I’m so late to giving my review, but just wanted to say that Steve was so patient with me in trying to figure out exactly what my husband and I wanted for our baby girl’s headstone. I was able to fully customize it, even down to the fonts that were used. During such a hard time, he made it a little easier during the whole process. Turn around time was actually quicker than expected, and they held on to her headstone for us until we were ready to have it installed. Highly recommend Riley-Gardner Memorial.

This was one of the best experiences my family had during this difficult time. Riley Gardner Memorial was the best choice that we could have made to have my late fathers monument done. From the beginning of the process, Steve worked with my mother and myself through the design and completion of the project. Steve was very patient with us and made sure that every detail that we wanted was included. He never tried selling us more than what we wanted and was an ease to work with. He gave us several options until we made a decision. Not only was the design exactly what we wanted, but we were also surprised to get our monument ahead of the expected delivery date. Steve also went out to the cemetery to ensure that the monument was set correctly and looked right. We cant thank Steve and Riley-Gardner enough for the great job that they did on my Dads monument.

After choosing the headstone, Steve Gardner was very prompt and thorough in follow up communication regarding a photo we had placed on the headstone. We had an excellent experience with this store. Steve Gilbert worked with us on the design and the result was beautiful. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Initially we tried to do this on our own, that wasnt going so well. Working with someone like Steve made a huge difference, some guidance is very helpful.
