My office depot in Owings Mills is closing. I always had great service, always greeted when I came in. So I used the printing services and was informed it would be printed at the Baltimore National Pike location. So I called a couple times about my order, no one ever answered. I go to pick up my order no one says anything, they just look at you. There is 2 customers being waited on, it was a while, I just wanted to pick up my order, no one would acknowledged me. I walked over and asked a gentleman, I think he was the manager, he got my packaged. Well I did not check it, so used of the great service at the Owings Mills location, I get home and my manual is backwards. I am currently on hold, the young lady asked me my issue and she just told me to hold and it has been about 16 minutes, no update, nothing, I have a feeling no one is coming back to the line. After this is resolved, I will be looking for another printer store even if I have to pay a little more. Why do they think this behavior and how they treat people is okay. Over 20 minutes still no one has come back to the line.

Tried to order a printer for same day pickup on line. Submitted item with credit card information three times and each time the order did not go through. Called 800 number but could not connect with a representative. Called the store and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally bought the item at Best Buy. No way to run a business. First and last time using them.

I came in to print one piece of paper with my boyfriend. The customers at self service center took forever so we decided to ask the employees for help. However their attitude was not it. We sent the email three times to get our piece of paper printed but they said they did not receive it. And note we received an email back from them that they received it. The two employees (unsure of their names but one was a woman and one was a man under copy and printing services) told us to go stand by the door with an attitude so that they can receive the email, which my boyfriend did. At the end the people at self service finished and we went there instead. We wasted at least 30 minutes there, just for once piece of paper. Worst service ever. Do not recommend.

Employees have terrible service. They have terrible attitudes and exemplify the phrase “That’s not my job” the printing machines take forever to load and the store itself has terrible computers. You might as well go to staples.

Long haired young man who works there made me feel like I was annoying him when I asked a question. So many people are in need of jobs who are pleasant and have great customer service skills and yet people like this are acting like the customer is a pain.

Terrible. Not one employee wanted to help me with fax/, copy/ emailThey were busy in their own little group having their conversations among themselves, absolutely terrible service, not everyone is good at these copy fax machinesBathrooms dirty, no soap, no paper towelsI had to go to register to get the young man to finish helping me while others are busy with each other and dont really seem that they want me asking any questionsSo will not return to this storeStaples will be my store

The majority of the items I was looking for (desk and chair) where out of stock or had a month long delivery time frame. I didnt want to, but was forced to order items from Amazon. But at least Ill get my stuff in a couple of days

Visited this store on Sunday, March 15 around 2:30pm. One employee at the front of the store. He was watching a video on his phone while ringing up sales. It took him 45 seconds to count 89 cents of change because he kept looking at the video on his phone. Management needs to set better expectations of the employees and employees need to remember they are at a job to work not to watch videos.

I went into office depot to purchase a $700 printer, I needed assistance and I wasnt acknowledged by none of the employees there. Needless to say Staples was not to far,do not shop where the staff is lazy and not professional.

Was so frustrated by my experience at this location today. Called two separate office depots (including this one) to ask if they could rebind a book I had and the timeframe it would take. I was told that it could be done in 24 hours and to bring it in and was happy to be flexible. I came in and was told that by the employee within seconds without even looking at the book that she did not feel comfortable rebinding the book, her worry that pages would be lost and that the book looked expensive and didnt want to risk it. I had just driven 30 minutes out of my way to stop here AND called in advance to check if it was possible. The irony-- I took the book to a FedEx in Baltimore directly after and they were able to help me (right before they closed too) and I left with the book bound? Frankly the experience was completely unprofessional. Will absolutely not return-- FedEx in Charles Village will be receiving any future business from me.

Re: Ryan. Taking a few minutes out of my night to express my thoughts on how professional and well managed this location is. Ryan is an extremely courteous and patient employee and clearly stands out as someone that goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. As I waited patiently, I was able to analyze how well he kept his composure while he had multiple clients at one time. It was impressive even as some were not extremely nice; he was very nice back to them while he also acknowledged every customer as they walked up while he was finishing with the last. Its not easy work yet he managed to juggle all of it and even turn the grouches into nice people again with his humor and good nature. Nice work Ryan! Also, thank you for taking the time with me to design a quick card order. See you again soon.

Katie at the print and copy center is amazing. I was on my way to an appointment and picking up some brochures. There was a snafu with a print job and she fixed it in minutes and had me out the door with plenty of time to make my appointment. Excellent work Katie!

Clerk at cash register did not take the time to listen to my questions, he answered them so quick like I did not know what I was talking about, even the same to the person behind. He needs training in how to talk to customers, I should have went to the one on Washington Blvd were everyones friendly time you walk in the door.

I emailed my order in on the 6th with the request that they alert me when it was ready. 3 days go by and no contact. I call to check on the order and they tell me that they never processed it because on day 2 they changed the policy to require payment prior to any printing, which requires a submission through a different system or to come in and pay and then wait for the print job. At the time the latter seemed quicker and more guaranteed to be done that night, because the former requires you submit by 2pm for same day processing.When the image was finally printed it required some trimming because the Kodak printer (the appropriate printer) was down. The supervisor told me they would have to charge to trim it, even though the only printer that could adequately do the job was down. Instead of providing solutions the supervisor repeated statements that did not address the concern. This service left a lot to be desired.

When I walked in I was not greeted. I even walk past the desk were two people who worked at office depot and still not even a hello. Then I got in line behind a young man who was being helped. Then the young man behind the register told the young lady to help the young man that was behind me. Behind me aint that a kick. Then I said do I look like chopped liver. I was here before this man why do I get over looked. Then I just walked out. Ill drive to Eastpointe mall before I go to this Office Depot again, and I live in Catonsville. All I wanted was to have a picture printed.

I called to ask one simple question and was put on hold for 30 minutes because they claimed they have customers. I work in retail and my job is to multitask this is unexceptable. The website did not specify that they dont make the business cards there but they told me my cards would be ready by 1pm. Office depot is unprofessional wont be using them again

For returns you have to give them your ID and they key it in their computer system really with all the indenty thief. I was returning an item I lost receipt and they would not accept it unless I gave my ID up. The package says office depot all over it. The lady in front of me had the same problem. We both refused. And left. Now this is why I shop Amazon. Should have known better than go to office depot. Waited in line no one to help but enough associates walking around.
