Poor customer service, the system they installed for us doesn’t work property and they don’t seem to have the knowledge or desire to make it right. I definitely don’t feel secure having them as our security service.

I had guardian for a security company for a year and half until my business got broken into. Then I wanted Guardian security to install window vibration sensors and called them and asked them in person several times to come out and install them,after about three months of waiting I decided to cancel and I went with North sound alarm. I have to say that the equipment was way more superior than guardians but the monitoring service is also a lot more responsive than Guardians. Plus when the tech came out to install the equipment he showed how Guardian had installed one of the movement sensors upside down rendering useless. Now I feel my business is secure and I have a way better piece of mind knowing my business is well protected. The cost is the same as well. A+ on customer service too.Update, 09/08/2014 6:14 am this morning I had a attempted break in at my business and the security system and other measures I took worked to deter the robbery. The burglars got nothing, I just have to fix my bullet proof window. Good job to the guys at Northsound Alarm.
