Ive been a frequent customer at the location for 5 + years always maintained a mutual respect and appreciation for the employees. Today, however, Im livid by the treatment I received from T. Davis. I requested that she double bags my items because the bags are thin and tear easily. I was repeatedly ignored and T. Davis spoke over me when I asked if she heard me. Im confused and in total disbelief by the level of hostility, unprofessionalism and desire to embarrass me. I did not deserve to be treated in this manner, especially when I treat everyone with respect and kindness.

Kinda dirty at this location but the service was okay. The temperature in this store was extremely HOT though. I left the store after purchasing a few items I had picked up while browsing.

Ok. But Im biased. They robbed me for 5 boxes of Mac n cheese. Im still feeling some kinda way about that.

I frequent this dollar store often because it locates close to my house and my son love the toys. Today was just an horrible experience with a supervisor (with pink hair) who was not only rude but made slight comments when I complained about her not explaining the reason I was standing in line for more than 15 minutes. Instead of just apologizing for the mis communication she flagged off mt concern with a laugh and said something to effect that well she is cashing me now. As a supervisor I expected better and there are a number of other places I can go and spend my money. My intentions are to report this to the corporate office.

They always greet you when you enter, no exception. Willing to help at all times. Love this store.

I just bought a mini blue double barrel torch lighter there yesterday the fluid has been leaking out very slowly and Ive only used it like twice,then this morning by go to pick it up,the da** thing falls apart,that was a cheap torch for it to be $3.00,its not worth it,I know who the cashier was that sold it to me.Even if I dont have the reciept,I feel like they can still do something about it.They can either exchange it or give me my money back,I mean I probably wont get my money back since I dot have the receipt,I wanna speak to the head manager of the store.And thesecond little screwed up torches theyre selling along with the big ones needs to come off of the shelf and put in the back for recall.What if this torch would have busted in my hand while I was using it?I or someone else couldve gotten badly heart from it!!!

The manager and cashiers ate the best. They have great inexpensive items.

Shay Everest from St Louis told me she new and watching stuff go on in the store and that she send (people) to jail if she find out that they stealing (mind you all I did was walk in and ask for the hooks to hang on the tree for Christmas…. At that moment I knew I was being profiled Racially at that … it’s sad cause this the only family dollar that’s close to me and to hand to go and drive further so I can be treated like a working malonated Queen I am :) I’m definitely contacting corporate I hope the pay ( was worth it) another one bites the dust So sad so sad
