Great products that I have used for a school store. A few particular items were cheaply made and had to be sent back. Customer service was excellent and gave me a full refund without having to send back the product. Most other products have been excellent and decent quality for the price.

When I contacted the company they were more than willing to refund my money and offered me an incentive to continue to order from them. Of which i am more than willing to do as other of their products I have been able to use successfully.

We have a school store and I was so tired of getting merchandise that fell apart so easily! Geddes stuff if not like that at all--it holds up well and the kids LOVE the stuff we order for them. Weve had a couple of small issues with damaged things coming in, but Geddes is great about putting credits on the account toward the damaged item. This is the only place we order from and I dont see that changing in the near future.

I was unhappy with the quality of one of their products. They refunded me for that product as well as gave me a gift certificate!

I love ordering items from Geddes to use as prizes for Teen Read Week and National Library Week. The student love to win these items and always ask where the prizes came from.
