After arriving at the Beltone Center, I was asked to complete several forms while waiting for my hearing test with the audiometrist, Ms. Montgomery. Ms. Miontgomery explained the various Beltone products available, and made recommendations based on the type of insurance I have. The hearing test and evaluation was done in an expeditious and professional manner. Her explanation of the products available were clear and to the point. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and made to feel like I was a special customer.I didn’t have to wait very long for Lindsay Montgomery, Audiometrist, to take me in her office and Make me comfortable. She cleaned my hearing aides and listened to my thoughts and concerns.I have had my hearing aides for quite a while now and am very pleased with them. I would highly recommend Beltone and this office.

A friendly place but they often cancel and rebook appointments. I’ve had 3 cancelled since April 10 this year. Granted the first one was because of the virus stay at home order.As of 6/12/20? I have yet to get there
