My wife and I just went in to get cash for our One S consoles and they were totally unprepared to handle it. They asked for our personal account login. Last time we traded in consoles we didnt have to provide passwords or anything else. After the employee said he would try to figure out his own login, he stared at his phone for close to 10 minutes until we finally gave up and left.When a big part of your job is to test out consoles that are brought in, there is zero excuse for not having a store login to use. We wont be back.

Gotta love video game retailers like this GameStop, they sell us physical video games, you can lend them to your friends, resell them or even just hold onto them if thats your thing. Despite their history of ridiculous trade-in offers, they offer a bunch of used and new games in physical form, and thats worth something to me.

Bought a headset from Patrick who offered me a year warranty for any damage that occurs. Tried to return headset about 10 months due to some damage that occurred and the dude (Patrick) completely switched up what he said saying it actually only covers water damage or natural wear and tear which is not what he said a year ago. Snobby attitude and overall shouldn’t have a job in costumer service. Will not be going back ever again.

Bought a Nintendo switch lite and got a used game played it one time and I did not care for it so went back to maybe they would trade me for a A different one. I paid $34.99 and they said they would give me Credit for $10.00 I Will never walk back in that fxxck store and I hope more stop going there..

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was also know to know that the actually enjoyed video games, unlike lots of other game stores. I was able to talk about Pokemon Sword and Shield with them. It was a great experience.

The usual GameStop. We didnt see the couple of Switch games we were looking for out on the shelves, so we asked at the counter and they did have them available in stock, so ask if you dont see what you wanted.

My shopping experience at Game Stop was very nice. The cashier was very nice and very helpful. He /she even let me know that my subscription for membership was about to expire, and told me there was a free coupon to update it. The Game Stop employees are always helpful and courteous. The people Ive met over the years are a awesome chatty bunch. Great employees. Ive never had any issues on buying and selling some games and accessories there. The folks there, in my experience, are a honest bunch.

Came in with just me and one other costumer in already. picked a few thing before it got late, I saw 3 employees in there then 2 of them went to the back. Waited in line for about 20 minutes or more with just one costumer in front of me. Im thinkingwhere are the other employees I shouldnt be waiting this long with just 2 customers in line. The guy working the counter was just taking his sweet time taking to the customer in front of me his life story about how his friend liked some pair of headsets more than the other, not even acknowledging Im waiting here for 20min,I ended up just leaving. The one at the mall gets busy every time I go there and I never had to wait there more than 5 min. The people at the sunset location are pretty rude.

Placed an order and they cancelled the order online. Called Customer Service, and customer service hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, definitely going to stop going to this gamestop.

I was in with my son on 21st of November with my son it was his 16th bday. And person behind counter Maya was very helpful and got us the best deals. Very nice and sometimes you dont always get that so thank you again Maya! 😊

Great place to buy new games but not old games

Nice guys who work here they know therir products, and have never pressured us to ever buy anything or pressure to get extended warranty. We are updated on all things new in the store.

Love the service. Went in to reserve a steam controller the other night and to my great dismay was met with an immense throng of increasingly excitable Fallout fans there for the release. The staff made what I thought would be an ordeal into a very easy and pleasant experience.

Love the used prices and the helpful staff. They are great in explaining all to us as we are just starting out gaming. Love that I can call and they put games on hold for us. Thanks Sunset Gamestop!

This place is too small for what they pack in there. Every time I come to this location, I get anxiety. It’s tiny, overflowing and the line moves at a snails pace EVERY TIME. Too bad, you’d think they’d have a faster system.

Made the mistake of walking in here. Store is cramped and chaotic. Only one employee working with a big line of customers. Asked employee for a recent game release just to have him monotonally and rudely answer that it sold out immediatly. Its tough to accurately describe his tone, but it suggested I should have known that the game sold out already and was stupid for even asking. I was immediately able to order the item in question through Amazon with no problems. So yeah... why did I even bother going in here.

I had bought an Xbox one about 4 months ago and talked with a really nice manager, cant remember the name but I was very happy to walk out with a refurbished Xbox one.About 4 months in, my Xbox started to get an issue where none of the accounts were singing in and I had tried everything online, nothing worked so I thought I’d just take it to games stop on sunset.When I walked in i didn’t see the nice manger I talked to last time I saw Patrick. Now Patrick knows nothing about costumer service what so ever I take my Xbox one in set it on the table tell him everything I know about the problem and he tells me he can do nothing what so ever.I also did know that I had no receipt for the purchase and no warranty but I did feel very disrespected because I know for a fact GameStop fixes problems like these so since all of this has happened I will now be attending reset games for now on.

Went here to activate a Cricket Phone and I could not have asked for better service. The people that work there are fantastic and very helpful. I watched a guy come in with a possible faulty xbox remote battery and instead of pushing a new one right away, they opened up a new xbox and tested it on a new controller to make sure he had to get a new one. Great service.

Customer service still exists. I came in with my nephew to purchase a game his Nintendo Wii. We were met at the door by Ethan who quickly found the game we were looking for and helped direct us to the accessories. Ethans interest in making sure we had everything we needed, his positive attitude and willingness to help guarantee we will be purchasing all of our games from GameStop.
