Johnny worked with me and made sure I got into a car even with credit trouble! He even offered to pick me up so I didn’t have to uber back to the place! Charlene worked really hard to get my rates down low with only 36months of payments! If you have credit troubles or any repo in your past this place will get you in a great vehicle at a good rate! My car came equipped with a moonroof/sunroof, automatic heated seats, and a backup camera.. (which I still forgot to look at since I am used to backing up with no camera lol). They have lots of great options and affordable pricing. They’re honest and won’t put you in what you can’t afford at too high of an interest rate!

Best place Ive brought a car from by far!!! Corey & Jimmy are the best team ever! Even Tony(owner) made sure I got in the car I wanted! They told me they would get me in a car and they kept theyre word. They even stayed pass closing to make sure I was complete! Very bad and dishonest. i will never buy from them. they cheated me with the price we agreed on, they played with the numbers on the loan. they never fixed the problems in the car they promised they do after i made the purchase. i got fed up after a while and did the fixing myself. bad dealership really. Not recommended if you really want a good car for a good price .

Bad customer service, and took me a long time to get my paper work done, had to call them everyday. Since I was new here in the US I didnt know much about car trading so they charged me much more higher than what was posted on their website( car price). Now I realize that they charged me more than 4k than the actual price. I would never go back there and wont recommend it to anyone.

They set me up with an appointment.. at 1230.. when I got there the person that scheduled me wasnt there.. someone else showed me the vehicle. When this person showed me the vehicle that has 2 flat tires,... Then proceeded to say lets jus start it up... And Ill find some air so we can test drive.. how ever the vehicle didnt start.. so he told me he would call me later when he finds the jump box...He calls me back in an hour and said he found the jump box. I wasnt far away so I stopped by... When I get there the vehicle STILL has 2 flats... Still dirty.. but now has the jump box connected and still WONT START!! So I left and said thank u... 30 minutes later the original person that scheduled me..called To confirm that I was still coming to see the vehicle today.... She had no clue I was there TWICE on time..and the vehicle didnt start..and has 2 flat tires.

I live in VA and spoke with a sales person at length about the condition of a 2010 Armada SUV. Sales person stated the SUV passed inspection certification in Maryland and would have no problem passing VA inspection. Also, I asked about any warning lights, recalls or safety issues involving the SUV and was told there were none. I requested pictures of all parts of the Armada, all showed well for a 2010, no major scratches or damage in pictures. Agreed to pay cash up front and have the SUV shipped for $200 dollars to my home. The four hour trip took their driver 7 hours. Once it arrived it had two large scratches on the drivers side...obviously cropped out from the pictures sent. Also, the SRS light blinks continuously, which indicates that the airbag system is faulty. The push button door locks do not work and the second row cup holders are broken. Unable to drive safely due to SRS warning light and I made it very clear this SUV would be transporting three young children. It also, has an open recall. Tried contacting dealer with no response, would have be willing to work something out, but unfortunately hiring lawyers out of MD to investigate. This business has violated federal laws that protect consumers. My girls were sooo excited to get this car after our Nissan Pathfinder was hit head on by an irresponsible driver and this experience has left us all broken and sad😔. The owner has no morals, selling a car 🤑is more important than the lives of the people riding in it.

I dont know how to delete my 5 star rating... i actually got an email about my review and i forgot to change it back then. But here i am with the updated review. Well, Im giving them a 1. Simply because they gave me the run around. And i ended up not even getting a car from them. Me and the finance guy came up with a set down payment which we BOTH agreed to. When it was time to sign papers, they were trying to get me to agree that i, MYSELF, said i was going to put down more... which i did not. And tried to make me agree to a monthly payment which i ALSO did not agree to. Secondly, I was there because my car was totaled. But it felt like pulling TEETH with them spending almost an hour in the office after i gave them ALL the paperwork they needed and some how they found something else wrong. Thirdly, & lastly. They were trying to sell me a car with a scratch on the drivers side mirror. And when i told them about it, they said they weren’t going to fix it because it wasn’t significant damage. I don’t recommend.
