mechanic that previously looked at it went through the same exact issues and I knew that it was not the spark plugs that needed to be changed because the same diagnostic trouble codes would keep appearing. In the end, they told me that there was nothing they could do unless I paid the money to change the spark plugs. They are impossible to work with and I ended up having another tow truck pick it up to have it fixed elsewhere. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN! Save yourself the time and money and please go elsewhere. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

They charged me almost $800 to replace two calipers and four brake pads on my ‘07 4Runner. Rep told me that it would be an additional $300 for calipers on top of my $200 brake pad change. I said okay and they came back with a bill $300 more expensive than agreed upon. Do not come here for repairs unless you have to go to a dealer. The individual at the front desk tried to be helpful but had a very hard time explaining some pretty rudimentary car repairs and why the bill was as expensive as it was. Makes me wonder if they even know what theyre doing.

He made our experience efficient, pleasant and safe. Jacob was very helpful, and kind. He went out of his way to answer our questions. He was patient as we read through the contract and made us feel very comfortable as customers. He even answered follow up questions hours after we drove off the lot. We also found the rest of the staff to meet up to these standards as well, they all made our experience smooth and enjoyable. There were several that stood out: Grace, Alex in finance and Bobby in parts. They were all very kind, patient and professional Thank you again Stevinson Toyota.

This dealership makes snap judgments and is not reliable. They will waist hours of your time and charge you to tell you things are wrong with your car even if they aren’t.

My sales person Grace did a really good job. I enjoyed working with her. She showed me cool features that I didnt know about. However, financing was a complete nightmare. The paperwork was wrong. When I communicated this to the finance guy, he started arguing with me telling me I was wrong. Im a branch manager at a local credit union, so I understand how auto financing works. We did get it fixed, but I had to come back to complete this. I had to unfreeze my credit bureau twice to complete this transaction. Also, on my trade in, I never got my license plates back. I had numerous calls to the dealer regarding these issues, and never got a call back. Very disappointing. I love my car, and am thankful for that. But I will never go back.

Wouldn’t buy a car from here.The last car we purchased was from here, we had it less than a year, 9 months in total. The week after we bought the car the check engine light came on. We tried to take it back, they said it was spark plugs & they would not take it back. We had the spark plugs fixed, ever since we’ve had the car the check engine light was on. No matter how much work we put in it. We weren’t offered a test drive. We weren’t offered to even start the car before signing papers. 10,000$ just gone. We ended up going to autonation Chrysler/ Jeep in Littleton BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I purchased a new 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road from Stevinson Toyota East. I am first to say that I hate going into car showrooms and get sweaty palms having to deal with sales people. However, Kudos to Stevinson for having a friction free no haggle buying process. In August 2020 in the midst of Covid went thru the Costco Plan Pricing and Boris was my Sales Consultant. I live in Colorado Springs, Stevinson had everyone beat by a long shot on inventory and price. Boris was quick to respond to all my requests and easy to work with. Narrowed down what I wanted to buy in a few emails. Boris also set up a test drive for me. Very pleased with Stevinson and would enthusiastically recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.

She liked one vehicle. I loved it. You cant get a sense of comfort with a car sales man. One of the last gladiator sports left.

We have been here twice! Why we went the second time I couldn’t tell you why we went back, I guess desperation and hope. These people are feisty no help whatsoever. Both people that we had interactions with seem to be interested in a sale but aren’t they all. At least be nice, I’m sorry we don’t look like we are made of money.

This morning I gave a verbal commitment to buy a 2021 Toyota Sienna and the salesman Andrew was very nice and faxed me the paperwork to sign. I am a power lineman and was out in the field so I couldn’t sign the paperwork right away and he said that wasn’t a problem. I signed the paperwork a couple hours later and was told sorry, we sold the van to someone else who signed the paperwork before you. Just pretty disappointed that a business would verbally commit and then sell the vehicle underneath that commitment.

We had a great experience working with this dealership purchasing a new 4Runner. Our sales person Chuck was just amazing he was very knowledgeable and honest about every detail. After the deal was done he hand out his business card and asked that we call him with any questions or concerns and he truly meant it we ended up calling him multiple times with questions we had and he was more than happy to answer and help us out and even tho our questions were related to finance he got involved and escalated the questions to the right person. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. We will be buying our cars from there as long as we live in Colorado!

Set up an appointment to have my recalled airbag replaced. I told them I would require a loaner car for the day. I got up an hour early to drop off the car and get the loaner. When I made the appointment I told the person I required a loaner car, she noted it down she said. When I arrived this morning I was told there were no notes about a loaner car, but he would see if he could get me a rental from Enterprise. I wait for him to call and then he came up to me and told me that they did not have a loaner. This is poor customer service. Now I have to come in another day and start this whole process over.

I dont want to write five pages but briefly its not nice to tell your customer dont waste my time and your time that happened to me when I asked about a car information like apr, monthly payments and down payment.And for the service they couldnt oil change for my van (they said something needs to get fix and it cost about$750!!!) at the same time the other places they dont have any problem with my van to change oil.
