When we built our home we bought our appliances here at judd and black bellingham. We had our heat set on a certain refrigerator buying it against the salespersons advice as this brand had issues. We should have listened.So back again 7 years later this time we listened. I think we will like our new refrigerator.

Swift, competent and friendly phone help; Duane Wilks was so familiar with the inventory that he found the fridge we needed, saving me literally hours of trying to navigate the prickly underbrush of appliance websites, arranged all the payment details manually as my foreign billing address doesnt fit the checkout format, and set up delivery to the local recipient who needs a new fridge in a hurry. Such a relief when time is of the essence and theres a pandemic affecting import of consumer goods.Made me almost wish I had more shopping to do - this would definitely be my first stop for a future appliance purchase.

Above and Beyond customer service. The manager Tom Taylor knew we were in a jam and took care of us every step of the way. Our side by side fridge freezer had frozen shut. We had guest arriving and he managed to deliver our fridge before their arrival. He truly saved us and we are so very grateful. Rick was very friendly and up front with our appliance purchases. He did not try to hustle us for more money, he was just honest and had a great attitude. He even gave pointers on which appliances were more kid friendly. He also followed up after we received our products to make sure we were happy.

Buying a combination washer-dryer unit apparently is an incredibly difficult process. I interacted with one other local chain, and one national chain, and felt dismissed and frankly, lied to.My experience at Judd and Black was positive. They were patient with my questions, were upfront and honest about what I could expect, and were genuinely interested in making sure I got the correct appliance for my needs. Duane was fantastic to work. The guys who delivered my refrigerator were very careful with my hardwood floors and walls as they had to maneuver around tight turns and down a narrow hallway. Not a single bump. This was my first time shopping with Judd & Black after having become frustrated by the horrible customer service at a different local appliance retailer where I had shopped for 20 years. The difference in sales and service was night and day. I will be shopping at Judd & Black in the future.

After buying a new Maytag washer and dryer from a box store, the washer had problems at its first wash. The box store sent out a repairman that actually works for Judd and Black. He was top notch, very experienced and recognized that a replacement was necessary. The box store agreed to refund and I went directly to Judd and Black because of the service I had received. They handled my new purchase with professionalism and KNOW their products. I am completely satisfied with my new Speed Queen models and with Judd and Black. Highly recommend!

I worked with Duane on getting a new fridge after mine died, he was super helpful and I’m pretty picky as a shopper - like I wouldn’t want to deal with me as a sales person, at least I’m honest? Was very pleased with the Customer service. I called to see if they had a Weber Sporit 335 gas grill THEY DID!!! . My dryer gave up the ghost on Christmas Eve, so I went in to Judd & Black and Duane helped me find a new unit ready to go. I was out the door with a new dryer in 15 minutes. Duane actually answered some detailed questions I had as I did some research b4 I showed up, like Cu.ft, energy star, vent runs, even the gauge sizes of wire they use for the heating elements, I couldnt trip him up. Awesome!

Duane Wilks helped me find the best replacement range for the Jenn Air downdraft range that had been in our kitchen island. I got its sister, the Kitchen Aid and with his help and the exellent installers from Judd and Black everything has worked out wonderfully.

This is a satellite store. If they dont have your item in stock, it will take weeks to get it here from Seattle. Eight days after we ordered it, it still wasnt available for us to pick up. The salesperson suggested that WE could drive to Mt.Vernon to pick it up. If we wanted it delivered it would be another four days. We went to their competitor and had it purchased and loaded in our vehicle in fifteen minutes. Unless you want to wait weeks, dont shop here!

Stopped by and told them what I wanted--buying a whole kitchen for a remodel. Asked them to work up a couple of bids and let us know that day. They had 6+ hours to work up the bid. The salesman even called with some clarifications. Never heard back, never received a bid. We ordered our entire kitchen from the other major appliance store in town. Kind of disappointed. Even told them we were going to buy that weekend.
