Security Solution has been are go to people for our business alarm testing. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have always been great help to us if we have questions and very responsive if we need them onsite. These guys are the experts.

Not bad, but not for me

I absolutely love these guys! Been using them for many years. At my most recent job at Sostice Senior Living, we had a brand new fire panel installed, and numerous smoke alarms replaced. What was supposed to be a 2 week job, ended up taking only 4 days. Ben, the technician, and his crew did an excellent job in getting everything done fast and efficient. We are very happy with the new panel! And everything works perfectly. Thank you guys!! I will definitely be using you in the future!

We are a licensed marijuana producer, so our security requirements are casino level. Generally, the service, equipment, and communication from SSNW are pretty good. We have no significant complaints and they have never tried to soak us like some of their local competitors have. They dont get 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, but we have been very happy we switched to these guys from Guardian.

We use them for our back flow testing and fire extinguisher maintenance every year. They always do a great job, very thorough. Amy, at the front desk is SUPER helpful with excellent customer service and follow through.

We have been with Security Solutions for many years now, and have rarely had any equipment issues. A couple days ago, our keypad went out. I called and spoke to Brent, who had a new keypad shipped in overnight and had a tech rep install it less than 24 hours later. Couldnt be happier with the speedy service. Ive had the best experience at Security Solutions Northwest. Excellent service and excellent quality in both security service as well as lock/key service.

Got the letter from Water company requiring me to get backflow device at my home tested or risk water being turned off. Contacted Security Solutions after a web search to see who in Bellingham did these test. I spoke with Amy at Security Solutions and within an hour, a tech was at my home. We didnt pass inspection and of course, there were installation problems with the device where further work by a licensed plumber was needed. The long of the short of it was, Security Solutions did our initial test that failed. Informed me what was needed to pass (and) fix the adjacent leaking valve and how to correct the installation that was done wrong in the first place (which we did not know!) Ultimately, we had to bring in someone else to fix our device, plus an adjacent leaking valve and they were also licensed to do the backflow test. Security Solutions put us the customer first and didnt mislead us and in the end, didnt charge us for the initial visit to our home. They were glad we were able to get everything fixed, if not directly with them. I worked mainly with Amy and she was exceptional in her follow-through, customer service and overall pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to call Security Solutions again should a need arise.

I am sorry to say that my experience with the home alarm department at Security Solutions NW was rediculous. It took months to finalize the equipment, and then at the last minute they required a very complex contract to be signed with out any possibility of modification, although it was very much in their favor. I would not recomend anyone to use their alarm system based on this experience.

Excellent customer service even during after hours problems

I came in to get a 2nd key made for my car (which is programmed). They gave me an estimate for $172 and would need over an hour and had to order the key. I went down the road to Arrow who charged me $86 and had me out of there in 10 minutes.
