I’ve only been ordering contacts since 2019 every 3-4 months, being the only way I can see. Apparently the communication is so bad in the office that Jewel informed me my script was up in April?! And couldn’t be filled. Pretty funny since it was filled April about and then again in July with nothing being said about my script being up, or not being filled the next time.. NO I was informed right at this moment that she wouldn’t give me my script and that Covid didn’t impact anything on there end.. huh? And that I couldn’t speak with a manager or anyone higher up.Poor poor communication and poor patient serviceShe said no one would even fill it because it was expired in April… ITS BEEN FILLED TWICE SINCE THEN..
I was quite pleased with how efficient the whole process was. And it included a finer tuned process than I had at another place where I got my previous glasses. Much easier than I expected. And they had the selection of lenses I liked.
Will never return here. I was rescheduled twice in the last 2 months I finally get an appt and I get stuck in freeway wreck traffic for a mere 10 mins I showed up 10 mins late and was told I have to reschedule yet again on top of that if you call you wont get an answer and if you do you get placed on hold and they wont pick the phone back up.
Amber, our optician, was fabulous. She was friendly and extremely helpful with our insurance and comparing deals to see which saved us the most money. She knows what she is talking about and knows how to make you comfortable. I recommend Bellingham, WA’s Bellis Fair Mall LensCrafters, highly. They are my go-to for all of my lenses.
Wonderful customer service!!! Thank you Amber for helping me choose a perfect pair of glasses!
I highly recommend LensCrafters at BellisFair Mall. They are very accommodating and professional.
The Optometrist visit was great. However, the LensCrafter side of things had the worst customer service experiences! Only redeeming fact was a very kind & helpful manager.
Both service attendants were excellent.Helped me with my glasses.I would highly recommend
Walked in to inquire about fixing bent coach sunglasses because I didnt want to break them trying to fix myself & they fixed them on the spot! Great customer service, will return when its time for my next eye exam.
Dr. Best was thorough, professional, encouraging, and spoke so I could understand him through his mask. He explained procedures well, and told me what to expect.
Ordered glasses on the 12th of march and not only have they not come in yet, but lens crafters has not replied to any of my email requests or phone calls. Every company I do business with has competently figured out a way to make things work during the pandemic, except lenscrafters.
Nice, friendly staff, competent with fair prices.
I never write reviews, but Im so frustrated with my experience here that Im going to in the hopes that it saves someone else from the same frustration, especially when making such an expensive purchase.I bought two pairs of glasses in May of 2016. I paid extra for the protection plans ($34.99/pair) which I never used, but it is apparently only good for one year. I also chose the lenses with the protective, anti-glare coating. This is where I went totally wrong, because Id had an issue with the coating peeling away before with lenses from LensCrafters, but they really pushed it in the sale and I went for it. The difference was that the last time they were able to remove the coating so that I could see through my lenses again. I went in today hoping I could have the same service and they told me that they couldnt do anything to help. The clerk also asked me what I was cleaning them with (my cloth that came with the glasses) and she said, Oh, thats probably why. You should be using liquid. (That would have been nice to know upfront.) I wasnt offered any other solution to the peeling, and so I just took my glasses and left. I wont ever be using them again, and I will warn all of my glasses wearing friends about this experience. My glasses are literally so bad that the peeling away of the coating obstructs my vision. I wish I could add a photo. Its just ridiculous. You live and learn, but I just hope nobody else has to learn this frustrating, hard way!
Everyone glasses my whole life they gave me a quote for a single pair of glasses at $800 but since Im paying cash its $500. I went to Walmart and it was $210.
Phone customer serviced sucked, whoever was helping, more likely took their sweet time and doesnt like their job. Was on phone for 30 min of just pure silence. Sorry you had to to do your job today.
A young girl working her way through college tried to help me, she really had no idea what she was doing. I just needed simple reading glasses on a prescription and she gave that to the man behind the counter, but picking frames and measurements for my eyes and frames she didn’t know how to do but she did try. Felt sorry for her and left.
I’ve been to many other places to get glasses and contacts but nothing tops LensCrafters amazing service. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Will not be going anywhere else!
I was so happy with the service I received here. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful while I was looking for my glasses, I highly recommend them!
I am so glad I went to LensCrafters. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. Im very happy with the prescription and my glasses.
Chis was very helpful.
Im not a chain store supporter by any means but this lenscrafters location offered me expedited results and the most amazing service I have recently received. Theyre so knowledgeable, friendly and just overall kind people. I highly recommend this location
I recently locked myself out of my car and the Mgr. at LensCrafters helped save my day ! She was very friendly, helpful and patient in my time of need . Thank you Miss.
Nice people good service but I had to go back there 5 times until they got my prescription correct.
Staff was friendly and all but I noped out once I noticed they started trying to mine my insurance for everything its worth. I was told they HAVE to dilate my eyes for it to count as an exam for the insurance to cover it. I have had the same plan with VSP for 5+ years and get exams every year. I have never been told that I HAVE to dilate my eyes unless I wanted too. I told them this and they said I was wrong. I said what youre being told is wrong as there have been no changes to my plan and this is the only place to ever say that. They continued to talk me into since my insurance will cover it anyway. I explained that this behavior is why our medical system is so messed up and Im not supporting it and left.Update: called my insurance and they laughed at what they said. VSP said I am by NO means required to have my eyes dilated. I told LC what I was told. The optometrist admitted that it is not required however he says that the insurance companies come at him for not doing it. I told him that no matter what the reasoning is lying to your patience is never up the right thing to do. I was told a lot of different excuses but the one that stuck out was their trying to pay off a new machine. So if you like insurance fraud, this is your place!
Staff seemed engaged and helpful. Great selection of frames.
Great service. Amazing workers :)
I had a glasses emergency and asked my daughter to find a place where i could get glasses same day. It was a 30 min drive and on yhe way, i had a chance to check the reviews. I was nervous to walk in.Bailee helped me today. I was greeted in about 10 seconds and she listened to what i needed and didnt try and get me something i didnt need. I had my glasses in just over an hour. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for anything i need for me or my kids. Deserves a better rating than its given for sure!
The eye doctor was amazing, but the lab decided to close early and since my old glasses were broken I had to drive home with impaired vision. This was a terrible experience!!
A very positive experience
Excellent customer service!
