Great people helping me port from T-Mobile they helped me get my account number.. Juan was very patient the hallway he even gaved me a free phone for porting over.. if you want a great service and great help and always being polite and nice come to cricket and talk with Juan and Dulce they are a great duel and they always goes the extra mile I wish every one was like both of them every where.

I originally bought an iPhone SE through these guys under promotion that if you bought the phone for three months as I was told by a store representative I will be able to get the phone unlocked after three months of service I just had to pay the $50 plan not only did I pay the $50 plan but I continued the Service for five months with the $70 plan because I want to use this phone on my free queuing account well I finally decided to switch over and I call cricket to get the phone unlocked they repeatedly put me on hold repeatedly told me I was lying and repeatedly hung up on me where I had to continuously call back my phone is still not unlocked and I am left with a $400 paperweight they were so rude and unhelpful and unsympathetic to my problem then I wish I could just return the phone they could keep the money for the plan and just give me a refund for the phone because I paid $50 they want to tax for the entire 300 the phone cost plus the 50 it wasn’t just 50 so I have been extremely unsatisfied with the customer service the coverage the quality everything about this phone company is trash I highly highly highly recommend finding a different provider because these people are nothing but a scam artists so please learn from my mistakes and find a different cell phone provider because these people

Good experience. Visit was for a new sim card. I waited in the car while family members went in (Covid...), But they came back out very quickly with what they needed and seemed pleased with the service they received.

Dulce is a great customer service rep! We had so much trouble porting my number over from Verizon but she was patient and creative and got the job done. Thanks girl

Went in shopping looking with a friend who needed new service and a phone. We were the only ones in the store. The lady behind the counter acted like we were interrupting her and all she could say is what is your price range when asked what kind of phones they had. In fact she said it 3 times. At that moment had no idea how much we were going to spend. Which was nothing after that. We just went to another store in another town. I would never go back here and I have been a cricket customer since 2014
