Stood in their store for over 45 min with no acknowledgement after being told syndrome would be right with me. Watched 5 people come in after me and were helped before me simply because I wasnt a Verizon customer and I only needed a prepaid sim card for my tablet. Very disappointed and makes me happy I no longer use their services as my primary cell phone carrier

I have been going to Verizon shop in Bellis Fair Mall, for a few years now. The staff and coworkers are great folks. When I inquire about anything technical about my cell phone, the crew has provided me with the best courtesy and professional advice. I like the fact in the end it allows me to make the necessary choices and decisions as a consumer purchaser.
Met with Yannick. Super nice and helpful with rearranging our plans. He knows his stuff and really helped break down what we needed and what we could live without. This is where Im going next time I have any questions.
Went in on Saturday the 28th and dealt with Sonny, purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G with at least 5 accessories. Got discounts. Was told to do the transfer of data from new phones to old ones at home...it took my son at least TWO Days of aggravation & technical support to get it done...Ive tried to call the store directly & talk to Sonny & was told it goes to the call center... what BS! I have Issues & would like to speak to Sonny. Is that possible...?
After years of being a customer with Verizon we left them to sign up with T-Mobile and Verizon in my opinion were a bunch of crooks and charged me for something I should not have been charged for about some phones that they neglected to close when I asked them to close my account. They stoled 180.00 dollars by force from me in my opinion to be able to completely close the account
It always sucks going to our vision store. There. is only one in this area and you always have to wait. Yesterday was 1.5 hours.
Hard to get hold of but they got good coverage area you get receptions and even in places you dont usually get reception

It can take a while to get to a person to help you, but these are different times. We were treated very well all questions answered, and some great suggestions. They do a great job you just have to relax and wait for your turn.

The store was absolutely amazing across the board today. Not only are the COVID protocols top notch - appointment calls you in, you work only with your consultant, everything you view gets sanitized before and after you look at anything (whether you touch it or not), staff are all masked and sanitizing everything constantly, and customers are guided to use a separate payment area to keep things separate from the partitioned service desk. Our rep was super knowledgeable, walked me through every option I needed, and was extremely helpful with setting me up (as Im a new US resident, waiting for a SSN!). Thank you for a positive experience all around!
You’re made to stop at the entrance and wait for the associate to come get you. There were two associates and both were busy. They did acknowledge me as I walked in but I couldn’t dwell for too long. Verizon can do better to get additional personnel.
Outside a Verizon is clean Im not sure why the phone seems to think that I stopped at Verizon because I was across the street from Verizon but when I looked across the street outside of Verizon was clean you could see in the Verizon store very well the glass is clean good job
The worst customer service ever. I asked why they needed to access my account to give me a quote for my phone, when I can give them all the info they need to give me an accurate quote. I went round and round in circles with the manager Darin and his associate jory. I think the store needs new management, and new customer service.

Come into the store and was standing around waiting and no one would even look at me. But boy!!! As soon as a white man comes in the store they jump to help him in front of me. They need a better check in service to take first come first serve!! May need better management 😡

Returned an automobile phone charger for a refund. I had purchased it earlier this month when I thought I had lost my original one I bought from them when I purchased my phone at this same store.When I found the lost charger I tried to return the newest one but the store manager refused saying the 15 day return policy had expired. I explained I had been on a trip to bury a family member but the manager didnt care and said too bad I was beyond the return date.What a terrible answer to a regular customer who had bought three new phones there for my family plan just last summer. This manager could not see his way clear to just be compassionate and helpful. A little authority can intoxicate some people.PLEASE do not trust this place or its people or expect them to be understanding or helpful.I will never go there again because it just makes the last few weeks even more painful. There is a relatively new Verizon store across from Safeway and they are really great folks.David
They have the best customer service of all. Their cell towers used to be lacking a bit however I have heard eceptionbhas improved. Trying to transfer from Consumer Cellular but having a difficult time accessing my contract number at Consumer Cellular.

I feel confident that he was completely transparent with my series of questions, and I felt truly taken care of. Even though I left myself open to up-selling, he did exactly what I wanted without making me feel pressured.One of my best experiences at a Verizon store ever (as a customer since 2003).

Brian was not helpful at all while trying to replace my phone last weekend. Even when I had all the information and passwords he wouldn’t let me access my account. I went to a Verizon store down the street and they let me access it and I got it figured out. It seemed like someone was lazy and didn’t want to work on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Would not recommend going to this store. Save yourself the time and frustration.
Wow oh wow, Brett Hicks is so knowledgeable & helped me for more than a couple hours (not his fault, it was Xfintity Mobiles) figure out my phone problem! I’m sure everyone here is great, but Brett is a life savor!!If you need to every purchase anything or need help ask for Brett!

Fast, efficient service from Brian (who has worked in the cell phone industry since 1994...almost the birth of cell phones!). He has superb customer service skills and, I will certainly return to Bellis Fairs verizon location for my next phone.... in 2 years if I were to judge by my previous phone, a Galaxy 8.
Although its always busy and in a mall, I only come here to deal with one rep. Yannick is his name and excellent customer service is his game! Hes attentive, a good listener and understands the busy parent life.
Helpful knowledgeable staff members. With the Consultants guidance we found an adequate bluetooth headset for my husband in under 5 minutes. The store was very busy and there was little wait time to be served!
Upsetting customer experience. Came in and upgraded my phone. New phone worked fine in store during set up. Drove home to find out phone wouldnt connect to mobile network though it connected to WiFi just fine. No calls, no texts. Youd think this is something they would test in the store. Drove back in to wait another 20 mins for them to fix the issue. Asked the GM what they could do for my trouble and wasted hour of my time, he said, with little sympathy, that in this industry they wouldnt do anything for this kind of issue. I work in customer service and literally compensate for upset clients all of the time with a discount, return visit offer or some other offer to make things right. Guess these guys dont care once youve signed and paid for your device. Beware and test your phone before you leave the store!
Have had some really bad experiences in the past with setting up new phones and the such, but improvements seem to have been made. Last time I was in, the gentleman was incredibly knowledgeable of both android and apple and setup for 2 phones took no more than an hour.Was a nice experience for once lol

The person I worked with was SUPER helpful! SUPER kind! He knew everything I needed to know and relayed it in ways I could understand and Im not techie at all. I thought I needed to go in to the store and he helped me with everything over the phone. He had a great attitude and I had a great experience. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
I went in with my son as his phone wasnt working well and we were told that as it was insured wed have to call to get a replacement phone. While there Sonny the salesman told me since I was with a union I could get a good deal on a tablet and some accessories. We walked out with my sons claim filed and new phone on the way and I have a new tablet, case and an sd card for my phone. Good experience.
I purchased a Samsung 10e at the Verizon Retail store in Bellis Fair Mall in January, shortly before leaving town for a four week trip. Approximately 15 or 16 days after I purchased the phone, it developed an annoying vertical pink line across the screen. I took it into the local (Cambridge, MA) verizon store to get a replacement and they would not replace the phone from their stock. They said it had to be mailed to me. I asked if it would be a new phone or refurbished phone and they lied and said it would be a new phone. The replacement phone was and is a total lemon. It drops calls, drops the internet, drops my apps (my Fit app said I walked 7 steps when I walked 4 miles), and provides blurry photos. I contacted tech support after my 12th dropped call. They told me to go to the local store and that I would get an immediate free replacement with a new phone. I went into the Bellis Fair Mall today. Jason, a solutions manager told me the tech person lied and that they would have to send me another refurbished replacement by mail which they would ship for free is I was willing to wait 3 - 5 business days!!! Because I am leaving town, I needed the replacement phone immediately. Also, not happy about paying $750 for a new phone a month ago and getting my second refurbished phone instead of a new phone. Jason refused to waive shippiong costs for expedited delivery. Also, he refused to replace my screen protector unless I purchased a new one! He was completely and utterly unhelpful in every way other than not lying to me like two previous Verizon employees had regarding new phones. I recommend exploring Costco as option for purchase. I understand they back their products. Verizon clearly does not, especially the Bellis Fair Mall Verizon in Bellingham, WA.

Wait was too long. Told about 10 minutes, and sat for 20 minutes, when the greeter could have easily given us a paper for us to continue on our way, as the clerk did, if hed just asked a couple more questions as to what we needed.Seems whenever we go to this store, the wait is long.
I have been doing business with Bryan and his team at the Bellis Fair Diamond Wireless kiosk for a number of years now and I can say with absolute convictions, their #1 priority is their customers happiness. This is an extremely knowledgeable team that has exceeded all expectations with every interaction we have had - from our first purchase through all our upgrades, including the few times we have needed technical support. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them!!!

Ugh, Im sorry but I had the worst experiences with this store. Out of the blue my phone, which was in perfect condition, stopped working altogether. Figuring it was easier to solve this issue face-to-face with humans rather than a robot I took it into the Verizon store at the mall. Had to wait forever and when someone finally got to me they were very vague and unhelpful. After a while, they handed my phone back, still broken, said nothing, and LEFT. It blew my mind but I kind of figured it was broken beyond hope based on the minimal info they had given me. A week or so later I took it back in, hoping that someone else could shed light on the mystery of my broken phone. They helped me much more quickly, but once again refused to tell me what exactly was wrong with my phone. They said something is messed up with the system...but never told me why. FINALLY I realized they wouldnt help me because I am not an authorized account owner (on the family phone plan) but for some reason they would never tell me why they wouldnt tell me anything. I ended up buying a brand new phone hoping this would solve the problem, but it didnt. After weeks of not having a phone, STILL PAYING FOR IT, and going to the Verizon store multiple times I finally relented and called the robotic Verizon system. Within 5 minutes an extremely helpful person was able to fix the problem. IT WAS THAT EASY! Thanks Verizon store for refusing to help me and letting me go without a phone, for no reason at all for over a month. You suck.
I was frustrated after having seen a larger bill than usual, and having my account on hold while out of the country my bill had become complicated. At the Bellis Fair location I was quickly checked in, and the greeter followed up 10 min. later to let us know there was one more person in line before me. An associate helping me voluntarily included the location manager in our conversation and they patiently walked me through my billing issue, and also volunteered a reduction of our bill. Thanks Rick and team, that wasnt what Ive come to expect from Verizon.
My mother-in-law and I went in to address a discrepancy in her bill, and Verizon rep Brett Hicks went above and beyond to help us, including staying past his clock-out time. He made us feel like we were valued customers, and hes got a great sense of humor. Thanks Brett!

It used to be so quick and easy to get a SIM card to upgrade to a new phone on Verizon, all that needed to be done was call in, ask if you could get a SIM shipped out, tell them which device it was for, and boom you had a SIM for the device on its way!This however seems to no longer be the case, using online chat I was told I would need to come down to the store to get a SIM, I got a similar answer when I called in, even as a postpaid customer (not prepaid)! This is absurd, I could have had the device swap done in around 15 minutes total using Verizons online activation and a SIM that was shipped out to me. Instead I had to come in to the store, there I was told Id need the device in question that was going to be swapped to on hand, which we did not have, we came to get a SIM in store and take it home to get everything done ourselves. Luckily I had my device which accepted the same SIM as the new device so they were able to activate the SIM on my device (which didnt impact my service thankfully) and then take it home and put it in to the new device. Getting this done took around 30 minutes of waiting and 15 minutes with the person handling the issue, for a grand total of 45 minutes spent in store.Compare that to the way Ive worked with Verizon before, gotten a SIM overnight and done the swap at home using online activation, and Ive lost 30 minutes of my life just being in the store.This is a very VERY ridiculous way to handle just getting a SIM card.I hope this improves in the future as Ive had amazing service on Verizon wireless both with cell reception and with customer service reps on the phone, in chat, and in store when needed. But to have to waste 30 minutes of my life for a SIM card is ridiculous.

Would give zero stars but it’s not an option.Staff were incredibly rude to my mother who then came and got me on my lunch break to go talk with them because they refused to help. Had to then ask to speak to the manager who just said Call the call center. Would not recommend.
If you go in during peak hours, you should expect a long wait time, obviously. But once you get a hold of someone, Ive only had good experiences with them. I just wish they had couches during peak hours!

Ive been a Verizon customer for 14 years. Im typically very happy with the service I get. The agent who assisted us, first made us wait even though no other customers were in the store at all, and 2 other staffers continued stocking product display. Secondly, with barely any introduction to the situation with my iPhone 6 Plus, they implied I was to blame for the problem. And suggested there was nothing to be done except likely buy a new phone since this one was out of warranty. After additional question by an agent at Best Buy on the Guide, I discovered there was a known problem with a chip inside this phone which could be replaced. And they even gave me a referral to CPR: Cell Phone Repair to look into it. See my other reviews. I do not recommend the store for iPhone users or Verizon customers.

Verizon Wireless sold me a special for 12 months promising a credit each month for signing up 3 smart phones on our family plan. This is the second month I am receiving an incorrect bill. As I am on the phone with customer service again to fix it, wasting over an hour of my time talking to people who are telling me this is not even in their system. I think it the legal world this would be called breach of contract but with Verizon its just part of doing business. Whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor none are available, surprise!When I went to the store last month to ask a technical question about my phone the sales person, who had plenty of time to tell me about his new photography business, explained that the store is not there for technical support but mainly for sales.
Employee are very nice and helped me with a new phone and service.

What a joke! Bought a brand new 700 phone they added on a new screen protector for 50$ it pops off a week later and now it my problem. They installed it... they said theres nothing they can do! BsCame back after the reply below and got even worse service..

These guys talked me into giving up a really good plan that worked for me and got me locked into a plan that has cost me hundreds of dollars more than it should have and now Im being told Ill have to pay around $800 disconnect and move on with another carrier with a reasonable plan for my situation. I was mislead as to the nature of the plan/contract (told 6 mos - not 2 years!) and I feel cheated, swindled and ripped off. Its goodbye Verizon for me thanks to these jokers. Beware!!!

I purchased a $30 plan ($45 Cad) for 15 days. Drove from Washington down the 5 all the way to California and data worked but a little sluggish. On my way from Vegas to Idaho lots of areas had no cellular or data. Even when I had full bars it didnt seem to work. Not the best network.
Went upset due to a defective product, walked out feeling satisfied and that it was worth the 8mile drive.
Verizon customer since the US West/Airtouch days of the 90s. You cant put a price on coverage and service no matter what brand X ads want you to believe.

This is the most unhelpful Verizon store Ive ever been in. Twice, for two different issies, at different times, I have been sent here by Verizon customer service to be told there idiots and I should just buy a new phone.
Any time you visit, you are always approached with questions pushing you toward purchasing something expensive. As a whole, Verizon employees seem to be out of the loop.
