Not nearly as busy as the store on Burnet Road - will definitely go to the Bull Creek store going forward. Light, bright, clean and great service.

The color consultation Sherwin Williams offers makes all the difference in finding the right paint color and finish. I used to waste time and money sampling so many colors and it was so frustrating. Now I get the right paint quickly. And this store at 360/2222 is very nice, clean, and the team that works here is very helpful and pleasant.

I could go on on on about Jerri (the store Mgr). She is consistent & truly makes selecting paint easy. I’ve deliberated over paint selection for years and each and every time Jerri was patient with me. When I finally decided to proceed she actually picked the paint from the pictures on my phone. Jerri is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Even when the store is packed she greets every customer with a smile and good morning. Jerri understands the agony of such a stressful experience. Tom is also very pleasant and personable. I highly recommend every experience these guys. Thank you again Jerri and Mr Tom.

Not enough people working in the store to help the amount of people shopping. I waited nearly 20 minutes on a Tuesday to get the attention of a person working there. Once helped, I appreciated the good advice. I found Frazee paint to be the best in quality. I am a strong believer in quality and thats what I always aim for in service and product. We always get great service here. Jerri helped us paint our first home right the first time. She provided her experienced insight to make sure we had the right materials and quantities as we started each section of our project.

Service was so-so. The employee (an older man) made me feel like a child or the typical just a lady. The paint was fine, service was lacking.

This is my favorite Sherwin Williams location - brand new spot, with the newest displays and equipment. Everything is so well organized and the staff is amazing. Kalin - the store manager - is a rockstar. I have bought about 40 gals of paint, deck stain, enamel and indoor stain from them in the last week or so. Gabriella - one of the designers there - is amazing too. They have helped with color and finish selections, and helped me pick the best products that worked for my application. Since Ive gotten to know them from multiple visits over the last few days, I am able to communicate with them in advance and get my order ready before I even show up to pick up. They always brought in what they didnt have in stock within hours. Worst case - it was the next morning. The helped with suggestions when I had some issues with coverage too. Kalin & Gabriella have made my paint shopping experience amazing and the home Im working on currently looks SPECTACULAR! Thanks for everything - Im sure youll be seeing more of me!

Go to the store on 2222 and 360 in Austin. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about color palettes and supplies for first-time DIYers.
