The staff and Medical Professionals are very good at Hearing Associates. I trust them to keep my hearing in excellent condition.

Not happy with yesterdays visit...Mom was screened in the waiting room where there were two other patients present.Cognitive test given was not conducive to seeing impaired patients.No computer review of the hearing aids was made in our presence.Dr. Made Mom feel as though she was imagining the beeps and volume issues she has been experiencing.Mom is older but not losing her sense as she was made to feel.Not sure why we even made the visit as was a waste of time.Poor customer service!

Got a professional & thorough hearing test here working with highly qualified doctors and was provided with quick results so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. Appreciated no pressure sales. I will definitely return here next year for my hearing test update!

I went in to see Dr. Molina for some mild tinnitus, and possible earwax buildup. From setting the appointment through the entire visit, the experience was seamless. Not only did i get the relief I was looking for, I learned an incredible amount about hearing, and how greatly it affects our overall well-being. Dr. Molina is clearly passionate about what he does, and cares about his patients. I’m so glad I chose his practice over others!

As always Hearing Associates have help me out with my hearing aids. They are wonderful to work with, Today I had Melanie she was a great help in trying to solve my hearing aid problems about an hour or more. I have nothing but good things to say about this well organized office, i would recommend them to anyone.

I been coming to this place in my adult years the doctors Ive met are nice and helpful and point me in the right direction whe its time for new hearing aids my only thing is I looked at the history they have on me and it said i told them I had difficulties hearing in background noise and was concerned about hearing loss for several years.. thats not the case I was born with hearing loss, the tube? in my ear never fully formed so I can hear some just not well Ive had hearing aids since I was 3 and as far as I know my hearing hasnt changed

The check in was easy and pleasant. The hearing test was easy and non stressful . All of my questions were answered and understandable. I came away with a much better understanding of my hearing issues.

Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The actual exam was geared to my problem and each step fully explained. I will certainly go back to them if the condition worsens and appreciate that there was no effort to rush me into expensive but unnecessary treatments.

This place is 100% customer-focused. In Aurora, the little waiting area has a coffee machine, display of equipment available and a large tv that runs a hearing channel, so patients can learn about ear anatomy. Everyone there is genuinely friendly. New patients even get a nice little welcome gift.Dr. Molina adjusted my hearing aid in a way that seems infinitely better than it was. I wish I had discovered them ages ago.I would recommend Hearing Associates to anyone with hearing impairment or want an expert opinion.

I have been a patient at Hearing Associates since 1992 and I have alwaysbeen treated like I was their only patient. They are very nice people to work with and they always go out of their way to help you with your hearing loss.Dr. John Molina is the best audiologist in Colorado and I appreciate his expertise very much. I am visiting Denver, and needed to visit an audiologist, as one of my aids ceased working. From my first contact via phone, to my farewell after my appointment, these people were absolutely wonderful. Their customer service is truly outstanding. As things tend to happen, my aids didnt decide to break down till 3 days before my departure, and of course it was over the Easter weekend! They still managed to squeeze me in first thing Monday despite my first contact with them was friday afternoon! As it turned out, my aid needed to be sent away, which wasnt an option, but I know I would have had a positive result, If I had been staying long enough for them to do this. Thanks ladies, you were wonderful. I highly recommend you to anyone seeing a really lovely audiologist, and a super caring front office experience. I give you a10 out of 5 🙃 **********

For the past month, Dr. Neff in Parker has helped me in the process of getting new hearing aids, and Ive been extremely pleased with how easy shes made it, and how well she explains things every step of the way, without ever talking down to me. The hearing aids were much less expensive than other places Ive been to, I havent felt rushed in my appointments, and Dr. Neff has helped make hearing aids less mysterious and frightening for me! Also, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and together, they all make a great team.

I took my mother in for a hearing check. We were immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist. Upon completion of the new patient paperwork she took my mother into a patient room and given a new patient gift bag (totally unexpected). The doctor came in and was very thorough in her exam and explaining results of the hearing tests to my mother. There was no hard sell on hearing aids and we appreciated the options the doctor presented. My mother was pleased about the visit, considering she held off having a hearing appointment for several years.

Today I had an emergency as my hearing aid lost its pairing with my iPhone. I went to Hearing Associates office thinking I have appointment. The receptionist told my my appointment is on next Monday and not today. After I told her my problem she asked me to wait. She came back with a technician named Melanie who very patiently and kindly solved my issue. I’m very impressed by both the receptionist and Melanie who took the extra effort to help me considering I didn’t have an appointment. They are both very kind and considerate who show They really care about their patients.

I just turned 60 and decided that I wanted to have my hearing evaluated - I DONT want to be like my mother was, asking people to speak up all the time. It turns out that I do have some hearing loss and Im trialing some hearing aids to evaluate if they help. The team at Hearing Associates has been delightful to work with, and absolutely NO pressure to buy anything. I was concerned about their incentive to recommend items for me to buy. But I find them to be very professional - just what I hoped for. If you are looking for a professional evaluation of your hearing, you would be well served to call them.

I received my hearing aid back after having an issue with it. Sounded fine after leaving the office, then started having issues again with it. I called and was able to get back into the office the same day. They went right to work and were able to fix it within 15 minutes. I had my yearly hearing test at Hearing Associates. The Dr. and staff were wonderful. They not only cleaned my hearing aids but were able to adjust them so I am now able to hear a lot better. I was worried my aids could not be adjusted any further and replacing them is so expensive it just isnt an option for me right now. Thanks

I recently went back to Hearing Associates to have my hearing aids repaired. I wasnt looking forward to going as the previous Dr. I had there was inept at best. Low and behold they had made some changes and I have to say that I am very happy with the service and changes they have made. Give these guys a shot, they will not disappoint you. She took plenty of time to talk with me and help me understand what the hearing assessment was going to be about and what she would do to help determine my latest hearing levels. Im 30, decently healthy, and I work in a call center. I wanted to get my hearing checked due to other medical conditions and I can say the staff and the doctor were wonderful and Pleasant. They took time to explain my results and based upon my medical history to come back in 2 years to make sure I had no hearing loss. I have had an annual hearing test at Hearing Associates for the past several years. Everyone I’ve dealt with have been fantastic, good-natured, offering coffee while I waited and the test itself was done very professionally and by always kind people. I am shown what it was like last year as compared to what is like this year and it’s explained to me what I’m seeing. I highly recommend them.
