I purchased a 2009 LS 460 from LF Autos. A beauty. I named her Lotus. I live in Wisconsin but flew to Maryland to make the purchase and drove the car 12 hours back home. No problem. There were however a few issues with car after getting it diagnosed both at the Lexus dealership and a reputable local auto repair shop, RK Motors (I give them 5 stars as well). I’ve been doing business with RK Motors for years.LA Autos was responsive from the time I inquired about the car, to the time of purchase, and there after. They took care of the cost of repairs. Most of which was covered under the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. They operate their business with a level of trust. I appreciate that. They are committed to integrity, ethical business practices, and customer service. I’ll definitely be doing business with them in the near future.

Dmitri & Nick are the most brutally honest salesmen Ive ever met. My first experience with them is when I test drove a 2011 Lexus LS460. My wife and I entered the office and met with Nick. He handed us the key fob, and told us to take our time with the test drive. I felt guilty because I kept the car about an hour. Upon our return, we purchased the car.No hassles. No BS. This car has been wonderful.We enjoyed the buying experience so much the first time, we went back a second time. This time we purchased a 2014 Acura MDX. I wanted to purchase a Toyota 4Runner but Nick told me that Toyotas are priced way too high and not worth the extra cost. I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I first saw the car on CarGurus and even though I was putting a substantial amount of money down, I planned to finance a small amount. I initially went thru CarGurus but once I got to the dealer there was some mistake with the financing. It was a late Saturday afternoon, I was over 300 miles away from home, I wasn’t able to get to finances until the next week, I was alone, and a woman in an unknown city.... These guys worked with me and trusted me to take the car still owing them. Yes, I lived up to my word and I wanna thank them for trusting me. Oh, did I mention I am black.

The deal was done over the phone even though my review on Car Gurus mentioned it couldn’t even be done on a handshake considering we purchased the car sight unseen. It was then shipped from Baltimore to Texas where a few weeks later it needed parts and service. LF’s answer was to say “don’t worry you are under our warranty” and promptly sent a check to cover repairs. We were amazed.This time we needed to move a car from NY to TX and called Nick and Dimitri on the off chance they could help which indeed they did at no gain to themselves whatsoever.Their cars are fairly priced, their customer service is something to be awarded and I can safely say, and without any doubt, we will be doing business with LF Autos and only them from now on.

If personal customer service is what a car dealer offer to us as humans, then LFautos are Gods at it! They always go above and beyond what many dealerships do. For example, we brought a very nice car at the dealership and the rotors was slightly warped. We called them up and Nick stated no problem bring the car up and we will take car of that for you. Not too amazing right! I mean you buy a car and you expect if something go wrong then they will take care of you right, and they did? Here where they went above and beyond the call of duty. They replaced the rotors with high performance slotted rotors and he even showed me. Believe me, at any other dealership if you would have even parted your lips to asked they would have laughed at you, and then they would have put the regular rotors on to warp again. So not only do they solve your problems, they make sure that you dont come back for the same problem again. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys! I bought a Lexus RX 330 from LF Autos slightly over a year ago. I had a wonderful experience. The entire transaction was quick, smooth and easy. It was the single best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the owner/ salesman extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive and courteous, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with each part of the buying experience. I refer all of my friends and family to them. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!

EDIT: THE CAR DID NOT SELL FOR ASKING PRICE THE NEXT DAY FOR FULL ASK AS IT SAYS IN THE FOLLOW UP MESSAGE. IT SOLD FOR THE CAR GURUS LOWER PRICE LAST WEEK (6/20/19). SUCH A SKETCHY PLACE AND BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.I found a car on Car Gurus that I was very interested in purchasing which was at LF Autos. I went there to test drive it, but they didnt ask me any information about myself, didnt need my license or anything. That only tells me that they do not care who I am. I test drove it, which was all fine. I wanted to pay in cash, but the car was just slightly above my budget. We went into the very small office and instead of talking to me at all, the gentleman (who I eventually had to ask his name because he never introduced himself - Dimitri) was on the computer the whole time. Didnt ask questions or try to find out how he could help me. Didnt make eye contact, didnt look up. He acted like I was inconveniencing him the whole time and didnt look up even when answering a few questions I asked. I began asking about pricing and he waved me off and basically said the price is what it is, take it or leave it. So I left and purchased a car the next day from somewhere else. NOT 2 DAYS LATER, I get a notification from Car Gurus saying that THAT car had a price drop. Their customer service is nonexistent and from his behavior, it is a bother for you to buy a car from them. Go somewhere else that will appreciate your business.

I bought a vehicle from LF autos, easy process. The sales people didnt bother me or try to push me into anything I didnt want. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to try this place first.

I have been to several car dealers, you know how care salesmen are. Among all of them LF Autos are better. At least they are more honest and will tell you the truth if the car has some mechanical problems or might need maintenance or something like that in future.

The first time I bought a car from LF Autos was because they happened to have the exact car that I was looking for on their lot, and the price was just about what I expected. During that transaction I got to know both Nick and Dmitri and sized them up as being honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never felt even the slightest bit of pressure or salesman’s pitch from either of these gentlemen. I was so impressed that I bought a second car (for my daughter) on the same visit.I recently decided to upgrade, and I knew it would be a waste of my time to look anywhere else other than LF. They offered me fair trade-in and put me into a newer model car all within a couple of hours. Just bought a nice luxury used BMW with low mileage. No pressure. Test drive a couple of thier cars before deciding to buy. Had an issue after purchase but LF Autos honored the warranty. Great little dealership in the city. The miracle on 34th Street in Hampden. I recommend checking out thier inventory.
