Great Service, always. I am in there often with folks that I help.
Great place. The staff is amazing.
I get better service, more honest prices, and more comprehensive testing from the Costco Hearing Center than I ever did from an audiologist. Note, however, that they are certified sales people, not audiologists; they can do the testing and see the extent of your hearing loss, but not diagnose the real reason behind the problem. If youre addressing your hearing loss for the first time, go to your PCP or an audiologist first to make sure its not something curable, first; if they say you need a hearing aid, thats when you need to head to Costco for the purchase. Ive known since I was 4 I needed hearing aids and I went to multiple audiologists and spent 10s of thousands of dollars on hearing aids that I couldve gotten at Costco for 1/2 the price; when insurance doesnt cover the cost, thats a lot of money.
Service and pricing are good, but scheduling is hard. Really need more staff or better scheduling software.
