Mitch is Awesome! So glad I found FIXCO! I accidentally left my cell phone on the bumper of my truck after I was dealing with my trailer and other gear. I totally forgot about my phone. When I realized what had happened I had to retract my steps and about 5 miles of travel. Some how I found my phone after the last turn I took on the road and the phone was unfortunately smashed beyond repair and I was just sick about it. I found FIXCO and Mitch was straight up with me on ability to pull the data fron the phone and on a estimate on what it could cost to retrieve the data. Needless to say, I ultimately got the good news that the Data was retrievable and the cost was spot on with the estimate, infact it was less than what was originally worst case scenario of cost. I am very pleased that I was able to get all of my pictures back and I had about three years worth on my phone that was not previously backed up. Got that Data back and it is backed up now! Had a hard drive fail and saw the glowing reviews for a local repair shop. Brought my laptop in and went over things with Mitch, and he pointed me towards a third party with the equipment to recover data. While I ultimately decided to cut my losses with the drive, given it was only a storage drive for my gaming library and the price of recovery, their upfront and honest approach leave me to write a positive review of my own. The drive may be out of commission, but I still found what I found to be the best solution with their help. Theres already a lot of praise here, for good reason, but I felt its the least I could do. I will be keeping FIXCO in mind for my future needs as well, of course.

I was ready to buy a new iPhone after the screen cracked on the one I had for less than a year, okay truthfully I dropped it on the sidewalk. A friend told me about Mitch and I walked in and had my phone repaired in 30 minutes. I was also able to buy a new case and tempered glass so the phone should last a while. I was planning on doing an errand while the phone was being fixed but Mitch was so personable and friendly I stayed and visited. Just what I was looking for: a local independent business and fast and professional service! I needed a new screen on my iphone, didnt want a new phone or the hassle of being without a phone overnight or longer while waiting for repairs or a replacement, or dealing with a chain, and I didnt want to be indoors, waiting for service, because of COVID. FIXCO was great: tent outside the shop, Mitch came out to meet me, we talked, he replaced my screen in 15 mins, and gave me good advice about cases. No fuss, no muss!

I dropped my iPhone 8 plus off my roof onto concrete. The screen was shattered (with holes in it) and the phone would not turn on. I took it to a couple places in town that told me it was dead and there was nothing they could do. They didnt attempt to diagnose it with any machines or even open it up. I decided to try Fixco after reading their reviews. I took it into Mitch and he was able to get it working! After he put on a new screen my phone was like new again. I highly recommend Fixco. Mitch is amazing. My iphone 7 was not connecting with the lightning cord. I called and Mitch suggested trying to clean lint out of the charging opening with a toothpick (wood - not metal). I was hesitant and he said he would do it if I brought it in. Toothpick repair would be $25 and to replace the connector if it was actually broke would be $99 but he would apply the $25 to that repair. He is not allowing the public into his little workplace during Covid but comes right out to greet you. He took the phone in and cleaned it and -- voila!! It connects just fine. I appreciate the quick fix and the tutorial if I wanted to attempt it myself. So honest and reliable. I will go there again if I need phone or computer repair.

Mitch was very kind and helpful. When I explained my situation he went out of his way to explore all other alternatives of fixing my iPhone before he would take a look at it himself. I went to FIXCO as it was the closest repair service to my home but had such good service I would drive across town to return. Mitch was responsive, clear about what my I-phone needed, and accurate with his estimate. Half my screen on my iphone 6 went black after having it replaced about 6 months ago by CPR Phone repair on the Guide.Mitch repaired it in about 45 minutes and was very courteous and nice. He also threw in a couple of screen protectors. I would highly recommend him for any phone repairs. Definitely knows what he is doing.The home button which didnt function properly after taking it to CPR, also worked beautifully after Mitch was done with it. Very satisfied.
