As a startup business, its been great working with the American Canning team so far. Corina is super responsive and never made us feel like our questions were silly even though Im sure we had plenty... They were transparent with supply issues and increased lead times (Covid has backed EVERYTHING up and I dont hold this against them), yet they were still able to work with us on the label so that we were ready to go in their system. Eric from the design team was so patient throughout a handful of last minute changes and he made excellent suggestions that I believe will add value to our product. Supply is back and our order has been processed - Im looking forward to seeing the end result and will update this review then!

American Canning is my actually job, is a company not a place for public visiting. As a local guide I only can add that the industrial sector where is located, have a good road for transit and is near to the airport.

This company is terribly managed, hiking prices with no notice, missing production runs, under producing production runs, moving up production runs with no notice, the list goes on...DO NOT USE THEMCanSource is a far better option with far better customer services.

Working on trying to place on order and basically have some questions answered. Is anyone even working this plant to take a customers order. Not a single reach has been attempted to obtain a possible new customer. Whos working the phones!!!
