Very pleased with the service provided by the Johns Hopkins Tech Hub. Charles Mason, technical support analyst, is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He follows up with customers to make sure their problems are solved. Definitely recommend Charles!
The staff at Tech Hub was extremely helpful. The Tech Hub has been the most location-convenient way for me to leave my MacBook Pro for a repair under AppleCare+ after a water spill damage. Special thanks to Charles who was assisting me with the repair, and kept patiently addressing all my questions and kept me posted about the updates of the repair throughout the process.
They are not apple. Just a reseller probably. You will not get that level of service that you get from an apple store:-(Tried to return my product within the 2 week period but they refused unless I paid 15 percent restocking fee.Showed me an small text in the bottom of my reciept that I will have to pay the fee with a smile in his face!Buy directly from an apple store (Towson).
