This was not a good experience. The countertop looks good but there are a lot of imperfections with the back splash job they did. The crew was rude and didn’t clean up well after themselves and you feel like you’re pulling teeth to get anything corrected. They damaged several things in the process of installation, including a 7ft scratch on our new wood floors. They said they would fix it but did not. After completing there was no interest on their part of making sure the job was done to our satisfaction...just “where’s my check?”The worst part of this is the lack of communication. When contacting the contractor with issues or questions, I would get one word responses if any response at all. They don’t show up when they are supposed to and sometimes really early with no warning at all. Out of all the contractors that we used in our home remodel, these guys were the absolute worst. Look elsewhere.

I dont like to post negative reviews, but after living with the flaws in my granite installation for a couple of months, I want to give honest feedback for anyone considering this company. Yes theyre reasonable, but the tradeoff is poor communication and mistakes on key measurements. As you can see by the photos my counters were cut short around the bar and sink area. Although I specified and 12 overhang for the bar, its only 7 so we cut out the wall below to avoid hitting our knees while seated! In addition, there was a slight edge to the underside of a seam which they ground as pictured. All these mistakes were brought to the attention of the owner and his assistant Emma, yet they did not offer to correct anything, nor did they offer a discount. I am extremely dissatisfied, and only hope that it doesnt impact resale value on my house.
