Literally filled out contract for purchase a new chevy equinox premier and put 6,000 down on it. They told me the car was in transfer and that it should take 3 weeks but no guarantee. I can agree that the wait may take longer. That was not the issue.The issue is I realized I didn’t have any copies of my finance paperwork so I called a week and a half later to ask for it. They tell me they were not able to pull up the invoice so therefore we didn’t really have a completed contract.I think I should have been called the day after rather then me calling and finding out.They then said that the car would still be held for me. I really wanted the Premier but felt like I was being set up for a price hike once car arrived. I just felt the process was shadyI mean how do you cancel a finance contract after running my credit and taking cash, especially to not fill me in on that detail for a week and a half.They did refund my money easily when asked.Just a disappointing experience.

I went in on Saturday to have my car looked at and they literally told me, sorry there is nothing we can do, our shop is closed. Do you know a local mechanic in the area that you trust that you can take it to? I wanted to literally screen at the guy and say, yes, you guys!! I will never be going here again. I purchased a 2020 Corvette from this dealer after being one of the first people to be on their reservation list. At the time of purchase, I was assured by Joe Fosco that I would be #1 on the list for the (future) Corvette ZO6 when it became available. I called on October 26th to follow up once the ZO6 was officially announced and Joe told me that he is giving my spot to someone else because he is going to pay $40,000 over sticker and said that if I want one as well, I will have to pay $40,000-$50,000 over MSRP. Being a paying customer of theirs, I am completely dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism I have received. As a side note, I ordered a high wing spoiler (dealership installation only) with my original 2020 Corvette and the dealer put several deep scratches in the paint that could not be buffed out during installation. The shop manager refused to correct the scratches any further on my 0-mile, brand new car. In summary, buyer beware. They will not get business from me or any of my friends/family going forward.

I brought my suburban into the service department for repairs. My truck had just left another mechanic, not tied to Chevy. They did a half job in my truck, but this Chevy deleaeshio came to the rescue. The technicians were able to see what work was complete and what additional work needed to be done. I received phone call updates while my truck was there and now have a drivable Suburban back in my garage.These guys and girls are GREAT! I can highly recommend them based on my experience.
I reached out to this dealership to purchase a Suburban. I live out of town and said I would put a deposit down and could come Saturday. The suburban was in the repair shop and when it returned they raised the price $3000, then changed it to first come first serve. They then tried to sell me a new car. I would not waste your time trying to deal with this place.

He yelled at us, laughed in our face & stormed off. He didn’t care that we were women OR customers. Left an extremely bad impression on the entire dealership as a whole & we didn’t even receive an apology. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Happily will be doing business elsewhere.

I just wanted to say what a poor poor experience I had here. I has been going here for the last few years for any car issues I had. They had been great but these last two times, the services was abysmal. I had brought my car back in May and I was told there was a coolant issue. They replaced something and did a coolant flush. The car started leaking coolant, not sure when it started by this past Friday it had officially spilled the entire coolant of the vehicle. I had it towed there and they had a look. I was told by the guy working there, Zach that he would call me to let me know if they were going to be able to look at it Friday or not until Monday. They had no rental cars so I had to uber to work and back. He never called, he sent me a text saying if I would approve a $300 charge to fixe the issue. No call explaining what the issue was or why this had happened or if it was even related to the previous work they did. I called talked to Zach, he said, it had nothing to do with what they did that it was a new problem. I was trying to see how that could have been the case since they had to fixed the coolant. Zach got upset transferred me to his manager, I spoke to him and he was also explaining it was not related and that he could take off 20%. So, that Friday I got off work and no call if my car was going to be fixed that day or until Monday. I called and this lady answered saying that my car was ready and that I could pick it up and that also know the engine light is on. So, I asked why no one called to tell me that my car was ready or that there was a new issue found that could have been fixed while my car was in the shop. She had no idea and said Zach was done for the day and he would call me Saturday to explain. I picked up the car and it was shaking I was getting new warning signs on my dashboard which I never had before and they were close so there was nothing I could do but take it home. Saturday came around and no call from Zach. I called Today, Monday to get an explanation and talked directly to the manager which said that it was not there fault that the car was not run through anything so they had no clue of any issues, but I explained that it was run through and new error codes were given and there was no communication to me about it and they gave me a car back in a worst condition than what I brought it in. The car drove unstable and doesnt was not accelerate. I had already paid Ron Westphalt over $800 regarding these issues and didnt even care on there lack of communication or that they gave me a car in a bad condition that I could have gotten into an accident with. I would highly recommend NEVER going here to get any service done. There are other Chevy Dealerships in the area that would be MORE of a help. I also, have worked with Tuffy a mechanic right next to them, which are great a communicating and services cars. That is where I would recommend going, drive past this place! Save your time and Money!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! My girlfriend and I went in just looking to test drive and see a quote for a car, we are young and new to looking at cars. We were not looking to buy. The salesman wasn’t very helpful or personable. After we explained several times we were not going to buy today they still ran our credit WITHOUT our permission after they explained they would not run our credit unless we were buying. They also tried to lowball us on our quote which was very insulting. I was disgusted with how much they will do just to get a sale. This place will take advantage of young people, and will be zero help in getting you a fair deal when you don’t have much experience.
Rick Jacobsen was so wonderful! He answered all my questions thoroughly, and if he didnt know the answer he informed me of that and got back to me when he did. Communication was excellent and I was always informed of what was going on. He made the whole experience smooth and seamless. I drove over an hour to this dealership because they were great on the phone from the start. That continued throughout the in person buying experience.I also paid almost $1,000 more for the exact same car I could have gotten at Ziegler Chevy in Schaumburg which is much closer to my home. Zeigler was a complete nightmare in how they treated us and they engaged in illegeal activities by asking us for personal inforamtion and claiming the Patriot Act.I was fine paying the extra $1,000 at Ron Westphal to deal with decent human beings who made the car buying experience very pleasant. I will recommnd Ron Westphal to all my friends.
