I live in Seattle and this place had the audi car I was looking for. I drove from Seattle to Bellingham to see the car. TJ helped me to test drive and explained all the features well. TJ answered all my questions nicely. I booked the car on the same day. Must visit if you want to buy your new Audi and I recommend TJ to get accurate information about the car.
I had been searching for a SQ5 for a while. I had initially gone to Audi Tacoma, and did not have a great experience. It seemed as if I was a nuisance to the sales rep and he did not want to make a sale.I called Audi Bellingham and spoke with John Loubier and told him what I was looking. Because of his professional service and friendliness over the phone, I decided to make the drive that same day from Seattle to look at their inventory.When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist and then by John. He had taken the time to park two new 2020 SQ5s right up front to make things easier.We went for a test drive, where he took the time to explain many of the car’s features.After the test drive we sat at his desk where he was honest and upfront about the car’s price. John was not pushy and did not act like what you’d expect a car salesman to be like.I was then helped by Ali, the F&I manager. She made things go smoothly and did her best to expedite the process of signing all that paperwork. During this process, Ali told me that Roger Jobs(General Manager) makes sure that every employee treats each customer how they would like to be treated.This was by far, on of the better experiences I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I received excellent customer service, all staff was professional and respectful, and at no time was I made uncomfortable or pressured. I love my new 2020 SQ5. I know I will go out of my way, and make the drive to Bellingham, to purchase my wife’s next Audi (most likely another SQ5).
I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 Prestige yesterday and it was an absolute joy from start to finish! My salesman, Josh, was great and showed me so much about this car and advised he is available to answer further question concerning all the bells and whistles it has. Ali, the finance person, was also great. She knew an extended warranty was very important to me and had many options for me to choose from. Both of them had to stay an hour late and were so pleasant to work with even though they were giving up their own relaxation time.What a difference from the same type of car I started buying from Vroom! I was lied to from the start. I am still trying to get my down payment back. They have no supervisors you can speak with and I am beginning to think I need to get legal counsel involved. I can only imagine what the car would have looked like and ran like after all the other lies and and lack of customer service I received. Do yourself a favor and go to your local dealership, like Audi Bellingham, and receive outstanding customer service and take the car of your dreams home the same day!!
Ive taken my Audi A8 here 2 times for an inspection and some service work and the service here is amazing. Its always super quick and very professional. They showed me through a recorded video of the inspection detailing each area they checked on my car noting what was good and what could use some work.I thought that service repairs my car required would take a couple days but it was complete after about 5 hours. These guys really take care of you.

I was traveling across the country on Labor Day weekend and needed my timing chain replaced. I called a number of places and they were not able to get me in for weeks, which I did not have time for. Audi bellingham was able to get me in, and they did not price gauge me. It was actually 1100 less than the other mechanics, which honestly surprised me. The gentleman, Nicholas, who took care of the servicing was extremely helpful and hospitable. They also did an overall check up on my q5 for free. The car runs great now and would recommend the dealership for work other than just servicing. Thanks Nicholas!

My Audi Service Advisor Nicholas was very thorough and paid attention to all the details on my list of concerns. He took the time to address all the items without dismissing any of my concerns as normal operation. They ended up keeping my car for nine days because they had to order some parts and they wanted to test everything they completed more than once. Nicholas provided me with a brand new Audi Q3 Prestige courtesy car to drive the whole time so I was not inconvenienced at all. The new courtesy car had only 100 miles on it. When I picked up my Audi it was washed and sanitized for me. At least twice while my Audi was in the shop Nicholas followed up with me just to make sure the courtesy car was working out for me. I live more than an hour from the dealership but the first class service makes the drive to Bellingham worthwhile. This was my second visit to the Audi Service Department and I will definitely keep going back to Audi Bellingham even though there are other Audi dealers closer to my house. Nicholas is great and Claire the Loaner Concierge was also very pleasant and helpful.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Bellingham and had a great experience. We worked with Juan Loubier, Audi Brand Specialist. Juan is an excellent teacher and gave us a head start on getting familiar with the new technology. Everyone else we dealt with was personable and professional. We highly recommend this dealership!
Waited a week for an appointment to be able to use a loaner vehicle. Showed up with a Q7 with a family of 5 and was given an A4 to use which did not allow us to use a booster and car seat together. I communicated my concern but was told that was all they had. Since it Was not safe for me to drive back to Whidbey island we decided to stick around nearby for the work to be done. Two other people who showed up by themselves had larger vehicles to use. Got the car 5 hours later and It was still dirty with hand prints on the hood. I asked if they normally wash the cars after the cars are worked on and they said yes but was not sure why it wasn’t washed. Was also told I’d get an email of the service performed for my records but that did not happen either. Not impressed with my 1st visit.. Had better experiences with Honda, Acura, and Mazda.
The Audi department within Roger Jobs provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nicholas, my representative, was professional and extremely accommodating to my unique situation. Everyone resents the insurance/warranty process, but he made it streamlined and simple. It was such a relief to work with someone so dedicated to the customer. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and kind as well.
The staff was really nice, I had no complaints there. I stopped by with my wife and looked at an A5 for an everyday vehicle since my old truck finally decided to die on me. Like i said i have nothing wrong with the staff. But it echos so much in the building that i was starting to get a headache. And with no music to help brake up- some of the noise you could hear everything people were saying. My wife kept asking to leave because it was messing with her more then it was me. I hope it gets fixed. If it does then id be more then happy to come back. Till then i might just put money into my truck to keep it going for a while longer.
