Had to go to store to transfer 2 of my phone numbers. An employee there named Moe helped me so much.. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been to other metro stores before around Bartlett area They were not helpful. I will not go to another metro store. There was another gentleman there that helped too but I forgot his name. This store is the best And its hard to find good customer service these days.

Hey if your wanting to go to a metro go to this one and ask for Mo. This guy really blessed me he knew I was on a budget and helped me get the phone I needed, he was very helpful with everything made everything quick and easy and had a great attitude unlike some of the other metros I have visited in the past. Definitely would recommend.

From the time I walked in Mo customer service was Amazing he help us out so much and told us more about the phones we wanted and still kind and nice to us. This how you build relationships and want to continue to shop at a place of business. We will definitely be back!

I went into this store to buy a new phone maybe 2 and set up a 3rd line. When i mentioned that the phone my husband was looking at was offered as a free phone for signing up for new services with another company, the sales associate immediately started telling me to go to a different store because he doesnt do that sort of thing. Then he said his system was down and he couldnt sell us a phone we should go somewhere else. So instead of selling us 2 phones and setting up a new line we will be dropping Metro.

My mom took my MIL to get a new phone today. I was instantly uneasy when they told me they went to this particular location. My husband and I drive out of our way to go to the Cordova store because we have never encountered anyone helpful or truthful at this location. So MIL went on to purchase a phone and paid in cash. When she got to the car she realized she was not given a receipt, or her $30 in change. My mom went back in the store to inquire and Mo (Mohammad) insisted he gave the $30. My mom told him he did not and he made a show of opening the cash register only to reach in his pocket and pull out the $30. My mom then asked for a receipt and again he insisted he gave it. He finally relented and pulled a crumpled up receipt from the trash can. My MIL attempted to report him to the manager, but found out Mo is the nephew of the owner. Do yourselves a favor and go to any other Metro PCS.

When setting up a new account,W becareful!! These guys like to add stuff to your account without your knowledge!! I switch my number to metro, but when he told me the amount, I asked him why do high, doing the math in my head, 50.00 plan+20 phone+ 15 activation-85.. when he told me 99 dollars I asked why, he said it was taxes. NEVER did he tell me that he was adding the insurance because I specifically said i didnt want it.I get home look at my account and he added the insurance, Im sure he gets some bonus. But I came back down here to get my money back and he refused.

Worst service Ive ever had. Very rude employees. Will not do anything for you. I paid my bill ahead for two months, and i asked for a payment cancellation when they replied that they couldnt cuz the payment wasnt done in store because there a FRANCHISE. I SAID YOUR STILL METRO PCS. SO I WENT TO A DIFF STORE. SAME STORY. ITS AWFUL. THEY REPRESENT HEADACHE.
