I honestly dont write many reviews but the experience I had at Schomp today was amazing. My battery was dead and I called them and they were like we have no appointments available but bring it in and we will switch out the batteries and try to get you on your way but it may take more time than usual. I really appreciated them taking the time to see and help me. I would say all the people working in the services department are wonderful and nice. Give them a raise!

Hands down best car buying process I have ever experienced! Michael was amazing from the initial phone call until I drove off the lot in my new Subaru. We ended up ordering the exact car I wanted. While we waited for the car to be made he was on top of communication with me and thoroughly explained all my options. I have never had a car buying process feel so effortless! I went around a couple of dealerships looking for the perfect car and was having just terrible luck until I walked into this Schomp Subaru. Yesterday I went to Schomp Subaru after seeing a Forester I really liked online. When I first went in, the car I had wanted wasn’t available because someone else had a deposit on it. My salesperson, Evan, was very helpful in showing me a similar option that I ended up liking a lot but was a bit out of my price range. I asked him to let me know if the one I had originally came in for became available. Within a couple hours, Evan had reached out to me to let me know the car I originally wanted had become available. Just bought an STI all the way from NH and it was a great experience. I purchased a used Subaru Forrester XT from a dealership in Fort Collins, and unfortunately, it broke down on me within the first week of ownership. I took the car to Schomp Subaru for service and got paired up with Luis. From the very first interaction, Luis was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. While my car ended up needing an engine replacement, turbocharger, oil pump, and a few other parts, Luis went out of his way to fight with the extended warranty company to get my car fixed under warranty. Due to the extensive nature of the repair and the battle with the warranty company, I had to visit the dealership multiple times and ended up having the car at the shop for months. But Luis kept me in the loop, and it made the process very easy. I highly recommend working with Luis as he always goes above and beyond to make sure the entire process goes smoothly. Seemed like a ghost town when I entered the lot. Wasnt greeted by a salesman or anyone on the team. A little unsure on where to go I decided to enter the showroom floor. I checked in with the front desk and the lady there was very unprofessional. I had to wait for someone to come and help me and they sure took their sweet time. I got upset because and left because the lady at the front desk told me to move from there because Im blocking the door. She couldve asked my wife and I to take a seat so we can be comfortable while we wait but she seemed so busy on the phone. Not trying to make a big deal but I will go somewhere else to spend 40k on a car where a team of professionals will want to earn my business

I can not believe the experience that we had at Schomp. I look forward to telling anyone who will listen that Schomp is different from any other dealership I have ever been to. IT WAS GREAT! Evan was very attentive, listened to me and spent time getting to know exactly what we were looking for. I loved the text message feature to allow for open and ongoing communication. When it was time to get the deal done the monthly payment was $3 more that I was wanting. No haggling and Evan was the only one I talked to the entire time. Also it was nice to have someone go through all of the car features, never got that with the Nissan dealership (which is where my last 3 cars were from). I had to bring back my 2013 Impreza for another oil consumption test. Made the appointment 2 months ago. Apparently they would like for the customer to keep the same service representative with every time. I was impressed to see the same people still working there and some had moved up in their position, thumbs up!! Our service rep; Mr Matt Whitman has all the paperwork ready including all the previous documents. Thumbs up!!! Still thinking of their offer to sell it.

I love my car and I am happy with my purchaseHowever, I am very disappointed with the service I received from one of the sellers.When I came on site to shop for cars, the seller was kind and professional. It was a busy day so the seller suggested me to get my car delivered at my home, so I dont have to wait more time over there. I thought it was a great idea, but it wasnt. From there, the quality of service just went down.At the dealer site, I clearly told the seller that I needed the car as soon as possible. He promised me that my car would be delivered very quickly. I wasnt the case at all. I lost two days waiting for my car. I left the Subaru dealer at 12:30 pm on Friday. The seller first told me that my car will be delivered on the same day. I was not. I spent all my Friday waiting. I also spent all my Saturday waiting. It is only around 5pm that the seller told me that he will be there at 6:30 pm, no later than 7pm. My car wasnt delivered until 8h15pm.The more time passed, the more I wondered what was going on with the process. I called the seller three times to have updates. Each time, the seller told me the same thing; Let me look at few things and I will call you back in about 30 minutes. The three times I waited at least 2 hours and it was I who had to call back. When I called back, it was always the same excuses Sorry I have been very busy or ‘’ I am waiting for someone to pick me up for the delivery’’.I totally understand that sellers are busy with other clients on site. However, even if I am not at the dealers anymore, I am still a client who just spent a lot of money on a car and like anyone else, I deserve a good service and some consideration.

I was buying my daughter who lives in Colorado a new car and trading in another car but I live in a different state and was concerned that the process would very difficult. Sam assured my daughter that the process was easy and when she met with him he didnt do any pressure sales and explained the process in detail. The most surprising experience I have had at a dealership ever. My salesman was the best but I watched everyone while I was there, they treat customers like family . I stayed at home they did all the work . I was in an out in an hour. They have a great girl that came out and showed me everything in my car an how to do it all, they also . Don’t care about their customers post sale. Canceled service appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, and I had made the appointment a month before. They didn’t care about my business and were unapologetic. Go to a different dealership.
