Im from Texas. Live in Louisiana now but will move back soon. But HEB was always our familys grocery store. Amazing fajitas, meats, chorizo. I happened to make a road trip to get my parents who evacuated from Hurricane Ida and couldnt leave without bringing some Texas goodness back with me! Thank yall so much. All the years growing up and the store in Beaumont on College Street!! Thank you for all the hospitality you displayed and all your great customer service!! Cant wait to get back home. Will be my store again!!

I would shop here even if our community had a H‑E‑B, I had foot surgery and was moving around on a knee bike. Every time I went shopping I had multiple people employees and customers offering help. Way to go H-E-B community

Limited sortiment for vegetarians / vegans (e.g.meat analogs). However, all of the basics covered. Could not locate Pita Bread.

Quiet busy but as usual the produce was very fresh only thing I wish was instore now is bags of fresh cranberries but eventually theyll have the. #impatient

I love HEB. There was a young lady, Kay, who was just super sweet and kind. She was still assisting another customer and she acknowledged mine and my daughters presence. Heck she even made my day when she thought my daughter and I were sisters. Anyhow, as a business owner, I see that this young lady has exemplary customers service skills and will certainly go far in the world keep up the fantastic work HEB.

Large Varieties of different food, drinks, vegetables, frozen foods, seafood. Milk, Eggs, fruits are fresh they are not all brushed up.

Due to big seafood department fishy smell permeates place. So I, personally, have a hard time walking in. However being a supercenter they have just about every food item you might need.

It is a great place to shop however both Beaumont stores tend to out if some items I need and it forces me to go to another local store That makes it difficult because Im a senior with local senior transport that has limited rides during the week and never on weekends So just try to keep your stores stocked Staff is wonderful and so helpful

I love shopping at HEB off of Dowlen rd. Its convenient and the prices are great. Employees are helpful and courteous. Everything you need is there.

I GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUY GOOD FOODS AT GREAT PRICES

The customer service was terrible, I gave the cashier $40 for 27.38 worth of items and she gave me 2.17 change short 10.00, She had to call the Mgr to count down her teal to make sure she wasnt short after her shift, mean while I had to wait for all thus to happen, well she was over 10.00 and gave me my money back, how inconvenient for me the customer. Im going to Kroger for now on.

Everything so neat and big and abundant. Some stuff up way too high on shelves. But love how they always have everything in stock and a lot of each item. Very neat and organized. Friendly staff.

I was on crutches coming into the store. A young man ask if I wanted a scooter. I told him I didnt know how to work it. He showed me. It was good.

Great place to shop. Love their meat dept. The only thing missing is a Starbucks inside their store.

People always are friendly and helpful ! I enjoy HEB’s small hometown grocery store feel ( like years gone by). The most amazing thing that you will notice is their variety of products .Just a small note, during the storm it can be quite crazy with people running everywhere getting their supplies. It seemed that HEB always had what we needed. Despite the weather the supply trucks where delivering at great risk to their employees. Their brand is unparalleled matching their people as well. Thanks for being there for us.

Well stocked produce department, helpful staff there as well. I personally dislike how the store is arranged and find it a bit too large for my comfort, but thats a personal taste call. Have yet to encounter a friendly checker there, and the reason Ive docked a star from the rating - if you encounter one unhappy checker, she might be having a bad day. A second unhappy checker, it might just be your perception....but when its three or four times? Its a pattern. I dont expect a red carpet to roll out when I am checked out, but I also dont expect my groceries to be literally thrown after theyve been scanned, or feel resentment from the employee because I showed up. Think Ill stick to Kroger.

Took a guy to HEB to get his groceries. We had a great shopping experiences. He said the selection was awesome. Glad to have such a recognized store with award winning service in our community.

HEB on college & 11th in Beaumont is SUPA DUBA got there in the evening to pick up a Kwik fix suppa. all went well .The people that work there are all courteous & knowledgeable always glad to help the check out people are Xtra special in my book .five stars for H E B.

A good selection of items but no German food.

The layout of the store, is different than 1 I go to.. this store has an enormous frozen food, deli, seafood, meats and cheeses section.. Friendly store

Yall need bring one around my neck of the woods. I-85 Georgia and South Carolina line more towards the Carolina side.

I love this everything in the 🍓 and produce area was so fully stocked and just looked so beautiful.Found me a great deal on the cowboys shirts.

Always open the fastest after a storm. Very convenient from work and the layout of the grocery store gets you done faster with your shopping list so I can get home. Appreciate your friendly and fast cashiers.

Mid-size HEB. Everything you expect from Americas #1 grocer. Great selection of produce and fresh meats. The deli section was well stocked. Full pharmacy available. Ample parking and easy to access from Interstate 10.

Since they have reorganized the store it is somewhat harder to find things than before but the associates are very helpful

Just went in for a few things and a couple of books. Had that I needed in grocery. Sadly, they dont carry books. People were friendly and helpful. Several people, including workers, were not wearing masks.

Not all, but employees rude and uncourteous. They walk all over you and dont get out of the way when trying to shop, especially the instore shopping employees!

Always nice to shop at HEB and perfect timing they were not busy.

This HEB may be the best supermarket to shop at since they are working very hard to work against the coronavirus. The staff are nice and respect your distancing. The shopping experience is different as the items you are shopping for a in great quality but the isles are most often packed with people. I recommend for people who need to shop for stocking up and enter at your own risk.

HEB was a mad house today but they did have water and bread limit of course plenty of meat, pretty well stocked up I came to get what WM didnt have. I wish they could put a bank in there so I wont have to go to WM also cashier was very friendly
