They are great in fixing your electronic things. They are reasonable prices. They let you know what is going on with your device. Oh buy the way they also sell items you might need. Great customer service.

Sold my friend a faulty computer and after months of him repeatedly bringing the computer back in to be fixed and being charged for different parts he never asked for, they gave him the money for the computer back, not the parts he also paid for or the “labor” he paid for and kept the parts he paid for. Waste of time and money. Gave him the run around. Not very honest people. My advice? Go somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs.

Brought my laptop in with a broken screen and they fixed it in under 3 hours, and for a price that was much lower than any other store in the Baltimore area. The two guys working there were very friendly! Highly recommend

Literally they are life savers. My keyboard was having issues and I was worried about the time it would take to get it fixed because due to covid-19, I pretty much have to use my computer every day. I placed a rush order and they literally had my computer fixed in less than an hour. The employees are so nice and they have affordable/fair prices. Could not recommend them enough.

Thought I had a broken computer. turned out my computer was running fine. wanted him to do a complete hardware check anyway. he suggested not to waste my money on something that is not apparent right away, but to use it for a week or so n see if any problem occurs. Honesty is the best policy!

These dudes are the issh.... Excellent product knowledge, friendly customer service, solid rates! I broke my laptop one morning and had to virtual teach later that evening and they were able to put a rush on my order for a small fee and get the job done. This company is a little fraud. I purchased 2 computers from him. Mr. Dan himself delivered them to my business place and i trusted him. He told me both are in working condition. After i paid him he left and when i turned on the computers only one worked and the second computer does not even turn on. I called him right away but he refused a service or exchange and want to charge to repair it. Very poor or no service at all.

Great service. My laptop screen was broken and he installed it for me but was not able to restore the touch function since it seems I got a screen that is not compatible with my device. He ended up not charging me anything more than the 30 $ diagnostic fee. Very satisfied and I am happy I did not waste my money in bestbuy or similar places

Wow. Called for a simple question and the dude I was talking to was extremely rude. I highly doubt these people will stay in business much longer. Its worth it to pay the same price for the other corporate repair shops in Baltimore and get excellent customer service then pay the same price for these guys and get treated like you are an invalent without a father.

I dont traditionally bother to review local businesses, but I wanted to make an exception for this business. My computer charger stopped working over the weekend, and so my computer was dead first thing on a Monday morning. It was an inconvenience to my work week that needed to be addressed immediately and there are not several great options in the city. Data Flow had both the parts and the expertise I needed. He took the extra 2 minutes to make sure the problem was correctly identified and addressed. And I have every confidence he can help with a variety of computer woes beyond the one I had this morning. If you live in the city and have a computer problem, this should be your first stop!
