I had an excellent, very informative appointment with Dr. Gebel. I was happy to hear that my hearing has not become so poor that I should have to purchase the most powerful aids yet. I am on the edge of more profound loss but must consider the need for hearing aids.I was given different options and find that it might be good to have the hearing aids now, at a lower price point, since they offer a new clarity in my comprehension.This was a great office with an efficient and friendly, service-oriented staff. Leah was very nice and helpful with a busy office when I arrived. My time was well spent with Dr. Gebel and I will be seeing them again.

Excellent visit. On time, easy parking, office clean and professional. I was given a full battery of hearing tests and the results were explained clearly. There was NO hard selling of new hearing aids even though my current ones are pretty old and about to need replacement.A payment plan is available for qualified patients. This a well-established, high quality medical establishment. Very patient-friendly. This old guy gives it five stars.

Love the service here! They are so nice and will take the time to chat a little. They answered all my questions about my hearing and hearing aids. I didnt know what I was missing until I got my new hearing aids. Funny how your hearing goes away so slowly and then with hearing aids, you can hear everything! Its a small center, but my hearing aids arrived within a week. Theyre following Covid protocol, being very careful. I recommend Hearing Rehab Center if youre looking for hearing aids.

My insurance company directed me to HRC and Dr. Eva Gebel. I cant say enough about the experience. I feel I got the right help, with the right hearing aids, and even when we had challenges with hearing aid I selected (blue tooth distortion) Dr. Eva did her research, got me in quickly, and resolved the issue. The manufacturer wasnt even able to give me the right advice. I have become a loyal patient and cant recommend HRC and Dr. Eva enough. I only wish there were more stars to give them but 5 will have to do.

Exceeded my expectations with knowldge and help

Being new to the area and needing review of my hearing I set out to the Hearing Rehab Center off of S Havana St in Aurora. Dr. Alex Block did more than administrator a test he took the time to communicate possible issues that elevation could cause and each function of my hearing. The test was quick and painless, each step explained as well as the results. The center was welcoming and warm, the staff courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this office if you need your hearing examined or aided.

My husband needed a hearing test and hearing aids programmed while we were in Colorado visiting our daughter. Our daughter made an appointment with Dr. Alex Block. Dr. Block invited my daughter and me into the office with my husband which was very beneficial. Dr. Block was professional, competent, kind and informed us how the programming works and the care of the hearing aids. He took the time to explain how the hearing aids would adjust automatically. Dr Block took excellent care of my husband and I recommend him highly! Dr. Block definitely restored my faith the medical profession. Ive never met a Doctor that was as nice and caring as he was to us. Thank you so much. I know my husbands quality of life has definitely improved with these hearing aids. A++++

This office is awesome! Its like visiting a friend, there is coffee, water, and snacks. The office is roomy and comfortable. Most of all the patient care coordinator (Janine Wilson) is absolutely the BEST! When you enter the office you are greeted by happy and joyful personality and smile. Janine always goes the extra mile to help. Its hard to find an office that has such a wonderful patient care coordinator. theres no issue too large or small that she cant handle. Her actions are exemplary and I hope the management realizes what a valuable asset she is.

My mother and I became acquainted with Hearing Rehab Center by way of them being an authorized dealer for Signia hearing aids. Our interactions with each individual there were all very positive, and we found everybody to be very warm and committed to making sure my mothers needs were met. I was quiet pleased with how helpful and pleasant everyone was, especially with the tendency for good customer service to not be as big of a priority these days.If your in the market for their scope of services, I believe youd be well suited to give them a shot at earning your business.

I called on a Friday and got in on Monday at the Aurora location. The wait to see Dr. Alex Block was only 5 minutes. The receptionist and Dr. Block were very nice. I like this location as it is clean and on my way home from work. I only had to have my ears clean out and Dr. Block explained everything he was going to do.

I only do reviews when I have had extremely bad experiences and extremely wonderful experiences. Happily this is one of the latter!. My Mother recently had surgery and is in recovery at a rehab center. Her hearing aids were not performing correctly. It is very frustrating to be in a facility with multiple different caregivers trying to communicate with her. I could not wait and send the aids in for servicing. I called the Hearing Rehab Center of Aurora and explained the situation. They invited me in immediately. They put them in their dryer/cleaner, put in new batteries and tested them - all in 15 minutes! Edith is awesome!! I will happily return to the center with any future needs. Jim

My father was visiting from New Hampshire and felt that his relatively new hearing aids were not working properly. We called the call center after hours and the operator was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went to the Aurora location the next morning and were met with Edith, a friendly and knowledgeable patient coordinator. She fixed his hearing aids, gave him a case to keep them in and changed the batteries. This office is exception.

The staff at Hearing Rehab Center in Aurora are the most competent, helpful medical personnel that I have encountered. They have helped me with my hearing loss issues and have been very responsive in assisting me in obtaining a hearing aid that really works well. The follow-up visits have been very helpful and given me confidence in my getting use to wearing a hearing aid.

Allison was my mother-in-laws audiologist and she and Morgan and other office staff are competent and gracious. Allison conducted state of the art tests. The staff spent 2 hours with my MIL and charged just a minimal fee for retrofitting the hearing aids that my father had worn which-- as it turns out-- were well suited to my MILs ears as well. My MIL now feels like she has her life back. THANK YOU! We will definitely recommend the Hearing Rehab Center to others.

I went in to get new hearing aids and was very apprehensive and was taken care of by Bomina Kang who was amazing. I had to wait two weeks to get my hearing aids and she provided me with a pair while I waited for my new ones. She is wonderful, kind, patient and assured that I would be taken care of. Before I left, she made sure that I was comfortable and I left feeling that I experienced amazing Customer Service. She displays a caring personality.

Over the weekend the speaker on my hearing aid went out. I tried calling my regular audiologist to see if i could walk in just to have it examined. They couldnt get me in till Wednesday, two days later. After searching around online I found HRC and left a message about my situation. I was emailed back very quickly and was told that I could come in at any time of the day that day! So...without an appointment, not being a patient and having no idea about my hearing background, these guys took care of me in less than five minutes. Had my hearing aid working no problem and Morgan fitted a new dome for my ear right in the waiting area. I was thoroughly impressed that they took such good care of me. Considering switching over to them immediately. Thank you!!!

I am a caregiver for a client that attends the Aurora HRC. We both have been so very impressed with the professionalism and care that the staff have given us there. We have had to return for adjustments a few times and there has never been an issue to extend the grace period to ensure my client gets the proper fit for her ear. George and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to do what is needed to help my client. I highly recommend this office to others!

My 90 year old father was in town for a visit and I noticed his hearing aides were not working as well as they usually do. Thinking he needed new tubing, I called the Aurora Hearing Rehab Center and they said I could just bring him in without an appointment. Within 10 minutes the audiologist, Morgan Trujilo had switched out the tubes and cleaned up the aides. My dad was so surprised when he put the hearing aides back on and could hear so much better! Morgan gave us advise on how to move forward with upkeep and did not charge us a dime. I really appreciate how kind Morgan was and the professionalism of Hearing Rehab Center in Aurora.

To Whom This May Concern:I must say that my office visits were a very good experience. I was greeted professionally and I was taken into my appointment with the audiologist promptly. My questions were answered with terms and definitions that I could understand. My testing results were shown to me and explained so that I had a better understanding why I was having hearing difficulty. The staff and audiologists were friendly and made me feel comfortable so that upon reflection it was much easier to deal with a problem that I had been putting off due to the stigmata associated with needing and wearing a hearing aid. In conclusion...Dont put off hearing words and sounds that you have been missing. Call the Hearing Rehab Center for an appointment soon. You wont be sorry you did. Im not!

I must say I had a very positive experience at the Aurora Hearing Rehab Center. We recently moved here from Tennessee and one of my hearing aids was not working. I did not have to make an appointment, I just dropped by after work. She greeted me and said she would be glad to check both hearing aids. One was clogged with ear wax so she cleaned both, put in new filters and did not charge me for the service. I bought two more packs of filters. I highly recommend this office and will go back in the future.

I just got my second pair of hearing aids from the Aurora office. The office is run well, always on schedule, friendly and helpful. Ive been seeing Dr. Kang this year. Dr. Kang is very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic about her profession, and always willing to take extra time to be absolutely certain I am comfortable with the technology that has dramatically improved from four years ago.

These folks are great. They tested my mother-in-laws hearing aid, fixed it and even cleaned it up. I would definitely recommend this to others

Dr. Alex Block is awful. My mom is 89, in a wheelchair, and has Dementia. He was impatient with her, even rude to her a couple of times because she wasnt understanding him. (Her first language is German). He got impatient because, get this, she couldnt hear what he was saying!! She had a hearing aid grant and hearing aids were made. because of her illnesses she had to cancel several times. This Dr actually sent the hearing aids back to the manufacturer because she missed a 3rd appt and told me they wont see her anymore. I thought an audiologist has to deal with the elderly all the time. He clearly has no experience with this. Perhaps he choose the wrong profession. If anyone reading this has a parent with Dementia, DO NOT COME HERE! You have been warned.

This location sold my 90+ year old Grandfather Discontinued hearing aids WAY ABOVE MSRP! We have left multiple messages with them and no one has ever called back. DO NOT USE THE LOCATION!

I have had about a dozen ear surgeries trying to improve my hearing. At 32 I had a skin cist in my right ear which rotted the bones we hear with. I have had two different replacement bone implants which did for a time increase my hearing. My son heard about Hearing Rehab Center and went with me to check it out. Now a Senior Citizen I can hear the birds sing and fire or emergency vehicles before I see the red flashing lights in my rear view mirror.Everyone at the Aurora location was very helpful and willing to assist me every time I was there or called in about a question. I highly recommend them to friends and co workers who might benefit from their skills.

I have seen some other Doctors/Audiologists and they never were as clear as Dr. Dewitt (Aurora Location). He is young but he really know what he is doing and always open to answer any question, taking care to address in at a time. People at front desk are very friendly and courtous too. I definitely recommend visiting this office.
