I have always been very pleased with the service I receive at DotCalm. Claude and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They explain what needs to be done in plain English and send updates while they are working on your machine. Prices are quite reasonable and they get things done in a timely manner. They are also well named—the atmosphere in their shop is definitely calm and I always feel less panicky once I put an ailing computer into their capable hands.Recently, the computer that I use in my small cartography and graphic design business was hijacked by a very tenacious malware that took control and wouldn’t let go. Claude at wrestled with it for over a week. It was looking like it might require a clean install of Windows 10—meaning that I would have to re-install all my software to get operational again. But Claude persisted and finally conquered it, with my software and files still intact. What a relief! He even delivered the computer to my house so that he could hook it up for me in its native habitat and make sure everything was running correctly.

After being let down by two different tech repair services for my laptop, including the manufacturer, the people at Dot Calm came through and made sure my needs were taken care of. My business partner brought our point of sale computer in there today. Our power supply had gone bad due to an electrical surge. The establishment has a very nice atmosphere. The inside was emmculant and welcoming. The associates are hands down the best and they work as a team which is nice to see. They are very clear as to what the steps are for complete service. There was no surprise charges as the young lady let me know all the possibilities and the steps that would be followed if additional problems were found. She also gave me an estimate on when the work would be completed and work was done a whole day early. They kept me informed step by step via text message and email which is cool because Im not good at answering the phone during my busy day. The end result was a replacement of key board for a lower cost than everyone else who quoted me. This is the most professional repair establishment hands down. I highly encourage any one who needs electronics repair or accessories to come here! Two thumbs up!

Great service in person and even over the phone. I was on a photography assignment where I needed to print on site. My computer would not talk to my printer. I called Dot Calm and one of their techs figured out the problem over the phone and by remotely accessing my computer. Have used them in the past and will use them again.

Jessica at the front counter told me not to worry and that they see this type of stuff a lot. I dropped it off and she told me the technician would take a look at it the next day. Best tech support and service EVER! After the Geek Squad totally screwed up my laptop for what should have been a simple OS reinstallation, I took my laptop to Dot Calm. They are everything they claim and more! I brought my laptop at lunchtime, and by lunchtime the next day, I was good to go.Before I could not access my MS Office file or my Acrobat files. They got everything all back to normal, and at an extremely competitive price.Do yourself a favor and take your phone, computer, game box, or whatever device you have to these guys! Spilt coffee on my 2009 Mac Book Pro. Tried to dry it out as best I could but it started acting screwy. Took it to Dot Calm thinking that it was most likely a goner. However, they were able to clean it and now my Mac is behaving normally again!

Bad ALL across the board. Base priority on who pays what. Doesnt show up when scheduled. Have clients waiting months for repairs that could easily be fixed.

First of all I hate to bad mouth minority businesses but this place had my computer about a month, most times I called no one anwsered the phone and when someone did it was always a lie about my computer. Finally got tired of lies and picked up my computer all in pieces. If you like I know you would be much better off at another computer shop.

Second time using Dot Calm to fix our computer due to power surge. The first time, everything was fixed promptly. This time, took weeks. No return phone calls, I went to the store on time/day it was promised and was not ready. When my computer was finally fixed, Claud took an old piece of junk computer, looked like he found it in a dumpster or on the side of the road, and tried to give it to me as my fixed computer. I brought it home and took it back the next day. This was not the condition my computer was in when I dropped it off. Another week went by. More delays. Promised it would be fixed and it wasnt. Finally called and said it was fixed. I inspected the outside of the computer and seemed to be in better condition. When I got it home, plugged it in and turned it on, it was then I noticed a 2-inch crack on the screen. The computer I dropped off did not have a crack in the screen. I dont know what kind of games Claud is playing, where he takes parts from one clients computer and gives to another, but I will not be wasting my time or money with this rip off artist. I came in at 1:35 pm on a Saturday just before closing time expecting just to drop off my Dell desktop pc for service the following week.
